I found the reception staff very friendly and welcoming and check in process was straightforward. The room was a good size, bathroom was clean and had a very good shower. The bed was comfy too. I had breakfast each morning and there was plenty of choice. The marathon was on the Sunday so the breakfast room was very busy but I still managed to find a table and all the food was hot. As a lone traveller I felt safe in the hotel and car park. It's a stroll to the tram stop to visit Salford Quays or Manchester city centre and then a further walk to the Trafford centre.

The price of the room doubled on the Saturday which I knew beforehand. It was just a bit expensive.

The location of the hotel was great, easy walk to the Trafford centre, and walkable to the Bowlers Exhibition centre. The mcDonalds opposite came in handy too. The room wasnt that cheap for an express hotel, but made up for it due to the location. All the staff we spoke to were really friendly.

The pillows were really flat, but not a biggy. The place in general was really clean, however, the stair case carpet was gross, verrrrrrrrrry dirty and looked like it had loads of bleach stains on it. It really needs a clean or replacing (only saw from floor one down to reception level). If you go in the lift though you dont see it and the rest of place was nice and clean.

Receptionist checking us in was lovely, she stated our room wasn’t ready and as this was after the check in time we were given complimentary drinks at the bar and they sorted a room quickly for us! We were there to attend soccer aid, but there were another 3 big event on at the same time so we expected to wait a bit longer but we didn’t at all. After the event and returning back, we went to the bar to order a drink and some pizzas and the guy working (Morgan) was serving himself and I just want to praise him for keeping calm because it started to get busy as the McDonald’s next door was jam packed and people who weren’t guests decided to come to the hotel for food instead. The system then started being slow and he had the patience of a saint, despite people waiting to be served huffing and sighing because it was taking so long! Breakfast was really nice, the girls cleaning the tables were very friendly and made us leave smiling! We’ve booked again for a couple months time and can’t wait to be back!

Room, bed was very comfortable, staff welcoming, great price and location

Breakfast times, we thought Breakfast finished at 10am but it was 930, we got into the restaurant at 928 the young girl abruptly told us that Breakfast finishes at 930, made us feel uncomfortably and rushed to grab something to eat, there was plenty of food left, quite a lot really, we didn't even gave time for a hot drink, other people came after us and the older staff member let them choose some Breakfast and a drink, ok I know you need a cut off time but your staff made us feel like we couldn't even have 5 minutes grace to get some food and finish eating....

I was there last Sunday and bank holiday Monday to watch a Man United match. I was greeted by their friendly reception team (didn’t get all of their names but one of them was called Michael Owen) who allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot (ample space) as I had arrived a few hours earlier than check-in time, super convenient and it cost £5 for 24 hours. Room was comfortable and clean, heating and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very close proximity to Trafford Centre Shopping Mall (8 mins walk) and the tram station is a 3 mins walk which could take you to Old Trafford Stadium and also Manchester City Centre within a few minutes. Tram is every 15 minutes. Uber is reliable in the area too. I would definitely choose this hotel if I were to drive up to Manchester again.

To be honest this is really petty but the toilet bin was broken. they should have just binned it 🤣 it was my second time staying with them and it’s always busy at breakfast + hash browns were dry and over cooked, jam/nutella were not topped up. But I’m not too fussed about having breakfast as there are lots of food options in the mall/city centre.

On arrival welcomed by staff with a smile on her face. Think she was called Chantell. Everything was explained thoroughly even had a laugh and a joke made to feel important, valued and made at home. Everywhere clean and tidy. On returning from our evening out again very polite and helpful bar staff, nothing too much trouble always smiling. Great night sleep in a comfortable clean bed, room temperature just right. Breakfast was gorgeous, everything you wanted all hot and very tasty with lots of choice, again the breakfast staff really polite helpful. Checkout was easy and Susan was lovely. Will definitely use this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff

Couldn’t find fault it was ideal for what we wanted.

Clean modern hotel with perfect location, so close to Trafford Centre and many other amenities. Staff are incredible, and they go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! We were there to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday, staff members had signed a birthday card with a gift and left it in our room! How amazing and thoughtful. My daughter was over the moon! Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay unforgettable! ❤️

Nothing, incredible stay cannot fault it.

On arrival our room wasn’t suitable and we were swapped to a different room. This was dealt with well, nothing was too much trouble and the gentleman who swapped our room apologised and gave us two drinks vouchers as an apology, so thank you!!!!. Further into our stay we went for some snacks and a drink in the restaurant area. A gentleman called Kai who was working on the bar served us our drinks. We watched him clean every single table possibly 20+ and he wiped down the bar on his own whilst three other staff stood chatting at reception doing nothing. Kai literally went above and beyond to keep the reception area/restaurant area spotless. An absolute grafter and whilst we thought all the staff were great he was an absolute exception. Just needed to say what a fab worker he was.

We were happy once moved rooms, but the smell of cannabis in the first room was horrendous. We then came back at 4am to the reception area stinking as well. Someone had been smoking outside but had I had my kids there I’d of probably moved hotels for the night.

The location to the Trafford Centre and Trams was very convenient. The hotel was clean and the staff, all but one, were very friendly and helpful.

There was one staff member, and I didn't get her name. She was older, short with blonde hair, who we found to be unhelpful and rude. We asked for help for something, and she brushed us off and said just a minute but never came back. When we returned later that evening, she was on reception with another staff member. The guy she was working with greeted us and was very pleasant. She, on the other hand, didn't even acknowledge us. I feel she is not happy in her job

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to get to shopping centre. So easy to get the tram or an Uber to another location (fairly cheap too!). Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing!!!! Great cooked breakfast and the croissants were fantastic! The room was spacious, telly worked fine, bathroom was lovely.

Not a fan of paying for hotel parking if we have paid to stay in the hotel itself. The room was incredibly hot all the time. Changed the settings etc but not much difference so turned it off completely. Doesn’t help that the room had no window to open.
