Large room with plenty of space to spread out.Very clean .Our room was changed to a ground floor unit on the advice of reception which was much better for us as older.We had a car park outside our unit and it was very quiet.Crockery and cutlery supplied as well as a microwave.We were well situated for ease of access to where we intended to go in Ballarat Loved the electric blankets Well lit (lhs bed lamp was shorting occasionally 😮) We would return again

A bit tricky for my husband getting out of the spa as shower in the spa.There was a hand rail but base of spa slippery and he had to have help to raise his knee and get over. We were an end unit which probably explained why hot water took a while to come through Air conditioner kept us warm but very noisy Couch in room very low as is toilet .Probably a grab rail in toilet would be a good idea

The lovely lady who runs it. I had to ring on the day of arrival to say we were running very late due to the Hume Highway being closed and having to do a massive detour. We arrived after reception desk was closed but she came, told us she put us in a ground floor room, our account had been charged, and if there were any more questions she was on call. Room a good size. Easy to park the car. A 15 minute stroll into the restaurant area of Ballarat.

Probably the only thing not great was that the bed was a bit hard. Room had recently been painted, so a slight smell, but the aircon on sorted that out.

the staff was very lovely, when requested for towels and charger she quickly respond and helped me. So lucky to stay here and enjoy the place here too. Downstairs is a Chinese restaurant the food was very yummy as well. I am sure will come to stay here again when I come Ballarat. The location is perfect for me, walk distance to supermarket and about 5mins drive to Sovereign Hills, walk distance can have others nice fine dining restaurants too.

There was plenty of individual space, one bed down one end, a bathroom in the middle and another bed down the other end. We ended up asking to stay on the groundfloor, due to the stairs, and we were really happy with our room. The linen was crisp and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was wonderful, I think we had a room for disabled persons, and it was perfect. Lady who checked us in was lovely and came back to check on us.

Look we were really happy with our accomodation, and would happily stay again. It is Just around the corner from a chinese restaurant, just up the road from mcdonalds and other eathouses. Parking was easy.

The great thing about the hotel, it's not far from the city, it has great facilities and the beds are comfy too.

The only problem was the air-con wasn't working much which caused the room to be hot and almost had trouble sleeping. Also the screen door for the balcony couldn't lock properly and the lock was broken. But besides that it was still a nice room and great hotel, it wasn't too bad.

I was grateful they had a room as I mucked up my accommodation arrangements for the weekend. It was comfy, we were warm and it was not too expensive or hard to get to, we could also park there.

the only thing we were surprised by was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. we would have liked a warm drink in the morning.

The bed was comfortable. There was next to no noise being on a main road. It's very close to the city centre but just out a bit to not have full traffic noise. Travelling with a little one these small things matter.

Needed to have a toaster in the room. This wasn't allowed as it trips the power. This is something they can fix, but overall not really an issue.

Location, easy to come and go. The parking and plenty of room to turn around, secure. Room replenished daily, bed made.

Slightly on cleanliness, could of been fluff off cleaners clothing, table could of done with a wipe down. Side table are looking shabby. Half baths could be removed so door could open fully and a nice large shower instead , otherwise all good.

Very reasonable priced motel, had everything that I needed, the wifi was fast, the bed was comfy, the room was large, and the place had a restaurant which looked very nice though I didn't go in this time. Very close to the centre of time. For me on a business trip, it was ideal. And a great price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, when I ask about any nice places to visit and nice cafe, staff introduced to me and know very well. Facilities were clean and tidy. The mattress was so comfy. The motel was very quiet at night even just next to the main road. There is a Chinese restaurant at downstairs. Walking distance to Coles and WWS.
