Experience of the beautiful horseshoe falls view! (Make sure you don’t pick city view or falls view as that’s US falls! If you want Canada side falls view it’s Horseshoe falls and pick higher floor for even a better experience. We got 20th floor) Clean room Location

How crowded, slow, and bad the lift situation is! How busy breakfast can be and makes people want to skip it because of how busy it is! May be have it in 2 locations to split the crowd. The staff at reception who checked us in was trying to upsell and when I said no I noticed an attitude and that wasn’t cool and totally unnecessary.

-Great location close to the falls -Big room, with a separated living room -Room with a great view from the falls -Equipped with microwave, mini bar, coffee machine, iron -Good size of the bathroom, great amenities -Huge and comfortable bed -Hotel has many stores and restaurants inside

-Very expensive parking *CAD$ 35: to park far way and take a shuttle to the hotel *CAD$ 70: to park inside the hotel *CAD$ 100: valet parking -Slow elevators -Crowded breakfast area -Poor breakfast buffet (lack of healthy options and good options suitable for vegans)

The view of the falls was fantastic, and the room was of adequate size for the two of us.The staff was friendly.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. The price that we paid for the room was high for what you get, but prices in the area are high, including the restaurants. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The parking is not included with your stay and is very expensive. The sink in our room was plugged, and we had to have maintenance come clear it before we could use it the first night.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were amazing! The hotel was also beautiful inside. Buffet was good but nothing special, (the usual breakfast buffet). Overall the staff was amazing and the location of the hotel is great as well. The view we had was amazing with the upgrade we paid for, what was said to have a better view of the Falls.

Sadly, the original room we booked said it included a Fallsview but "apparently" the manager told me it was only a partial view of the Canadian Falls. For an extra $150, we upgraded to a better room with a full view of both Falls US & CAN. It was an amazing room, very big and had a beautiful view but it was extremely expensive for two nights but it was a nice experience. The parking off-site was also very overpriced and far from the hotel, but at least there was a shuttle that went to and from included in that price. Everything like, the upgrades, and parking all have taxes added onto it, not included in the price. Overall, if I had a lot of extra money, I would do it again. We had an amazing time, but it was very expensive for a two night stay in Niagara Falls.

The view was amazing and the rooms were very nice

All the hidden fees Fallsview=/=Fallsview but only partial Fallsview. It was +$75 to upgrade to the view of both falls +$35 for parking Free breakfast but you're better off getting another hotel without the free meal and getting a good meal outside.

The keg, TGI Fridays, and Starbucks are all directly attached to the hotel and there’s an arcade inside the hotel as well. The vouchers they provide are useful too, don’t skip out on them.

The staff could have done a much better job at explaining the vouchers during check-in. We missed out on a free welcome drink because we didn’t see the vouchers for them until checkout and that could have been avoided if staff had mentioned that was even in there.

The hotel is located in the best area for view and getting around the little town.

The valet parking people were pushy and deceptive. I was told I could self park for $70 or they could for $100 . When I balked they mentioned that 4 blocks away I can park for $35 but would have to drag my bags the whole way back... I found the lot directly across the street was $35. Shame on you for not being honest. The photo is from the parking lot.

Great location. Walk to falls less than 5 mins. Hotel services well organised

Massive hotel. Lifts always very busy. Dated decor. Suite had great window view but room layout meant sofa seating area had zero view- just a view of 4 internal walls.

Room size and view

Breakfast was very limit, there was no cheese for my kids. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get an omelet The staff Kept mentioning that I am not entitled to good rooms because I booked using booking.com. They asked me to pay more to get what I booked cus I should have called them to book not use booking.com

The omelette’s were not good at all which was Disappointing….both of us thought so…would have like to have seen bacon. Has browns were undercooked and cold on the first day.

Breakfast does not stay open late enough. Would think it should stay open until 10:30 so you can sleep in a Little. Parking is too expensive.
