Excellent views from the room (choose the room with views of the Horsefalls). The hotel is being renovated and the rooms (at least mine) are new and tastefully decorated.

The price. They deceive a little: When choosing they show rooms with views of the horse falls (they have excellent views of the main falls: horseshoe) and others where they say "views of the falls" BEWARE! These only have views of the secondary (American) waterfalls and are not worth it. I booked these at the beginning and I asked them several times if they had views of the main falls (horseshoe) and they did not answer me, so as not to tell me no and then cancel the reservation. I imagined the situation and canceled the reservation and booked the one that said "horseshoe views" and I asked them again if they had views of the horseshoe falls and then they answered YES the first time. The staff tries to deceive.

Nice views although, looking across at other hotels, I have to wonder if this hotel has one of the better views or not.

A $35 parking fee turned into around $44 after "taxes and fees". Not sure of any taxes and fees that account for a nearly 30% increase in price, especially when this is not remotely made clear. You're made to initial the parking charges which states $35 in black and white. Very disappointing and all the staff can say when it's mentioned are "sorry about that".

customer service, housekeeping, THE VIEW!

The restaurant manager was rude and insulting, telling us our WELL DONE filet and rib eye that were ordered medium rare/rare were cooked absolutely correct, and wanted to bring them back to the table and not refire. For steaks that were $72 and $68 each! We disagreed, and stated that medium rare was warm red center, and rare was cool red center. He continued to state we were wrong and they were perfect. We didn't add that the potatoes were cold; there was enough going on. We paid for our drinks, tipped the waitress well, and left. We went to a restaurant down the street called Wag, and had the best steaks of our lives. Highly recommend.

location it's amazing, view is fantastic, if you like IHOP its great there is one at 26th floor with a view, only downfall for me was parking, deal breaker if I had to go again I may think about do to parking, meaning you are already paying enough for the room

Spectacular view of the waterfalls (the main reason we picked this place)!! Clean, modern, and comfortable. Worth the stay for the huge wall of windows views of the falls.

Most expensive breakfast we ever ate. Over $115 before tip, for two egg benedicts, a hot chocolate, an orange juice, and a spritzer. Definitly not your normal IHOP pricing. For a diner style breakfast, we both felt it wasnt' worth it, and wished we had gone somewhere else. Also, getting to the restaurant was awkard. Sign said 'restaurant 26th floor'. We got on the elevator next to that, and realized there was no 26th floor to go to. So we got out, and tried the buttons beside the other two elevators, but the wrong elevator kept coming instead. We found the only way to get it to work, was if we sent the wrong one down to the ground floor, then one of the correct ones would finally come. The hotel could use better signage telling you which elevators to take, and a reliable way to call them.

The location was excellent — right at the Falls and close to all attractions. We enjoyed using the incline for easy access, though it was disappointing that the walkway was closed during our stay. The staff was wonderful — very pleasant and helpful throughout. Felicia was especially outstanding, both over the phone and at the front desk, providing exceptional service. We appreciated the $100 coupon for Ruth’s Chris and the $20 for IHOP, though it would have been nice to be able to use one each day. While the stay was somewhat expensive, the breathtaking view made it well worth it. Our room was perfect, offering a stunning view of the American Falls. Parking was located a short shuttle ride away, which was convenient and efficient. The fee was $35 per day. We love Canada.

Parking was a shuttle away and expensive for self park lot. Walkway being closed made it a bit risky crossing the street to get to incline…

The observatory deck on 25/F is one of the best place to view the falls. The room was clean and comfy, sockets and USB outlets near both of sides of the bed. The reclined railway linking to Table Rock is just around the corner.

It is actually not a bad thing of the hotel, but it seems that the reclined railway is the only transportation to get from Table Rock to the hotel, or you will have to take a detour and walk 30mins. Unfortunately, the reclined railway was out of order on my checkout date, and the complimentary bus ran in 20mins interval, we nearly missed our megabus back to Toronto.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tower Hotel at Fallsview, and would recommend it to everyone. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience when visiting Niagara Falls. Our room felt like a dream!! We opted for the Canadian Falls view room. When you enter the room, the curtains are drawn so you can open them yourselves and as you do, you are surprises by the wonderful views your room has to offer. Also, really nice to see the Niagara Falls lit up at night from the comfort of your own room, or at dawn. Really breathtaking!! Room: The room itself (as well as the bathroom) was very spacious, modern and clean. There is a Nespresso machine on which you can make coffee or tea and enjoy your morning cup with amazing views. Hotel staff is very friendly. We also received some coupons in case we wanted to eat at the hotel’s steakhouse and iHop. (Steakhouse offered great views of the Fireworks at night) Location: The hotel is easy to access either by car, or via the Falls Incline Railway (couple min walk) for access to the Niagara Falls (pro tip: visit the Niagara Parks website and buy an adventure pass which includes 48h incline railway and bus passes throughout the park and free parking at Rapidsview parking lot to avoid driving everywhere) To summarise, we had a great stay and could not recommend the hotel more to anyone going to Nigara Falls!

Utterly astonishing uninterrupted views of the falls from on high, as might be expected from a hotel situated in what was once the original viewing tower for the falls (and thus in the number one location beside the horseshoe falls). Further, the staff were friendly and efficient and the room very clean. If you can afford their best falls-facing rooms, this hotel will create a life-long wow memory. The pictures/videos provided on the hotel’s website are a very realistic and honest representation.

The rooms are not very big, the air con is less than fully flexible, and there should be two, not one, chair in the room, so a couple can sit with the view, rather than one perching on the end of the bed. But these issues pale into insignificance with that view. If I ever visited again, I would stay in the same place without hesitation, and would reccomend the hotel to anyone who asked.

Room was very clean & modern. Great place to stay for couples, we visited for an anniversary trip and the wife was very impressed. Bed was comfortable and huge. Observation deck on the 25th floor had great views & was a good place to watch the fireworks from. If you are on the fence if the extra cost for a full fallsview room is worth it vs a Canadian or American fallsview room, it is definitely worth the upgrade! We stayed in a Canadian fallsview room and you could see the falls, but only from a portion of the room. Easy access to the falls & park via the incline railway. Staff was friendly, my booking caused some issues with their system, but they were very helpful & professional in getting it sorted out.
