The room was excellent value for money. It was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The heated blankets were not fitted correctly and the power cords were left under all the sheets creating hard lumps on the mattress. I was able to pull out the sheets and pull the power cords out, but the cords shouldn't be like that in the first place. Communication with reception was okay. It was not fantastic - it is not service with a smile. But also not super terrible. Just difficult to communicate with and never at the reception desk. If this aspect were improved, then this place would be exceptional.

My Queen room was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. I loved that in addition to the normal tea supplies, there was also a teapot and extra milk ❤. The location is fantastic and I really appreciated the secure off-street parking. Hosts were excellent, a pleasure to meet and spot on with food recommendations for breakfast! This will now be my go to accommodation when I return to Ballarat.

Very clean and spacious room. Beautiful olde world charm but with modern conveniences. Really impressed with the well stocked bathroom! Great location in the heart of town with everything within walking distance. Friendly staff at greeting. Would definitely come back.

Only small issue was the basic TV. Couldn't get subtitles or connect Smartview through my device.

Great location with a comfortable clean room.

Was a bid difficult to find the entrance after dark. Did not know reception closed at 8pm. I arrived just after 8 and didn't see any oppen doors. No one called or advised me that door would be closed. Was a bit of a hussle finding the entrance, having to call the hotel and waiting in my car for someone to come back and open the hotel/reception to check me in.

The staff really make this property even more special. The property itself is beautiful and so well located within the cbd. Parking was easy and the room absolutely spotless. We stayed here to attend a funeral and the reception staff were so lovely and even gave us a late checkout at 12 noon which we were very grateful for having travelled 7 hours to get there.

Beautiful old building, room was lovely and comfortable, easy after hours access and undercover secure parking, close to restaurants and shopping, and train station. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Shower kept going cold or hot. The spa bath could have been cleaner. Didn’t have a view, but booked late and it was the last room available

Easy access after hours arrived at 10pm. The hotel contacted us earlier to advise of how to get in as staff had left for the day. Very comfortable room with a double and single bed. Nice and clean. Dry dark room in morning nice and quiet allowed for great sleep. Would stay again.

Fantastic location, great part of town and a good base for exploring. Surprisingly quiet given it’s in the middle of town. Bed linens and towels were nice. The rooms are simple but comfortable, staff were lovely and very helpful.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Quality Inn Heritage. The receptionist was very helpful, she allowed us to park when we arrived earlier than check-in time. The room was ready which was excellent. The hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is excellent for bars and shopping. Perfect secure parking too!

I like the room set up with the split level with a queen bed with its own tv and bathroom and on the other level the 2 single beds with their own tv and bathroom. It was the perfect set up for us. The beds were very comfy and with electric blankets and the rooms were very clean.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. I guess I would have loved maybe an electric jug and a choice of tea bag’s, so I could have had a nighttime herbal tea and a morning cuppa.
