Great Location. Easy to walk to everything in the town and close to all the restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed, comfortable. It was great to have a little kitchenette too.

There were very few amenities, and our room was only cleaned or made up once during our 3-night stay. No amenities were refilled, and they were sparse to begin with. When we asked for things at reception, though, they were given to us promptly, so that was good. The only other thing I didn't like was the noise from other guests; you can hear every word when someone is in the hallways, and music/TV from adjoining rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ballarat while attending an event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we also hosted our training session in the hotel’s conference room, which was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. There was plenty of on-site parking, and both the hotel room and conference facilities offered lots of space. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays, I would absolutely return!

The weather was so cold at that time of year! But I know that's not the hotels' fault, ha!! They kept us warm inside.

I loved the location it was perfectly close to everything we needed It was a lovely place with loads of room and the staff were so lovely

There was no hand soap anywhere so we had to go buy some right away, no house keeping which meant we had rubbish growing daily (4 day stay), and beyond no car parking it was absolutely pouring down and we had to park up the street leaving behind bags that as a result ended up getting wet along with the all important basketball shoes

We were greeted by a lovely staff member, who was most friendly, professional & helpful. It was a warm day & the air-conditioning was on in our room, which we appreciated. The room was very comfortable & had everything we needed.

There was a clump of blonde hair on the bathroom floor, neither my partner nor I have blonde hair. There were renovations going on in a building next door.

Modern room, excellent lighting, really quiet at night, good air con, big shower with good pressure, comfy bed, Netflix and YouTube on TV using your own account, excellent location

Heavy doona too hot, needed the air con on all night (I like that anyway but some don't). Building a large apartment block behind the hotel and the work might be loud during the day and start early

We were so impressed with the 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. The beds were luxurious and the provided toiletries of good quality. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops in centre of town. Plenty of parking.

The Ballarat Quest is in an ideal location. Walking distance to Sturt Street's shops, cafes and restaurants. A very comfortable room for one person and good facilities. I only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer.

The building works out the back started up at 7.00am on the dot on Saturday morning which is out of the hands of the Quest. Other than the noise everything else was good and very presentable.

Good walking distance to Sturt st shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The parking was not enough for all of the guests, especially as there were many trades/government departments staff and cars. Be prepared to have to park in the street which is not ideal.

Parking was not sufficient for all guests. Perhaps you should limit the number of cars for each room.

It was nice and cosy , it had everything I needed in the room , the bed was absolutely amazing to sleep in , staff were very friendly

There is really nothing to put in this section everything was great , if I had to say one thing it would be something very minor like room spray in bathroom

Proximity to hospital and cafes, comfortable bed, good linen. Very obliging staff.

Insufficient sound baffling between our studio apartment and the adjoining apartment. Voices clearly carry through the interconnecting door and/or wall even though the guests were not unreasonable. Seating not great, one chair particularly hard.
