The spacious bed. The provisions for evening drink...coffee, tea, milk, kettle for hot water. Really liked that. Cleanliness. Quite warm. Enough lighting. Proximity to airport and amenities such as NSW Services . Serenity and quietness. Flexibility in check out time. Very kind and polite staff. Keep up!

Breakfast on first day ie 16th was close to nothing, didn'tfind bread, just cereals and an apple.....and l was there at 8.30am. Improve. However, l really loved the one on 16th June. The brown bedcover was clean but had a kind of permanent stain🙃. Tissue..very thin and only one. Had to add one more .

Loved that it's closer to walk across to KFC and McDonald's to grab something to eat 😊. The staff's are so kind, friendly, and welcoming that makes the stay more enjoyable. The room is clean and tidy. Just wanna say thank you to the lovely staff's that attend to us when we have our stay there. We are looking forward to coming back again anytime we are planning for a short stay in Sydney.

There is nothing that we didn't like, everything we want the staff's helped us with. Easy to grab Uber or taxi to go wherever you want to. Looking forward to coming back again. It's closer to the airport

Convenience, right on the Hwy, close to the city, the M8 and Marrickville shopping . McDonalds and KFC on the doorstep. Gave us a room downstairs due to mobility issue. Extra pillows when asked. Room.A/C & TV. Fridge.

The tiniest bathroom I've ever been in. Low water pressure. The step UP into the bathroom with no handrail to help was very difficult with my mobility . However having the sink & mirror in the room helped with make-up & hair & having room to do that. Need to be very good friends or not shy because there's no room to dress in the bathroom.

Location for me was perfect, Solo traveler room size was great, bed was very comfortable! Room and lobby was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. About 15-20 min walk to shopping centre with loads of different shops, also train station to get you into the CBD.

Size of the bathroom was a little small, which is fine as that is something that cannot be fixed. There was No shower curtain so water would get on floor.(I hate that) The lack of daily room service to empty rubbish bins, and I had to ask for it to be emptied. Maybe a wash cloth could be added to the rooms laundry needs. Parking was a bit hard at night so had to park away from building.

Slept well. Comfy bed n pillows. Clean rooms. Clean fresh linens. Eateries either side. There is plenty of security parking at an extra minimal cost. Breakfast extra cost if required. Drink and snak vending machines. Luggage can be locked in Store Room if arrived early. Pin entry for late after-hours entry. Ensuites have a high step up for entry. There are no lifts for upper storey. Building is 'tired', though this is reflected in accommodation cost.

No lifts. Rusted metal door trim exposed in ensuite. Extremely high step up into ensuite.

We liked everything about it, to the staff and the room, daughter loved the bunk bed. Everything was clean and spotless, I was unsure as I read reviews about not being clean, but honestly I couldn't fault it one bit! It was absolutely clean! Small toilet and shower bit but I loved it, almost felt like camping in a way. The staff was absolutely lovely, there was a lovely lady at reception and went above and beyond for my daughter. She was very nice! Definitely will stay here again, daughter loved the kitchen bit and breakfast

It was affordable and cheap for basic amenities for short stays. Public transport was very accessible with a bus stop right in front of hotel, and not too far from train station. It was nice to be located next door to McDonalds and KFC for cheap and quick eats. The room and bathroom was clean and met standards to have a comfortable stay on a budget.

The room was much smaller than advertised images. I extremely disliked having a bathroom sink right next to the bed, which felt mildly uncomforwithe for wet floors. This could be solved by having a curtain to segregate different areas. No tissues, no slippers, toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, old interior design with popcorn walls.

The hotel is really nice. It may not seem it by photos i.e. put off by the sink in the room, but it is actually a really good room. The bathroom is quirky, but the shower is really nice. The beds were really soft. The airport is about 20 mins away via public transport which is easy to catch from the hotel, and the CBD is about 30-40 mins away via public transport. Easy as. KFC and McDonald's right next door for late night feeds, can't go wrong. Cheap and nice location.

The only thing was our air con did not work. On any other stay they would've changed our room but since we booked over New Years, they were fully booked. The staff did give us a tower fan to try and help out, which was good enough, did the job and was really thoughtful by the staf..

The location is great for a solo traveler. It had a mcdonald's on one side and a kentucky fried chicken on the other. If you use and learn the bus schedule there was a bus stop right outside at the street. The buses were easy to use.It was tapped to pay with any credit card. If you prefer the Trains, the bus would take you to the train station. That was only a few blocks. Also it was less than a half hour to the airport.

The location was great - close to the airport, and walking distance to multiple train stations, pubs, restaurants. After hours check-in was easy, though I think instructions need to be updated so customers know how it works before they arrive in the late hours. Bed was super comfy - our pillows needed changing out for new ones. Good hot water with plenty of pressure. The windows block out most of the noise from the frequent planes crossing overhead, so you won't be disturbed by them unless you want to sleep with your window open. Maccas downstairs for a first thing in the morning real caffeine hit was great.

The pillows weren't great, and the bin in the room was too small for a multiple day stay. After hours check-in instructions need updating, and communication with the hotel wasn't as easy as it should have been.
