Breakfast was excellent. Location is a 5-to-10-minute walk from one Metro station (which directly connects to the airport), and there is another one a little bit further away. Thus there are good ways to get to the important places in Madrid. The Football Stadium is very close, in case you are into this. The hotel room and all the premises were really clean. I really liked the bed and slept well.

When checking out, procedures took long a were a bit disorganized when many guests were waiting to be served. The room was rather small.

First and foremost the location in proximity to the Santiago Bernabeu, the purpose of my visit. Secondly everything about my stay from the friendliness of the staff, my room was perfect in every aspect, very clean, comfortable Queen Anne bed, nice size screen TV, mini bar, nice size en suite bathroom with all the facilities, nice large walk in shower with button press operation, if I had hair the dryer would have been useful. I particularly enjoyed watching the Spanish football on the tv in the bar whilst having some bar food and a few beers, the bar staff were very accommodating.

If I was being very picky, I felt a little restricted in the choices on the bar menu and I think I would have struggled if my stay was longer than the weekend and probably not cost effective.

The hotel is not far away from Santjago Bernabeu stadium so it just what we were looking for. Also it is not so far away from the Airport. The bed and pillows were comfortable and no noises from the outside so a quite good soundproofing system. A spacious bathroom.

The bathroom had a heating radiator but it was cold as ice and did not work. Outside was raining so it would be really a help. Also as there is 4* hotel I expected kettle in the room but there wasn't any.

Spacious room, big bathroom, very comfy bed, helpful and friendly staff. Desk comfortable to work. Breakfast was tasty Good location - near my conference venue, but also very easy to get to the airport and the Bernabeu stadium

No coffee variety (e.g. cappuccino), only various lengths of espresso for breakfast. Lobby area and elevators (as well as windows in rooms) are dated and could use some renovation. The rooms’ interior is nice and new.

One reception staff was not very friendly and actually a bit rude. I asked for a sea food restaurant and she rudely said «  I don’t know!! » she could have been more helpful

The breakfast buffet was excellent and good for all food/allergy needs. They provided a bathtub and crib for our child as well as a complimentary toiletry set. Plus robes and comfortable bed, good water pressure etc Subway train station was very close by as well as restaurants and grocery stores plus a playground a few blocks away. Quiet residential neighborhood.

A huge thank you to Marina whose English meant all my worries were sorted and I left in good time for Madrid airport at the end of my stay. NH are a very comfortable chain of hotels with very reasonable prices (gives good for less than international chains in Madrid I think). Very generous breakfast with nice hot English elements (tomatoes with herbs, scrambled eggs perfecto and streaky bacon). thank you very much best wishes David

The sleepier wasn’t provided as well the toothbrush with the brush also no tissue provided in the room and the water is only for one day and there is no coffee machine as well. There is no cafeteria to warm the water and the bed cover wasn’t fixed well

Friendly service, clean hotel, and comfortable beds. Near hotel, there's a metro stop with direct connections to the airport. In the morning, we had an early departure, and there was a small breakfast (pastries, coffee, croissants, fresh juice) available in the lobby.

The hotel is fine in itself - clean room and bathroom, relatively close to the metro stop.

The room was on the small side. Location is quite a distance from the main sights, although relatively close to a metro stop. In terms of cost per night, and considering the location, it didn't quite figure.
