First and foremost the location in proximity to the Santiago Bernabeu, the purpose of my visit. Secondly everything about my stay from the friendliness of the staff, my room was perfect in every aspect, very clean, comfortable Queen Anne bed, nice size screen TV, mini bar, nice size en suite bathroom with all the facilities, nice large walk in shower with button press operation, if I had hair the dryer would have been useful. I particularly enjoyed watching the Spanish football on the tv in the bar whilst having some bar food and a few beers, the bar staff were very accommodating.

If I was being very picky, I felt a little restricted in the choices on the bar menu and I think I would have struggled if my stay was longer than the weekend and probably not cost effective.

The hotel is not far away from Santjago Bernabeu stadium so it just what we were looking for. Also it is not so far away from the Airport. The bed and pillows were comfortable and no noises from the outside so a quite good soundproofing system. A spacious bathroom.

The bathroom had a heating radiator but it was cold as ice and did not work. Outside was raining so it would be really a help. Also as there is 4* hotel I expected kettle in the room but there wasn't any.

Spacious room, big bathroom, very comfy bed, helpful and friendly staff. Desk comfortable to work. Breakfast was tasty Good location - near my conference venue, but also very easy to get to the airport and the Bernabeu stadium

No coffee variety (e.g. cappuccino), only various lengths of espresso for breakfast. Lobby area and elevators (as well as windows in rooms) are dated and could use some renovation. The rooms’ interior is nice and new.

A huge thank you to Marina whose English meant all my worries were sorted and I left in good time for Madrid airport at the end of my stay. NH are a very comfortable chain of hotels with very reasonable prices (gives good for less than international chains in Madrid I think). Very generous breakfast with nice hot English elements (tomatoes with herbs, scrambled eggs perfecto and streaky bacon). thank you very much best wishes David

Friendly service, clean hotel, and comfortable beds. Near hotel, there's a metro stop with direct connections to the airport. In the morning, we had an early departure, and there was a small breakfast (pastries, coffee, croissants, fresh juice) available in the lobby.

200 euros per night. Missing lamps and things covered with painter's tape in bathroom

The hotel is fine in itself - clean room and bathroom, relatively close to the metro stop.

The room was on the small side. Location is quite a distance from the main sights, although relatively close to a metro stop. In terms of cost per night, and considering the location, it didn't quite figure.

Locality perfect for the Santiago Bernabeu and near to Colombia metro, direct line to the airport. I enjoyed a couple of nice restaurant meals and sitting at the small bar area with a beer watching football on a large screen tv. The continental breakfast had a lovely selection and all the staff especially in the breakfast and bar areas were very friendly.

I cannot find any faults, for me it was perfect for my weekend and ticked all the right boxes.

The location was perfect for me, near the Bernabeu, near Shops, Bars etc. The staff was very very nice, whenever i had a question they were there to help. The receptionist with glasses was a very nice girl and i enjoyd talking with her.

Sometime there were some issues with the Wifi but that was okey.

The hotel was being renovated and I would prefer to know before hand what I would find when I arrive there. I think the customer has the right to know that the hotel is under renovation and it means noise and other disturbances during the stay.

Very comfortable, quiet room. Lovely bed. Extremely clean. Excellent location for visiting Bernabéu stadium.

Unable to pick up extra milk and tea for our room when we came in at night, as the cafeteria is closed. Breakfast was very good, but overpriced. Some areas lack TLC, the garden area, the tiles in the dining room...
