How crowded, slow, and bad the lift situation is! How busy breakfast can be and makes people want to skip it because of how busy it is! May be have it in 2 locations to split the crowd. The staff at reception who checked us in was trying to upsell and when I said no I noticed an attitude and that wasn’t cool and totally unnecessary.

The view of the falls was fantastic, and the room was of adequate size for the two of us.The staff was friendly.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. The price that we paid for the room was high for what you get, but prices in the area are high, including the restaurants. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The parking is not included with your stay and is very expensive. The sink in our room was plugged, and we had to have maintenance come clear it before we could use it the first night.

The view was amazing and the rooms were very nice

All the hidden fees Fallsview=/=Fallsview but only partial Fallsview. It was +$75 to upgrade to the view of both falls +$35 for parking Free breakfast but you're better off getting another hotel without the free meal and getting a good meal outside.

Lots of helpful employees that were great. Room view was awesome.

No housekeeping services. No towels and no trash pickup. I had to call for more tea bags. I booked a high floor suite with a full falls view. When we arrived, the desk person said we had a room with limited view and we would not be able to see the fireworks. Of course there was a cancelation for a better room that I could upgrade for $250 more a night. Then he told me it was only $140 extra with the exchange rate. I agreed and then checked exchange.rate and it was much higher. Our room was fantastic but I felt like I was bait and switched or extorted into the more expensive room.

The keg, TGI Fridays, and Starbucks are all directly attached to the hotel and there’s an arcade inside the hotel as well. The vouchers they provide are useful too, don’t skip out on them.

The staff could have done a much better job at explaining the vouchers during check-in. We missed out on a free welcome drink because we didn’t see the vouchers for them until checkout and that could have been avoided if staff had mentioned that was even in there.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were amazing! The hotel was also beautiful inside. Buffet was good but nothing special, (the usual breakfast buffet). Overall the staff was amazing and the location of the hotel is great as well. The view we had was amazing with the upgrade we paid for, what was said to have a better view of the Falls.

Sadly, the original room we booked said it included a Fallsview but "apparently" the manager told me it was only a partial view of the Canadian Falls. For an extra $150, we upgraded to a better room with a full view of both Falls US & CAN. It was an amazing room, very big and had a beautiful view but it was extremely expensive for two nights but it was a nice experience. The parking off-site was also very overpriced and far from the hotel, but at least there was a shuttle that went to and from included in that price. Everything like, the upgrades, and parking all have taxes added onto it, not included in the price. Overall, if I had a lot of extra money, I would do it again. We had an amazing time, but it was very expensive for a two night stay in Niagara Falls.

Massive hotel. Lifts always very busy. Dated decor. Suite had great window view but room layout meant sofa seating area had zero view- just a view of 4 internal walls.

We loved everything about our stay, from check-in to check-out. We stayed in a King Suite on the 24th floor with breathtaking views of both falls, and it was absolutely stunning. The entire staff, including the front desk, tour desk, valet, and elevator attendants, were incredibly professional and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fantastic local dining recommendations (not chain restaurants), as well as great suggestions for ordering in. The staff also provided excellent sightseeing tips, helping us make the most of our honeymoon in Niagara Falls. Overall, it was a pleasant and truly memorable stay.
