The lady who received us was very friendly and the room surpassed our expectations by far. She was happy to let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout time until the afternoon. She even gave us local currency for the bus.The location is great for the centre of town, although it has to be said that Gorna Oryahovitza does not offer much apart from bragging rights for having spent a night in a town that very few people have ever heard of. It is, however a great place to stay cheaply and take the no10 bus to Vileka Tarnovo which is really worth a visit.

The town itself is very run down. Public buildings look in serious need of maintenance and the eateries generally don't accept credit cards.

The room was pretty large and the host was helpful and available despite very few people staying there. The location is indeed centric, ...

... just keep in mind in case you come by train that the train station of Gorna is not at the city center. There are buses every 20 or 30 minutes connecting them, a walk along the street is not recommendable.

For the money, it was very clean and a good option to stay.

One of the 2 ladies in charge did not want to speak english, but the other one did all the communication part. So all in all, it was a pleasent experience.

The young lady from the reception was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast and coffee. Quiet location, private parking. Value for money! I recommend anytime.

Is a small hotel run by a family business. The kindness of the host and the cleaners of the rooms are the main reason for our recommendation to book this hotel . Also the 15 min drive until Tsarevets Fortress in Veliko Tărnovo

Not a big problem but the bathroom have no delimitation of the bath area so shower can be messy.

The hotel is located a very short walk from the centre, but in a very quiet back street. The room was a great size with plenty of space for hide and seek with my daughter, and we slept very well in the comfy beds.

A wonderful family run hotel. Fabulous staff, very comfortable room, great breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Yu have everything that's needed. It's in a quiet location, but very close to the sentre of town. The owner was very kind and helpful
