Being walking distance to Sovereign Hill and only a short drive to everything else we needed. Easy parking. Staff member in reception was friendly. Easy check in and check out. Only one level so not many stairs to walk up and down and there was a lift available as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Heating and cooling worked well in the room. Affordable price and value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

These were only minor things to us and really didn’t effect our stay but may be important for others to consider-no shallow end in the pool. Security door was very squeaky when opening and closing. Lights outside the room were left on all night which is understandable but the blinds on the windows didn’t block it out so the room was quite bright from them when trying to sleep.

I arrived on a monday and had uni classes until almost 5pm. Staff at the apartments messaged me earlier in the day to let me know they had put the key in the lock box, the code and directions to my particular apartment. I had booked a studio apartment. When I got there, my heater was on for me, (yes it was cold outside lol) and I think I had been upgraded in the apartment as it wasnt just a studio. It had everything I needed. The apartment was clean. The heating was good. It was quiet. I spent a lovely 4 nights there, and am looking forward to my next stay at the end of the month which is only a one night stay. I recently stayed at Sovereign Views Apartments and had a really great experience overall. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent close to attractions, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet, which made it easy to unwind. The only small downside was that they said they couldn’t provide any more shampoo or conditioner, even after I paid for additional nights, which was a bit disappointing. However, this didn’t take away too much from how much I enjoyed my stay. I’d still happily recommend Sovereign Views Apartments to anyone looking for convenient and comfortable accommodation in the area. Thank you for a wonderful visit I’d definitely come back

Couldn’t provide more shampoo and conditioner

Three bedroom apartment for two adults, a teen and a pre-teen. Ease of checkin collecting key from lock box outside room. Underground parking. Near to facilities.

Windows were slightly ajar and first night the rattling was disturbing. Fixed as per instructions in welcome book. However, the window controller in bedroom 3 was precariously half off the ledge immediately over our heads. Tried to let cleaning staff know but they just referred us to the instruction book. Ease of checkin after long drive great but would have liked to have seen a reception person during the 4 day stay.

The manager kindly let us check in an hour early at no extra cost so we could check in before my cousin’s 2pm wedding. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were all a generous size, huge wardrobes if staying long term. Six seater dining table which we played uno at after the wedding lol. The beds were comfy, there was more than enough towels for us all. Hot water was quick to start in the shower. Undercover parking was great. Each room had a key lockbox, contactless check in, with the code sent that morning. I’d stay there again.

The bathroom door didn’t have a lock, which isn’t a huge issue, only a mild annoyance. I didn’t love having to wash and put away the dishes and take out our rubbish… I avoid airbnbs for this kind of thing. But overall a good stay.

The layout was very nice, especially in the kitchen, so much so I would consider remodelling my own kitchen in a similar way. Plenty of space and light and good control of the light. Heating was great for us coming from the tropics. The stools were very wide and comfortable and were able to meet pregnant woman's labour needs. Very responsive when the oven wasn't working and was replaced within 24 hours. Lift was really helpful and plenty of carparking space. My family would stay here again.

The toilet in one bathroom was uncomfortable, squished in a corner, and the shower vehicle was a tight squeeze for 6 ft plus size person and pregnant women. The accessible bathroom was a great size, but the shower curtain was not able to keep water in, and the water flowed everywhere, so then it couldn't dry or drain away for anyone using just toilet or sink.

Fantastic Location – Conveniently situated near attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Spacious Rooms – Plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. Well-Equipped Apartment – Great facilities that made the stay easy and enjoyable. Clean & Well-Maintained – The apartment was tidy and well-kept. Comfortable Stay – Cozy furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. Good Amenities – Everything you needed for a hassle-free stay. Easy Check-In & Check-Out – Smooth and efficient process.

Outdated website information – The website states there is a game room, but there isn’t one. Loud, creaky flooring – Walking around the apartment was quite noisy. Disruptive noise from large groups – Young teenagers were unsupervised and loud during our stay. Noise outside at night – A group was bouncing a ball outside our window while we were trying to get a 4-year-old to sleep.

This has been one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed. This will now be our preferred choice of accommodation when visiting Ballarat. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with excellent heating and comfortable beds. The double shower was an added benefit, and the location was very convenient, especially with laundry facilities on site. I cannot identify a single fault. Thank you for your hospitality; we look forward to returning in the near future.

There were no notable issues at this establishment. While having a washing machine in the room would have been advantageous, there were coin-operated machines available on site. Perhaps a heated light for the bathroom could be considered? Overall, everything was exceptional.

I like that it is very close to Sovereign Hills, saturday market, ballarat wildlife park, convience stores, restos and gas station. Check-in was easy. Lots of covered parking space for small cars. Apartment was well lit. And we had a functional kitchen. We had a good wifi reception. We had cuttleries, plates, glasses, mugs, spoon and fork. It has wheelchair /pram access. Overall good with only minor flaws.

It's not entirely what i did not like, maybe things were like that coz i failed to specifically ask.. 1. No toothbrush and toopaste provided (but had bath towels, rag, shampoo, bath soap and conditioner) 2. Our couch looks old but still functional. (I was peeking to the other rooms and it looks like theirs were a bit new.) Maybe its the catch for a room with a 'view'. 3. We cannot connect our TV to the net to watch YouTube/netflix although they have local channels to watch, meanwhile our friends room has a smart TV. These are but minor flaws and an eye opener for me to always ask and not assume. However, It has been a good 3d2n at Sovereign Views Apartment and I would still recommend them for families looking for an acceptably priced place to stay near Sovereign hills!

I found the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and I really liked the view. The shower was really roomy and had great pressure. The location to Sovereign Hill was fantastic. I did not know it was so close. We were able to stroll over and not take the car.

The BBQ was dirty and the other one needed a gas lighter to light which we did not have. The pool was dirty with bugs and too cold to swim. The 2 couches were very low to the ground and I have bad knees, so I sat at the table at night. A town map would have proved very useful if there was one.
