Was close to the airport and offered free shuttles. When we weren’t going to make breakfast, we were offered a voucher for a packed breakfast which included a yoghurt, apple and some pastries.

Their last shuttle was at 11:30pm (from my understanding) and we just missed that by 3 minutes as we had a late flight in. Had to pay for a cab there instead. Was a shame we missed breakfast (had to leave by 6:20am and breakfast didn’t start until 6:30am). would have been nice if it started at 6:00am as there are lots of early flights. Especially when I paid $215 for the night but was only there from 12-6am … but that’s how hotels can be. Would still stay again for an overnight layover in Vancouver. Hopefully making the shuttle and breakfast next time at least

All staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast options were good. I noticed there weren't many reviews with what food options there were, so for those interested, here they are. There was French Toast and Waffles premade, as well as several types of muffins, breads, and pastries. There was fresh fruit, oatmeal packets, a cereal station, yogurts. There was also coffee, tea, and juice options.

There was no microwave in the room. My partner and I stayed for a week so we bought some quick easy microwaveable foods to help save on eating out, but every time we wanted to heat something up we had to go down to the lobby and use a microwave behind the staff desk. The staff were again, very friendly, approachable, and were more than happy to let us use the microwave, but this was a huge downside for us, especially when the lobby was full of people waiting to check in as we're waiting for food to heat up. It's also worth mentioning that room cleaning is every 3 days, but guests are welcome to ask for cleanings a day prior to when they would like it, and they can ask for fresh towels/sheet changes/etc. at any time.

Old English Tudor building, with decor inside to match. Yes it's a bit out dated but everything was clean, and it really added character to the room and common areas. Staff are so friendly, helpful and they work hard! Room and all areas in the hotel are super clean. Parking right out front was ideal, car was safe overnight. Easy walk to Bridgeport Station. The breakfast was fruit, yogurts, juices, coffee, which is all I needed. There were bagels, cream cheese, cereals, pancakes, condiments which I don't eat. There was a staff member in the breakfast room taking away plates, cleaning the tables, tidying everything up and just so friendly and always smiling. It really does make the difference.

The air conditioning could use a tune up, as it didn't keep the room cold even when turned down to 66 degrees.

Affordable option and super convenient for me since I had an afternoon flight the next day and was coming from out of town without a car. Staff were super friendly. They definitely manage well considering how crazy the lobby felt at times with groups arriving or departing. The room was super comfortable. It was also an easy walk from Bridgeport station (only downside is lugging bags). Hotel has an old style but it was very clean! Honestly, it felt very nostalgic.

I was looking forward to the included breakfast. I was just really looking forward to something warm from a hot-holding serving tray like scrambled egg, hashbrown, maple sausages. Anything else other than toast or oats as a warm food. But it was just a lot of bread and costco pastries. Not bad at all, but personally, too much bread and cold foods make me nauseous or sick from how heavy it sits. So I was definitely disappointed on that front. However, I overheard another guest call it an impressive spread. So I may be a bit out of touch with current standards.

The location is great, just 10 mins drive from the airport, really convenient for car renting at the airport. There is also a Costco just in opposite to the hotel, walk cross the street then you can shopping anything at the Costco. Free shuttle bus provided for arrival and departure just schedule with the front deck 1 day before your need. On site parking is free and plenty of parking spots for car renters. All the hotel amenities are free on your need, and if you run out those just ask the front desk to get new ones, e.g. towels, toilet papers, facial tissues, soap bar, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc.

The hotel does not provide daily house-keeping services. For long term guests, they provide house-keeping every 3 nights and you need to schedule for house-keeping 1 day before to have your room cleaned the next day. The window unit heater is kind of dry when the heat is on and you shall drink plenty of water.

We stayed here for 3 knights while visiting family. We are originally from Richmond and our first time staying at this hotel. For the time of the season and value this is great. We really just needed a place to sleep as we went out most of the days. We didnt need housekeeping. The breakfast included is also great and enough for my liking. There is a chinese restaurant attached to the hotel which is also great but we didnt try it. The staff are friendly! We slept well and thats a good plus.

This hotel is old and outdated. But it has been around for many years. Basic tv channels. But these days everyone has electronics. We were placed on the ground floor and you can hear the floor drumming with the people above us.

Breakfast was fine, would have preferred eggs or some other source of protein besides yogurt. The hotel is older and a little run down but comfortable. The front desk staff were great. I liked that there is a good Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel where I could go for lunch and dinner and a fridge in my room to store my leftovers.

I was disappointed after I booked to find out that the airporter wasn't available after 12 noon so had to pay $25 for a taxi.

I use a wheelchair-walker. The staff ladies were so willing to show us to our room, carry bags and even open the door and hold it while we entered our room. I would have liked an earlier than 4:30 pick-up from the airport, since check-in is at 3:00. I thought breakfast was very good, unless you're a weight-lifter and need bacon and eggs. The furniture is traditional pine, with granite tops. Plug-in on bedside lamp.

The hall lightss and the room main celling light (we've stayed twice) are too dim. Two Red Rose tea bags is a bit cheap. Separate sugar bags would be nice, rather than opening up the packaged sets of stir stick, creamer, etc. I think they are annoyed at pilfering, judging by the sign in the breakfast room. I can understand. Bathtub was stained (from people who walk barefoot?).

We stayed here for 2 nights for the Eras Tour concert. They had the cheapest room rate during that time which is not too far from the stadium. Location is close to the airport, skytrain, stores, restaurants, etc which is good. They first gave us an uncleaned room so we asked if they can clean it but they gave us a new room instead which was wayyyy better than the first one. The washroom is more updated and room smells pleasant. Staffs were friendly and helpful esp the lady in the breakfast room!

Limited breakfast options but it’s better than nothing so i’m still giving a 10/10 for the good experience 🩷

The room was spacious along with the bathroom. The hotel was a bit of a distance to shops (except costco which was across the road) however there was a bus to the sky train station that you could catch to the city or airport. The bed and pillows were comfy and the place was clean.

Breakfast was poor with no hot food, except oatmeal that your could heat in the microwave. Poor information at reception, this seems to be the case in all hotels in North America, although the staff were nice.
