Swimming pool, breakfast, staff were very helpful.

I don’t know if you are aware of this but access to the fire stairs easily is one of the first things we check. We were located on the pool level floor and to get to the fire stairs you need a staff pass card as it’s locked on the inside. The only way you can get to the fire stairs is via the pool deck and it’s closed at night. Very dangerous situation. The entrance to the fire stairs appears to be used for staff equipment. I think that could be illegal so I would put it No1 on your priority list.

Size of room . The description said garden view. This was an interior room with no view just artificial grass and a few flooded plants.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff - replenished complimentary toothbrush daily and helped with holding our bags until our flight in the evening.

The only complaint would be the gym facilities, very small and not much too it.

It was in a good location, close to public transport and walking distance to Kampong Glam and Little India. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The buffet breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The rooms were a good size for two people.

The bathrooms in the rooms are extremely small and the gym is tiny. But they are minor spacial complaints because honestly everything else was great.

The location was amazing—very central and easy to get around. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were polite and professional. I appreciated the overall cleanliness and modern feel of the hotel.

I was very disappointed that the two rooms I booked were not next to each other, even after being reassured they would be. I specifically wanted my nephews close by so I could keep an eye on them, and this separation created unnecessary stress. Also, while the breakfast was good, the restaurant space felt a bit small and crowded, and I would have liked to see a few more juice options available.

The location was good. It was about a 5-10 min walk to the metro. The location in general is not the best as it is not in the heart of Singapore but getting the metro there is easy enough so not an issue at all. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool which was a great touch. In the room there is a filtered tap for drinking water which was lovely. We had breakfast included which was delicious. Housekeeping was quite late in the day but when it was done it was good. TV good - had YouTube and Netflix. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower pressure good. No balcony in our room. Elevator good.

No shade at the pool! They should definitely invest in some umbrellas at least as it is not suitable for kids especially in the blistering heat! The bathroom is also very small but didn’t really bother us.

Two close mrt stations easy walk and handy to restaurants

This was our second time staying at this hotel, having had a very pleasant stay before. A very nice hotel in an authentic neighborhood of Singapore. Hawker centers nearby, as well as some more posh cafes and restaurants. Two metro stops (different lines) nearly equidistant from the Hotel, easily accessible by foot. The staff were very attentive and very friendly. The room was big enough to not feel crowded with two people and two suitcases. Nice pool on the roof.

The air conditioning was a little difficult to get just right. The difference between too cold and too warm was often one degree. Also, on two of the nights, there was a dripping inside the shower drain (not from the shower itself) that made a very distracting drip drip drip sound when we were trying to sleep.

Extremely friendly staff that helped us with luggage and placing our cooling elements in the reception freezer all the time! Nice location, because of all the good food places around the hotel. The shower is good and it dries fast, comparing to the other hotels that we stayed at during this trip. We stayed two times in this hotel (end of June and mid July 2025). At the end of the trip, we wanted to go to a Jazz dance event and asked the staff whether it was possible to still take a shower after checkout. They referred us to the open-air shower at the swimming pool at the 7th floor, which was very nice!

There are two MRT stations nearby, but it's still quite a walk to get there, if you are carrying luggage and a baby stroller. I would not recommend the breakfast, simply because of all the interesting restaurants and hawkers centres around the hotel.

The best part of the hotel were the staff. They were friendly and very helpful when we had wifi problems as well as a loud family in the halls late at night. The rooms didn’t feel worn and we appreciated the mini bar and snacks which were replenished daily. The pool was lovely and often very quiet.

Location was a bit too far out for us. Roughly a 40 minute journey to most typical touristy things. It is definitely worth getting the MRT from here not the bus.
