Hotel was well positioned with just a short walk to the city centre and the Utilita Arena. Greeted by very friendly staff at reception which made check in nice and easy. We were on the 17th floor which had some great views. Rooms were spotless, fresh and clean with the bonus of a fridge. There were 4 lifts so wait time was not too long. Breakfast was busy but adequate seating

The sliding door for bathroom wouldn't hold closed and lock so there was no privacy. The complimentary teas and coffees were the bare minimum so had to go and buy some from the local tesco The one thing that let it down was the breakfast that I found quite poor for the Hilton Group. The selection was limited both on the hot and cold buffet with the hot buffet not being hot enough

The staff were really nice, the room was fantastic and so was the food it would have been a perfect stay but didn't get the best night sleep despite the pillows and bed being extremely comfortable. I would also like to add the price I paid for what I got included was incredible. Would definitely stay again.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning, somebody had pulled it and I had to wake my daughter up in the middle of the night and stand outside the hotel. Other than this, which I don't believe is the hotels fault, it's the idiots who pulled it for no good reason, but I would still rate it very highly as other than this it was perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

Location and travelling around the places of interest is usually my priority when booking a hotel. Hotel has the accessible tram and bus to get around. Staff were most helpful and friendly.

I would have expected housekeeping to check on the bins, tidy the bed and replenish the toilet rolls even if we had booked for 2 nights stay. But was rather surprised these were not done when we got back in the late afternoon. Had to call reception for the toilet rolls and had to wait for more than 2hours for it.

Very polite and professional staff from the front desk the house keepers, the night security was helpful we come back to the hotel after 2am and on the main entrance was someone sick the hotel staff were cleaning we didn't know what to do the security come out letting us in through the side door he was so nice and friendly. And the room was so clean and comfortable bed nice shower the pressure of the shower was good and the breakfast was so much options and good quality and the staff were amazing at the breakfast. I stayed in 4 star hotels this hotel is more than other 4 stars, worth more than 3 stars

Very good hotel, professional helpful staff. easy and secure check in, very clean comfortable room , excellent self service breakfast with staff close by in case person needed help. No noise heard from other rooms as some hotels seem to be accustomed to, no noise from main road. Hotel near the city centre (20 mins walk or, 5 mins by tram} Walking distance to scenic canal system at Gas Street Basin and Concert Hall. Easy access by bus to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Medical Centre and Birmingham University, {useful if attending graduation ceremonies), Cadbury World and , further afield to the Black Country Industrial Museum

The hotel was situated in an ideal location on Broad Street, walking distance from the city centre. Parking was beside the hotel building. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, I found the bed very comfy but my wife didn't! It had a decent shower so all good. The breakfast was good you could get waffles, cereal etc., or a hot breakfast like sausage, bacon etc., so that was a good start to the day. A better breakfast than other similar hotels I have stayed in. I enjoyed the stay, if visiting Birmingham I would recommend.

The breakfast included was lovely, the room was spacious with twin beds which were comfortable. It was in a great location in central Birmingham which was super helpful as we were attending a concert at the Utilita Arena (10 minute walk away) and the price was reasonable.

The door for the bathroom is a sliding door which also doubles as the door for the closet, the door did not fully close when u used the bathroom so left a tiny gap which could be a little uncomfortable for some. I shared a room with a male friend (separate beds) felt wierd when using the toilet or shower. Walls are pretty thin! Could unfortunately hear a lot of uncomfortable sounds from the room next door (bed squeaking etc.)

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Broad Street in amongst all the action! Staff were efficient, room was clean and comfy. The bathroom was fully stocked with essential toiletries which was great, so didn’t have to bring shower gel, shampoo etc. air con worked brilliantly, which isn’t always the case. The price was really reasonable for a city centre hotel also with unlimited breakfast included. Breakfast was good, very busy but well managed.

I guess the only negatives, if you can call them that, were the lifts were extremely slow and one was out of order also the drinks prices at the hotel bar were very expensive.

Very clean,Modern and welcoming. Easy access to to local amenities and very very friendly staff. To marks for the staff and their kindness and helpfulness nature. A credit to themselves and the company.

The beds, although very clean and nice pillows the mattresses was not so nice. Main double bed was solid. Sofa bed was shocking. You could feel every spring and the top half was like a hammock and the bottom half was full of springs and solid. Pretty much the whole bed wasn’t acceptable. I was in the military for a number of years and I don’t think sleeping in the woods on a foam roll out was as uncomfortable as that sofa bed.

The room was great & very comfortable. Enjoyed staying on the 13th floor, would have liked a room at the front of the hotel, but still fab! The breakfast had plenty of options & was fresh. It was very busy at breakfast and didn't get to look around everything, but didn't see many vegan options, which didn't take away from the experience, what was available was lovely 😊

When we arrived, the beer lines were being cleaned, so only bottles available mid afternoon. We went to a nearby pub. We did have a lovely pint when we got back to the hotel in the evening.
