I like the fact that the staff address an issue right away if there is a problem they made it right a 100% they give holy all they can I had a great day the people here were beautiful lovely staff and lovely owner

The 1st night I stayed it was not the hotel's fault but it's Christmas time and they had a big Christmas party right beside the room I had rented but the company here made it right for me the next day they gave me a beautiful large size room with a separate bedroom a nicer accommodation that I even blocked they were a 100% helpful and felt sorry for what happened but it was out of their hands due to company party I want to save them from the bottom of my heart for making it right

There’s not much about this property that I don’t like. Room is small but very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, great parking for big, small and rvs or towing vehicles. restaurant onsite that is ok. Let’s talk about the pool- Amazing! most pools in Canadian hotels are cold and unwelcoming but this one is perfection. great for kids and adults. staff are excellent here too. make sure you use booking.com for a reservation, we got a $75 discount on a same day room. Defo one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in Canada thus far! only thing that would make this better is a free breakfast but we can’t have everything we want now can we 😊

room a little small

Rooms were clean and spacious, my kids loved the pool and water slide, but the pool could used a bit of updating as its age was showing.

Common areas were very outdated, area was odd as one side was industrial and the other, low income housing. Not surprisingly there were 2 bars and liquor store attached to the facility...

We had a nice comfortable stay. Our pets were welcome, and they were very affordable. I can't wait to visit again.

The coffee in the room was decaf, and the cups basically melted with coffee in them.

The restaurant and pub had easy access

The front desk staff were absolutely fabulous! Super friendly and super helpful.

Nothing major. Just some painting fumes from rooms being painted but it was quickly rectified by maintenance with some fresh air.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here several times and it is good to see the same staff which means that they are happy in their jobs.

Room was cold but we were able to rectify that with the temperature control unit.

Very convenient location, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Unfortunately We had the room beside the access door which was disruptive with people coming in and out. Otherwise it was very quiet.

From a three year old girl's opinion - from comfortably being able to watch TV while on bed (we limit her screen time. 😇) to enjoying the warm waterpark water, spending time in a hotel with us, having buffet breakfast at Aaltos where she had bacon, muffin, pineapple, fruit loops, pancake and a cup of milk, she said "Mom, i love it love it love it!" Her sweet innocence made me appreciate family time more. It doesn't have to be extravagant for her. Simple things such as cuddling in bed while watching TV and sliding down the waterslide made her so happy. The staff are amazing! Cody tried his best to accomodate our request and we appreciate it so much. Aaltos staff are superb. They were very attentive and both them and Cody did a very unexpected gesture for my birthday. It made my day.

A couple things we noticed as soon as we entered the room was the musty smell of maybe swim clothes. And the carpet leaves a sticky feel on my feet as if it is damp with something sticky.

Staff well trained - helpful and courteous.

Loud music in the breakfast dining room was very intrusive and could not be adjusted. The waitress moved us to a quieter area which was appreciated.
