Love the task light on the desk & the proximity to a great restaurant. Also loved that the door access with level entry was available. My son is nonverbal but the staff still were able to understand that our room card wasn’t working.

Still wish there were 2 waste baskets. One is needed in the bathroom for women & babies but it’s a pain to have to carry food containers etc to the bathroom. The waste basket fills up very quickly when there’s 2 people for 2-3 nights. Also 1 chair for 2 people is awkward especially when you don’t want to eat on the bed.

It was a clean comfortable motel- good value for the money we paid. It was nice and quiet at night, and one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in during our 3 week holiday moving round BC and Alberta. Kirsten’s Hideout Cafe was an absolute gem for breakfast too- such a friendly homely vibe, warm welcome and appeared to be full of regular customers which is a great sign!!

Only improvement for me would be a decaf coffee option!

I have stayed at this motel several times & made several suggestions in these reviews. This time was spectacular! When we arrived, paperwork was printed & waiting for signatures. When we entered the room, the air conditioner had been running so room already was comfortable, TV already was turned on so no hassles with figuring out how to get that service. There also was a chair & a task lamp at the desk. Lighting by the bed is excellent for reading, sewing or needlework.

Sadly, the task lamp had a malfunction-it only flicked on for a few seconds at regular intervals. Switching plug in outlets did not resolve the problem.

Conveniently close restaurant for breakfast. They accommodate my need for ground floor access, often even when I forget to specify. Yippee! The office door with level access was working! No stairs to climb to check in.

2 chairs are needed in a motel room. Sitting on a bed to eat is not fun. Desk light sometimes is available but sometimes isn’t. Consistency is needed.

For the price point it was excellent , linens were clean and fresh ….very important . The towels were nice and the place was clean. An older property but for the cost was very acceptable . The staff were pleasant and welcoming . The pillows were nice also

Good value, location, beds were fairly comfortable considering it's a budget hotel..Could use better quality coffee pods and they should supply a bucket for the ice .Other than that I would stay again for sure .

Washing machine wasn’t working. Lots of unfinished work through the room

Check in was easy, clean room, lots of parking, pet friendly, 2/3 beds were fairly comfortable. AC was cold.

Twin bed was uncomfortable but convenient to have a third bed. Good for kids or mother in laws LOL.

If you are looking for shiny and new, this might not be for you but it is good value for the money. The property is was well maintained and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and A/C worked well.

centrally located & has an on site restaurant!

had to ask for a chair to sit at the desk. as with most motels, lighting is inadequate to work or read. Also typical of most motels in this price range, eating on the bed is far too common & uncomfortable.
