Hotel was not your standard generic hotel and had good character. It was situated near the City Centre but no disturbance at night. View out on to the "passageway" with its quiet pedestrian route and Umbrella Artwork was unique to us and I assume others.

Small quibble. Probably a little more clarity on gift provided for hotel restaurant. Voucher was for a dessert in which we had a little difficulty in obtaining. It was provided but not without a little discussion on how we should have claimed the voucher in the first place despite no particular guidance on doing so. One staff member questioned it with us twice but was overruled by other staff member who did not view it as a problem

We had a thoroughly wonderful stay in this hotel. It is situated in the perfect location to visit the city on foot, and also to arrive from Vienna Airport. There is a direct train (the red OBB VOR which costs just €4.40 oneway) to get from Vienna airport direct to Wien Mitte station, and then from here it’s not even a 10 minute walk. The alternative is taking the green CAT direct train (which costs about €15 one way). The hotel was fully equipped with everything, and everyone was very pleasant. It is conveniently located and all the tourist attractions are within walking distance (anything between 20-30mins on foot). The city of Vienna is very well organised, clean and safe so it is a pleasure to walk everywhere.

Just two slightly negative points to make about our room: Firstly, in our double room, there was only “one” plug socket on one side of the bed to be able to charge phones/ipads/airpods etc. Not ideal when two people are sharing a room. There were however two in the bathroom so we had to do a balancing act with our devices on the side of the sink in order to charge them overnight. And secondly the bath tub-shower was an all-in-one, so the position of the towel rack above it proved quite difficult and inconvenient to have a shower without knocking one’s head on it when washing hair and simply showering. A more convenient position could have been thought up beforehand.

Good location outside the tourist zone of the Inner Stadt, but close enough to walk there. Lots of restaurants around and good public transit access to get around the city and get to the main train station. We needed room for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a very comfortable room, actually a suite! Staff were very helpful (one of my kids got sick and they let us check out late so my kid could get extra rest).

Not the cheapest, but that was true of almost all Vienna hotels! Laundry service was exorbitantly expensive, but there’s a same-day laundry service just down the street that’s been reasonably priced.

I was so so happy I booked this hotel. It was close enough to the train, and you will enter via this beautiful charming courtyard with colourful umbrellas. The hotel is in a really good location, very quiet, close to the best gelato and breakfast spots. The room was bigger and better than I expected, and even had a bathtub!!. The staff were so kind and helpful and went the extra mile to explain all the attractions close by, and we got some really good discounts too! They also really helped us out when I was in a tough situation and had to stay an extra day later than expected. To my surprise there was even a sauna in this place!! - It was really good strong heated sauna too. We kept getting surprised every day by all the little details and extras they were giving us. I didn't understand why so many people complain when I read the reviews for this place. Overall i will definitely be coming back, and going with this chain again. The staff and facilities exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfect - only very minor things - the couch needed a backrest or cushion. And it was a bit far to walk from room to elevator.

Location, style, layout - a labyrinth! And again the location. Really, the third district in Vienna is underrated. Especially for anyone coming by plane (Wien Mitte where the CAT or S-Bahn arrive is in walking distance, U3 gets you directly to most places, all amenities nearby). Why not everyone stays in this area I do not know.

interiors were a little dated, some furniture doors not hanging straight, chuffed etc - nothing major though for us especially with 2 little children we prefer a place that isn’t perfect to begin with. Breakfast at 22 GBPpP was as a little steep for us, we went to nearby Café Prückl instead and for the same price enjoyed breakfast in a splendid atmosphere.

Location for the centre of Vienna - pretty good - 15 minute (pleasant) walk. Helpful staff ready to give directions and advice. Room was well equipped, and serviced for the second day as well (not expected for a two night stay) Resturant - evening meal good. Breakfast has a wide selection. Nice touch of personal omellette maker. First morning - chaos as drinks machine faied and took a while to fix - at the time of peak customer demand. It was fixed but not a lot of engagement from staff to apologise and provide updates. Closeness to station made it easy to walk to and catch a train for the airport upon departure.

The Austrian menu is low on vegetables - a general finding - so an option of more vegetables would be nice.

Very good location in a central area - a lot of stores and places to eat nearby. Vienna's public transportation works excellently, and it's easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Friendly staff, straightforward service and a clean hotel.

The room's air conditioning was not efficient enough. Fortunately, we were provided with a separate fan. There were some minor challenges with the hot water - it was not always available for a while. A bidet shower would have been an excellent addition.

Location is perfect. In 5 min walking distance from the City-Airport train terminal. In a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Has very good transport connection-bus, train, tram and underground. Plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarket and shopping mall close by. Old building, so it has old traditional room with modern decoration. I have the privilege room, which has coffee machine, complimentary water. nice room size and sofa and comfortable chair. continental breakfast which is fine. Has restaurant onsite.

WIFI was not working properly on Saturday morning. There is only lift access to the hotel floor. No staircase available. Lucky that I didn't go out at busy time

First of all – the location: close to the central station, the underground, and the city centre. The place is situated on a very charming, narrow street. The room is spacious and clean, with a really nice shower gel and a bottle of water provided. Breakfast is exceptional and truly unforgettable, especially because of the open veranda.

The room felt a bit outdated. There was an issue with the shower – after using it, water ended up all over the bathroom floor.

The staff was nice. The room was well furnished, even if I needed a desk to work and the one I had was a bit small. The position is nice: close to Stadpark and to the train station for the airport and for the city centre, which is 15 min walk far, by the way. Plus, there is also the city mall in the station close by. The breakfast was wonderful as well as dinner, the food was really good. I feel to recommend this hotel.

The price was really high (more than 200€ per night), I know in Wien these are the costs, but I still think that it was too much for the offered services. There was a flyer for the TV channels, and most of the channels didn't have the signals (I tried the English and Italian channels, which didn't work at all and for the German ones, I think most of them worked). The carpet was not properly cleaned, in my opinion.
