Great location for shopping and restaurants. Easy to find and parking. Room and facilities were clean and spacious. We were on level 2 and the pool, spa, sauna and gym were small but looked inviting. Well kept. Main bed was firm but very comfortable. Room was quiet, balcony was a nice touch

My 16 yr old son and I were staying the night. The room had a sofa bed which we had made up for our stay. As many sofa beds are, it was very uncomfortable he reported. My teenage son was not wanting to share with his mother so we placed the sofa bed mattress on the floor. He said that was much better than the mattress on the frame. Perhaps if an additional bed is needed in the room request a roll away bed which may be better?

Location, room & bed were all excellent. Close proximity to restaurants & bars. Bed was very comfortable & due to an upgrade, our room had everything.

Our upgrade was due to being given a key to a room that was already occupied, which was very embarrassing to say the least. After apologising, the occupants were very forgiving & had a bit of a laugh that something like this could happen. We returned to reception to advise that we would prefer a room that is empty. The receptionist apologised & gave us an upgrade. I can only say that I am very thankful that the occupants of the original room were as forgiving as they were, otherwise, things could have been very nasty.

Location and facilities were excellent. Easily able to upgrade to a better room for minimal cost. Great access to shops, WIN Entertainment Centre and free bus to station. Reception staff were excellent.

Checkout is at 11am. Twice before this time housekeeping knocked to gain access and I told them I was leaving at 11am. Right on 11am there was another knock and this time I was too slow to get there and the door was opened. While I was just about to go, this was a real intrusion and was not appreciated

The room was very spacious, and well appointed with kitchenette, lounge, table and chairs and a balcony, very comfortable to spend time in! The hotel is conveniently located in the city, with a variety of restaurants very close by, and a short walk to the Wollongong beach area. The free shuttle bus can be caught just across the road which you can take to the North Wollongong area and the train station and runs about every 10 minutes. The Sakura Sushi Japanese restaurant is a very close walk and was excellent, as well as good Thai and Indian restaurants.

i was aware the hotel was in a city location, but I was in a room on the second level, and experienced a little noise from the road and the balcony wasn't private from the street view. I would ask for a room on a higher floor next time, for a quieter stay, but the location was very good.

Central to everything! Lots of food options so we were able to try something new each meal. We had a studio room and were shocked at how spacious it was! It also had a pull out sofa bed as an additional option. The bathroom was quite big too. The concierge staff were super friendly and efficient.

The pool area is in a bit of an inconvenient location being on the second floor surrounded and feels cramped especially when there’s a few people there at a time with minimal seating options.

Conveniently placed to venues, the room was more than ample and furnished well. I haven't slept as well in other motels as I did during my stay and wished I could take the bed home with me.

The shower was over a bath tub. Which we found quite difficult to climb into. There were no hand rails to improve stability and provide support. I would think that this could be a potential risk to falls and would have preferred just a shower room instead. I noticed when looking down from our balcony that a few floors below had a cactus/pebble garden and there were a lot of rubbish, even a red baseball cap laying on the garden beds. This might probably be the last place one would think to clean but it was detracting from anyone taking in the ambience of the outdoors area.

The location was superb, its so close to everything and right at doorstep. The staff was friendly and professional! The room was bigger than I expected, it has a connecting door so I guess if travelling with a bigger family it would be fun and lucky no noise coming from neighbours (if any)

The alarm went off 2 times at 5am!!! 2 times and it lasted so long. We know that on a Saturday night there is a patrol at the property but I guess no training given for emergency which could be dangerous if anything happened.

Central location within the city centre, easy to walk towards any buses or to the main train line (wollongong station) and close proximity to the harbour/beach. Staff were friendly and approachable for check in and check out. Room was spacious with lots of empty spaces to walk by (inclusive of bed, small dining table, chairs, armchair, tv and sofa) and had an interconnected room (we only booked as a couple, 1N stay) but can see the practicality for bigger family/longer stays as it fits in apartment dwelling atmosphere for a longer stay with basic kitchenette (no oven from memory)features. Bed was comfortable. View was standard CBD areas - carpark entry below (for this hotel) and car parking behind the property facing another business lot.

I think the smoke fire alarm(?) is on top of the bed's ceiling which when lying down you are left facing and it blinks intermittently, so when lights are closed off it was easily noticeable when trying to sleep - luckily it doesnt beep! Balcony is small, table and chairs where right in the doorway and seems too narrow to have furniture outside or best kept on one side rather than in the middle of the walkway.

Good location, it was only a 8 to 10 min walk to Wollongong Central and the city beach. Very friendly staff - the staff member knew it was a birthday celebration and offered us wine and chocolate. The room was spacious, we were facing the main road but it wasn't noisy (guess its because the area isn't very busy). the bathroom was big. The kitchen has everything that you can expect - kettle, plates, cutlery etc

the shower tiles were a little slippery, need to walk with care.

Adina Wollongong has become my go to place for a little relax and reset, from the staff at reception when checking in right through to the room itself it's a really pleasant experience, the staff are always willing to go above and beyond are so polite, friendly and respectful. The rooms are always 10/10, bright, clean, fresh and airy, and the whole place smells lovely all the time which is a bonus, I've never had an issue with noise, or anything not working correctly in my rooms. Being centrally located in Wollongong it's the perfect place to start your night off and walk around to the local pubs, restaurants and shops. I'll always keep coming back, we live local so to be able to completely unwind and relax using the facilities such as the spa, pool or sauna in the motel and not have to travel too far is a plus.

Can't fault a thing honestly, from the rooms, to the staff, to the cleanliness and luxury feeling as you step into reception, it's all awesome.
