The hotels location was superb for our activities over the weekend. Booking in was fast friendly and simple as well as thorough. Hotel reception was exceptional clean fresh and inviting. My wife has a mobility scooter so accessibility is very important. The hotel has 2 lifts so this wasn't an issue. The room, we booked a family room, was exceptional, plenty of room, so clean and fresh, we were so happy with everything. Bed was so comfortable so a good night's sleep. The breakfasts was superb with plenty of choice. The first hotel where food was available both sides of the room to aid with flow and accessibility.

Need more tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room. We like more than one drink in the room.

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a couple hundred meters from the Royal Albert DLR station, in a nice green area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. We also enjoyed having drinks and/or dinner at the hotel in the evenings, very nice food & drink options, as well as very enjoyable music both at breakfast and in the evenings. :)

Toilet cleaning supplies were missing from the bathroom. We were hoping for a bit more variety at breakfast. There were just classic English breakfast options and the same every day. For people who don't like fried meat, there wasn't any cheese at all, and no veggies other than beans and baked tomatoes. The eggs, hash browns and tomatoes were all pretty bland, unfortunately.

I had an emergency and had to look for another hotel. I booked this one and came in 40 minutes, checked in earlier without any request from my side. The guys are great there, very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, comfortable with extremely cozy bed. Breakfast was tasty, everything was nice in the restaurant. I was lucky that they had a room available for me. There is a DLR station, like 2 minutes from the hotel, it's convenient to go to Tower Gateway. I'll definitely come again when I visit London.

Best hotel . Ive stayed at this hotel maybe 10 times or more now. Usually my partner is the one that books under her name. I love everything about this hotel. I would recommend this to anyone because it is deffinatley worth the money . I would not stay anywhere else. The front of house staff are very welcoming and supportive and also the room service workers are so very polite and helpful making sure you have everything you need. You never know till you try , if anyone is reading this you have to book this and omg the location is amazing! You have the lake infront then across the lake is the city airport runway right there! You can watch planes takeoff and land its soo amazing

My sister and I booked the room, and when we arrived, we arrived 2 and half hours early and hadn't informed the hotel that we needed the extra bed set up; the reception staff let us check in early with no problem at all and set the extra bed up with no issue at all and very quickly, and the male chamber maid was really lovely and gave us good travel tips for getting to the O2, which was our main reason of coming to stay in London. We found getting to the O2 on the DLR and London tube was very easy. The bar staff was lovely and very friendly; in fact, all the staff was to be fair! Breakfast was lovely too, with a good selection, including hot and cold breakfast. The restaurant staff was very lovely and friendly, too!

The extra bed, which was a bed settee, was quite lumpy and looked very well used, but that is my only criticism. I did manage to get to sleep on it, so it was okay, really.

Staff were excellent very attentive and friendly, with nothing too much trouble, the only think that took the edge off was that it wasn't clear when the £50 breakages deposit would be returned, never been asked to pay this and it was 5 working days before it was returned, we were on a budget and this delay caused me issues, I understand the staffs explanation for the payment but no idea in this day and age why this takes 5 days to be released into my account.

It's great to be able to stay at such a low price with breakfast included every day in such an expensive country. They were happy to store my luggage when I arrived early or on the last day, which was very helpful. It's far from central London, but there's a train station nearby, so transportation is not bad (it cost me about 50 £ for transportation for four days, including round trip to the airport, of course).

We booked for a family of four, but when we got to the room, the sofa bed wasn't ready. Also, everything was only prepared for two people. We told the front desk and they prepared it right away, but we ended up preparing the sofa bed ourselves. The room was clean, but a bit small. Everyone wrote in the reviews that the breakfast was the same every day, but that wasn't a problem. It was delicious.

Nice modern hotel, just vis-a-vis London City airport. Staff is fantastic: friendly and helpful. Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is good (as for UK), but no big choice of food. The hotel is located just 1 min walk to the nearest DLR (train) station that brings you to the underground in a couple of stops.

The area is quite boring, there is nothing around, and in the evening it gets a bit depressive. The hotel is located close to the airport, so you will hear some airplanes that take off, but it is not a big problem, since external sound isolation is good. But indoors, sound isolation is bad, and you will hear all the door smashing in the corridor.

Comfortable and very modern room - Clean and pleasant environment

Breakfast - I think the breakfast need to be improved significantly; it was a completely mess, it was chaos and was poorly managed. I think the restaurant manager (A south American looking guy) was doing nothing to manage the chaos. Very little food for hundreds of people and guests were not guided at all - I saw people taking 7 or even 8 croissants in one go. the hotel needs to manage Breakfast a lot, a lot better to avoid disasters.

We booked an accessible room with a wet room. Plenty of space to move around but the bed was a double. Was hoping it would be more of a king size. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful and the hotal seemed clean from stepping through the main doors.

Tight on the tea, coffee and sugar in the rooms. I'm sure we could have gone down in the lift for more but that is somewhat inconvenient when you pay a decent amount for your stay. We could hear the planes but it didn't disturb our sleep. We asked for decaf coffee at breakfast to be told by a server that it wasn't provided at breakfast. I asked where I could get some and he told me to go and ask at reception. I would have thought he could be more helpful by going to get some. This was for my partners' needs as he is unable to have caffeine. I found it unusual for there not to be the option of decaf. There was a good choice for breakfast.
