I recently stayed at Spice Hotel Milano and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent just a short walk from Milano Centrale station, which makes it super convenient for travellers arriving by train or heading to the airport. The room was clean and modern, with simple but stylish decor. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were adequate for a short stay (air-conditioning, toiletries, minibar, etc). I also appreciated the daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

The property is easy to find right next to Milano Centrale. The proximity to the train station was the main reason we chose this hotel. We had no problems walking over to our very early departure. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, checking us in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the modern room style with hard surface floors and exposed shelving. Towels were fluffy and the linens were nice quality. The bedside area was nicely designed for traveler’s needs with conveniently placed light switches and outlet with USB for charging. Our window was able to open for fresh air. We did not have the breakfast, so cannot speak to that. This hotel was a good value for the price.

It’s near to the Milano Centrale Station. Walking distance to the hotel. There is also halal food nearby which is the plus point.

The room is rather small. Once you put your luggages there is limited space to move around.

When the metro closes at night it’s getting really dangerous, there are a lot of gangs there, in the hotel its fine but if you want to come back at night with a bus its not so safe. It’s also not very in the center of Milan, you have to take the metro to go anywhere

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it was a great experience! I spent a week in Milan with my family and everything was perfect — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We even had a small booking mix-up, but the team fixed it right away without any extra charges. Really appreciate their service, and we’ll definitely come back again!

My room faced the inner court and was quiet. Location was super close to the central station and bus terminal for Malpensa Airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great.

Terrible internet connection - constantly kicked off wifi. Impossible to work online from your room. Complimentary water would be nice. Maybe have a dispenser available on the ground floor to refill bottles. Elevator was super noisy and unsettling. Feared being stuck every time. Towels were replaced every day even though I specifically hanged them. Maybe bring this up with cleaning team.

The quality of the food and the taste of the food is very good and the quality is very good. Room I got a very good room, on the street and with a balcony. It is very good. I understand that it is a tourist city and the location is very good. The location is very good, near the central train station of the city, making it very convenient to travel and not too tired. In addition, there are very good and delicious restaurants around the hotel. Overall, 10/10.

the location was ideal, the staff went above and beyond being helpful, and we appreciated the modern feel to the room. We had been to Sienna and Genoa, and really needed modern comforts! Housekeeping was attentive.

Probably because we had one of the smaller rooms, there wasn't any dressers or even side tables to store a little bit of clothing (underwear!) We just stacked on a nightstand. But because it was one of the smaller rooms, no room for any storage units

I didn't do the breakfast, I just needed a place to stay near Milano Centrale for a night. And, it's a clean hotel, nice staff and you can't really get any closer to the station. The single room was actually a big enough bed, not a cramped single, but a twin.

The curtains don't cover the windows completely, and I was woken up early because a strong beam of light was in my face. There was no way to get the light blocked. It's not hard to design curtains that block the light....it could be easily done.
