It was clean and the staff were nice

The bathroom was very small I had to put my clothes on the sink and they were getting wet from the shower my mum couldn’t shower because we were worried she would slip over there is no screen or curtain to stop the water going everywhere. Other then that it did the job it had two queen size beds they were comfortable not a lot of room for two suitcases and they did have tea and coffee facilities (bit more sugar would of been good ) but that’s not a big deal. I don’t think it was worth the price.

1. 9 mins walk from Sydney Domestic Airport and Sydney Domestic Airport train station which is inside the airport- the train takes you to Central in 10 mins and Townhall/Circular Quay in 30 mins from domestic airport train station Note: To get to the airport from the hotel, when you reach the t- junction after taking a right from hotel, take the left route instead of the right to get to airport easily 2. There is a shuttle bus Sydney Super Shuttle which will take you to the hotel for 12 aud. You can also walk to the hotel from domestic airport if you have less luggage

1. Didn’t have a wardrobe. Just a small hangar was there 2. Only restaurants nearby were Krispy Kreme, KFC, McDonalds and Mantra hotel

Conveniently located to Sydney airport and restaurants, suitable for an overnight stay for those with an early flight the next day. Block out curtains were useful to block light from the busy road and billboard outside. The room was simple but had a private bathroom, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities, and power points to keep charge devices overnight.

The air conditioner was pretty loud and didn't seem to have an option to turn the power down to make it quieter. It also made the air much drier than other air conditioning units, so I had to get up to drink water a few times throughout the night.

I made the decision to stay as the late night trains to the Central Coast were not running due to network issues. The price was very reasonable for a late night booking ($120) and more than justifiable in the situation I was in. I appreciate the shuttle to the hotel and the amenities were great. Just what I needed.

It would be good if there was some signage at the shuttle location - the bus we took was large and gold and didn't have any identifying signage so it was difficult to determine if it was the right one, particularly at 10:45pm at night when you're tired. A lot of people were asking the same question after I got one.

Very conveniently located, we even walked our way there. The rooms are basic but they perfectly do the job, especially for a short overnight stay before a connecting flight. We did not have breakfast there so we cannot comment on that. Staff was very nice. We could leave our luggage before properly checking in, however note that it is in a dedicated room but all bags are mixed together and you leave/pick them yourself; I wouldn't recommend doing so if you are packing valuables. A few fast-food options around if needed.

Doors slam when shut, which can be a bit noisy. However no problem with earplugs.

We were only there for 12 hours basically to sleep and shower before returning to the airport for another flight. Would be handy if a shuttle ran between all of the hotels in the airport precinct as taxis aren't keen to accept the small fare to ibis but walking to the hotel at 10.30 at night isn't ideal either. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant surprise to have a room with a renovated bathroom with a shower screen, the old style are not great everything gets wet.

Nothing to not like, short stay as our Hobart flight arrived too late to get the connecting flight home. Comfy bed, good bathroom and a lift to upper floors. All good!!

Location, Room, TV, Security were awesome. Staff were extremely helpful except 1 x female staffer at Checkin sniggered at me when I asked for a receipt -saying you can get a receipt after your stay..which I didn't. We'd arrived 1 x day early and paid for the night of 26th Dec. She needs to be trained properly - any Eftpos payment receipt printout should available on request in Australia for PAID Goods and Services. There was no reason to deny me as the consumer other than her ignorance.

Shower gradient is terrible and pools by the toilet not draining properly. I had to get a fresh bathmat daily. Aircon was hard to work out.

It was clean, functional. I really appreciated the tea facility in the room. The young man on the front desk was friendly and respectful to a tired solo female traveller old enough to be his grandmother (me) and answered my questions patiently. On that basis I would return.

The bathroom was tiny so when I showered I left the door open. Lucky the alarm didn't go off ($1500 fine!), as I only saw the sign to keep door closed when leaving the bathroom. Please remember up to half of your clients may arrive jet-lagged, like myself, or at late hours and tired. The rate of $165 for one night to lay my head down in a clean bed and shower between flights was expensive, being on a pension, and I would need to do more comparison if there is a next time. Being a regional person I am not familiar with Sydney cost of living.

Very convenient for airport. Arrived 6am checked in at 8 to 12pm. (Booked for overnight and paid for late check out). Delay getting to hotel as couldn't find bus stop or info.

More info on shuttle bus. Hadn't a clue after an overnight flight and couldn't think rationally. Plus anyone we asked (workers) didn't know either, sent us in different directions. In the end I called the hotel. Maybe this info could be included in the booking message. Even a map on where the bus stop is? What the bus is called etc. It was quite a nuisance. Taxi refused to take us as it's not worth their while (understandably.

The room was basic with no frills (hence Budget in title) but was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was very little noise even though we were close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room doesn't have a hairdryer, you can borrow one from the front desk. Good laundry facility including irons and ironing boards. Buffet breakfast at the adjacent Mantra hotel is excellent, and you can get a discount if you book the night before and tell them your Ibis room number.

The door was a little tricky to lock. We had to check that the lock had caught, and sometimes had to pull it closed twice. Also, there were little things that needed maintenance, such as broken lift buttons.
