Everything was great The facilities - great well- appointed apartment The location - short walk to bus stop, Botanic Gardens, etc The security - gated community Very well maintained - pools and gardens The Thai Restaurant on site was excellent

We arrived at night late due to flight delays so had to pick the keys and instructions from the locked box The map provided was ok but the location of the garage was not indicated so it took a while to find. Quite confusing. The building names were difficult to see at night also so it was a bit stressful initially

Gated accomadation was fantastic, great walks around all the grounds, gorgeous pools & gardens. Spacious 2 bedroom accomadation, fantastic balcony.

Bed were hard, the very small TV screen was half damaged & made it hard to watch, like something had been thrown & at & screen was different colours & hard to watch. The taps at sink in bathroom leaked & had to be turned off really tightly but still dripped. The lounge was so uncomfortable, it had massive sink holes in the seats, ripped leather & looked very old, You couldn't sit in lounge for too long, it was so uncomfortable.

The pools, grounds were all gorgeous. It was well maintained, easy access to town. Great value for money and plenty of room in the apartments.

Permanent residence weren't happy with our occupancy, especially with the children who ranged from 2 - 11 and asked us to keep the noise down from he children, even when they were swimming in the pool. Being on holiday they are excited, a little over zealous and can be a little noisy. It was a family reunion for my 70th birthday and my daughters and grandchildren all travelled from different parts of Australia to be together to celebrate. It put a bit of a strain on our stay trying to make sure the kids didn't make too much noise.

We booked three apartments, none of them were close to each other as the resort only rents out some of the apartments, the rest are owned. All the rooms were different but they were all clean and cosy. The swimming pools seemed lovely and clean but it was too chilly to go in them. There is a shop, pharmacy, doctors and fast food places a short walk away. We drove into the main town as it would be a long walk.

One of the apartments had a leak in the bathroom, reported it to reception and someone came to fix it asap.

2 br apartment was very large, clean and mostly quiet. Supplied is tea, coffee, hot chocolate, clothes washing powder (as well as private washer and dryer). Only a few minutes drive from the Esplanade. Location is very secure with gated entry to the complex.

Spa bath of neighbouring room was a bit noisy when left running all night. Reception is closed on weekends (but there is an after hours number to call). Parking garage is a bit tight for large 4WD cars and underground garage is also hard to get in to. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this accommodation

We had an amazing stay at the lakes resort in October 2024. The pool water was heaven and so nice for the kids to play in! The only part was because it's so hot the air conditioner in the loungeroom didn't really keep the room cool but other than that we had an amazing stay and will definitely return!

Reception closed on weekends. Thai restaurant mainly serves fried food and hot food so in the heat it was lovely but not a great combo. Cafe at the back of the resort not advertised properly. Really needs a better on-site restaurant. Not close to local city centre so you need a car to get around. The local IGA was the best supermarket to go to and don't even think about walking from the resort in the heat especially with kids. Too hot! We had an amazing stay otherwise!

The facilities such as the pools, BBQ areas, restaurants and bars were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is only a 40 minute walk or 10 minute Uber from the city centre and only a short drive to other tourist attractions. The second room we stayed in was nicely furnished and very clean.

The original room that we were put into was poorly furnished, very dirty and of a very low standard. When we brought this up with management and showed them photos they were able to accomodate us and move us to a better room. Although this was great of them I was left unsure as to why we were put in such a poor room in the first place.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. All appliances worked perfectly and the apartment was fully stocked with linen, cleaning and washing equipment, kitchen cutlery and cooking utensils. I'll be staying here again, the pools and outdoor areas were excellent.

Not much really, it is close to the airport so those 5am to 6am flights can get you off to an early start to the day.

very clean and had all facilities provided

when did booking it advertised ground floor but when we arrived it was 2 lots steps to go up with no lift-husband bad knees and back, had to carry luggage, food etc and I had back surgery -reason for trip-so without lift terrible. arrived too late to ask to fix if at all possible, surgery 7am-before office open. Car park squeezed into corner also bad post surgery trying to squeeze into spots to pack up with doors half closed.

The space and location were both great

Had no idea how to get in at first. Contacted the phone number and was told they will call me back in the interim asked some random who directed us to the lock box. Thankfully found the keys as still no call back by the time we checked out after 4 days! The aircon didn’t work in the room and lounge area. The drains in the shower were blocked and hardly drained. The kitchen had a very strange stagnant water smell. The fridge was leaking and defrosting and most of our Christmas food went off as a result. Attempted to contact the support number multiple times and no answer at all. Also sent text messages and no response at all. Pretty disappointing considering the price we paid to stay there and no communication whatsoever.
