Excellent views from the room (choose the room with views of the Horsefalls). The hotel is being renovated and the rooms (at least mine) are new and tastefully decorated.
The price. They deceive a little: When choosing they show rooms with views of the horse falls (they have excellent views of the main falls: horseshoe) and others where they say "views of the falls" BEWARE! These only have views of the secondary (American) waterfalls and are not worth it. I booked these at the beginning and I asked them several times if they had views of the main falls (horseshoe) and they did not answer me, so as not to tell me no and then cancel the reservation. I imagined the situation and canceled the reservation and booked the one that said "horseshoe views" and I asked them again if they had views of the horseshoe falls and then they answered YES the first time. The staff tries to deceive.

Nice views although, looking across at other hotels, I have to wonder if this hotel has one of the better views or not.
A $35 parking fee turned into around $44 after "taxes and fees". Not sure of any taxes and fees that account for a nearly 30% increase in price, especially when this is not remotely made clear. You're made to initial the parking charges which states $35 in black and white. Very disappointing and all the staff can say when it's mentioned are "sorry about that".

location it's amazing, view is fantastic, if you like IHOP its great there is one at 26th floor with a view, only downfall for me was parking, deal breaker if I had to go again I may think about do to parking, meaning you are already paying enough for the room
didn't like parking, other than that it was great place to stay, not much more negative stuff to say

Spectacular view of the waterfalls (the main reason we picked this place)!! Clean, modern, and comfortable. Worth the stay for the huge wall of windows views of the falls.
Most expensive breakfast we ever ate. Over $115 before tip, for two egg benedicts, a hot chocolate, an orange juice, and a spritzer. Definitly not your normal IHOP pricing. For a diner style breakfast, we both felt it wasnt' worth it, and wished we had gone somewhere else. Also, getting to the restaurant was awkard. Sign said 'restaurant 26th floor'. We got on the elevator next to that, and realized there was no 26th floor to go to. So we got out, and tried the buttons beside the other two elevators, but the wrong elevator kept coming instead. We found the only way to get it to work, was if we sent the wrong one down to the ground floor, then one of the correct ones would finally come. The hotel could use better signage telling you which elevators to take, and a reliable way to call them.

Utterly astonishing uninterrupted views of the falls from on high, as might be expected from a hotel situated in what was once the original viewing tower for the falls (and thus in the number one location beside the horseshoe falls). Further, the staff were friendly and efficient and the room very clean. If you can afford their best falls-facing rooms, this hotel will create a life-long wow memory. The pictures/videos provided on the hotel’s website are a very realistic and honest representation.
The rooms are not very big, the air con is less than fully flexible, and there should be two, not one, chair in the room, so a couple can sit with the view, rather than one perching on the end of the bed. But these issues pale into insignificance with that view. If I ever visited again, I would stay in the same place without hesitation, and would reccomend the hotel to anyone who asked.

Room was very clean & modern. Great place to stay for couples, we visited for an anniversary trip and the wife was very impressed. Bed was comfortable and huge. Observation deck on the 25th floor had great views & was a good place to watch the fireworks from. If you are on the fence if the extra cost for a full fallsview room is worth it vs a Canadian or American fallsview room, it is definitely worth the upgrade! We stayed in a Canadian fallsview room and you could see the falls, but only from a portion of the room. Easy access to the falls & park via the incline railway. Staff was friendly, my booking caused some issues with their system, but they were very helpful & professional in getting it sorted out.
Elevator labeling; they don't all go to every floor & had guests confused.

I like the location, it is close to the incline railway, and we got the WEGO day pass with limitless access to the facility, so that made it easy to go to the falls side without walking too much. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready to be checked in, but the staffs helped us stored our luggages so we can began our adventure right away. Our room was located at the penthouse level, we have to use two elevators to get to our floor. It was our first time to use the manually controlled lift, but the instructions from the staffs and the notes they gave us were clear enough so we had no problem getting to our room. It turned out to be a fun experience staying here. The view to the falls from our room was amazing, I love my time sitting by the window and glazing through the day and night scenery. After checkout, we realised that we forgot our takeout food in the fridge, and by calling them, the staffs were very helpful to find it and stored away in fridge until we returned to pick it up. Big thanks to all the staffs that you've made our trip carefree and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend the Tower Hotel to family and friends and can't wait to come back any sooner.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! My daughter and I stayed for a weekend, and although the rooms are smaller than we would normally expect, they were modern, clean, comfortable, and had a thoughtful layout. It was also nice and quiet. The staff were wonderful - very friendly. Love the Nespresso machine in the room and the comfy chair for working at the desk. Internet was fast and reliable and didn't cost extra. Our room was perfect for 2 people.
There are no enclosed closets, however the built in hanging rack was sufficient for us, and matched the decor. There is no power outlet on the desk, but there was run relatively close, but luckily my computer power cord is long. The fees for a late check out are quite high (~$25/hr). Parking is only available offside, however there is a comfortable shuttle bus that runs very regularly and can be called whenever you need it (only a 3-4 minute ride and they take you right to your car). If all of the rooms are the same size, it is unlikely that more than 2 people would be comfortable sharing.

The room looked fresh, modern, clean. Compact but had everything. Bathroom beautifully done in marble. Mattress and pillows extremely comfortable. Wall to wall windows were spotlessly clean, affording the best view in the falls! ( Tip: Upgrade to the king fallsview room on the 30th floor). The location was perfect, as we attended the OLG stage for a concert a stone's thow away. The icing on the cake was the front desk staff, who were lovely, helpful, and smiling for both check-in and check-out.
The offsite parking was made easy by the free shuttle, but it was a bit pricey at $35 plus tax. The IHOP or steakhouse, even with coupons, were ridiculously expensive, but no need for them with all the food choices closeby.

The view from our room was just incredible, parking was close by and easy with the shuttle. Staff were great and we managed a surprise early check in and got a penthouse room. Our room was the tower king premium Fallsview room.
Not a bad thing but just an fyi, it sits above lots of the attractions but you either need to walk all the way along the front and back (around 30 mins) to get down or pay the funicular railway - there’s no free shortcut
