The room is a great size, it has a 2 seater sofa, plenty of space for luggage, a large TV, and a modern kitchenette nook with a proper sink! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The bathroom has been updated, as has the rest of the room. Tastefully decorated and the a/c did a good job in freezing Ballarat weather. The proximity to the Red Lion bar & restaurant (access directly from the undercover motel entrance) is a bonus! The staff were absolutely awesome, going well out of their way to help me accommodate my very large work panel van so that I didn't have to park it on the street. If my travels take me back to Ballarat at any time I will definitely be staying at the Sovereign Park.

The location was conveniently close to Sovereign Hills. The play area was perfect with the kids and adults too, especially the pool which we were allowed to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready for check in. The staff were also friendly and amazing!

The showers were far from where the pool was and hot water was inconsistent while showering. Also, the room we were in had a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom which turns off a few minutes after you turn the switch off. Despite these, our experience and stay was great.

Service and staff manners were excellent. The location and the facilities, such as the pool, recreational centre and laundry made my stay very enjoyable. Surrounding was quite at night too. Room service was also very prompt and the food was tasty.

Only 2 mugs in the kitchenette area in our family room and they look dirty. One had thick black coffee stains. Bowls in the room were also too small to have a proper breakfast if you need to run a marathon in the morning like I did. Would also like to see some disposable slippers

I recently stayed at the room with Spa Bath and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, but the highlight was definitely the spa bath—so relaxing after a long day of travel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and rejuvenating getaway!

We enjoyed everything the pool was even heated. my 5-year-old grandson loves tennis, and we had his tennis rackets with us, so he played a little indoor tennis We had 2 rooms 10 and 11, Rooms were very comfortable and enough space for our needs. Location only a couple of minutes' drive from Ballarat City and just 1 minute away from Sovereign Hill. We could not praise all the staff from the Sovereign Park Motor Inn and the restaurant highly enough.

Every single staff member was delightful, the rooms were meticulous, the food in the restaurant/bar was beautiful and well priced. The facilities were fantastic. Will definitely be back and have shared our recommendation to others.

I dont actually want to have a whinge to make but honestly the spa could have been a couple of degrees warmer!! I sat in their trying to enjoy the bubbles but I had goosebumps every time!! We used the pool and spa everyday (4times) and it felt the same.

Before and during our stay, the managers demonstrated great hospitality and friendliness. Despite bad weather, kids (and adults) were thoroughly entertained swimming and playing table tennis. The use of salt water in the swimming pool was a plus for my eczema prone kids. The modern room was impeccable with a good supply of tea and coffee, biscuits and chilled drinking water. The shampoo and conditioner were nice too. We'd definitely come back to stay here.

A suggestion is to install a shower curtain in the bathroom as the toilet is next to the shower with nothing inbetween. Inevitably, the toilet got wet after a shower. The floor dried fairly quickly though. However, since this was a disabled room, we totally understand if this was the suitable configuration for those with disabilities.

Great Motel, within walking distance to Sovereign Hills and a number of restaurants and cafes. The Red Lion was excellent, great atmosphere and meals. Room was very clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and big roomy bathroom with a spa. Parking at your door which was very handy for moving luggage. Indoor pool and games area was really good, perfect if travelling with children. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in back in Ballarat.

Must say I was surprised …… didn’t expect what I experienced . Cracker of a room and week presented , amazing games facilities for kids, great pool …… the boy loved it such a bonus …… location perfect…….. and look I’m in Hospo and the level of service for room service was very surprised ….. checked your order , checked on you , curtious, polite , and modifications to anything was easy…… definitely coming back .!

Menu choices , need to put some little simpler options ….. pizza options thought could be better ….. margarita has to be on there , then additions ontop . The room cards weren’t reliable .

Receptionist was so helpful and lovely as well as staff at the on-site restaurant with delicious food. Facilities so clean and games room with pickle ball, table tennis, pool, spa, sauna, etc so much fun. The decor, garden, timber, bricks and colour scheme made a cosy stay which was part of my reason for choosing here because I like the warm finishes. Spa in our bathroom was fantastic also. Whole place exceeded my expectations, thank you for a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
