The front desk staff are awesome. They helped me with all my requests, such as a corkscrew to open my wine. Location is awesome, close to everything. They were so patients with my broken french and didn't try to make me speak english insted. Loved it.

The Breakfast is good, but limited. It doesn't worth the price, You can find better options if you go outside. They did not provide a tray to put our boots on. Considering that pavements were full of snow, the room entrance got a little disgusting and the access to bathroom is through the entrance. The shower space was not well clean. We had to buy some stuff to clean it up before using. The room itself didn't smell but someone in the same floor was smoking and the whole floor hallway was invaded by the smoke smell. That was annoying.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfortable room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, loved that the hotel provides two bottles of water and two energy bars, and the lobby has a microwave and free coffee machine. Internet worked well. And the price was very affordable given the very convenient location.

The heat in my room didn't work very well. It was accidentally turned off when I checked into the room but interestingly the room didn't get very cold even though it was negative 10 degrees outside. Maybe the building insulation was very good. The staff immediately sent someone to turn the heat back on for me.

The room comfort and bathroom were lovely. The chair and ottoman were comfortable, and I used them a lot. I always require a desk for working and this one was a nice size. The staff were amazing. The entry way had a nice fireplace and sitting area with coffee, tea and water self-service The location was close to the metro, the pedestrian areas, restaurants and my seminar venue.

There was confusion about my booking. They had my reservation, but there were extra fees I did not know about. It was worked out it seems. My Credit card seems correct after the changes. My room was not always cleaned. One day I came back to my bed unmade, floor not swept. I had to ask for more toilet paper and facial tissue. The box for the tissue only had two tissues in it when I arrived.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. A/C was flawless. There was a safe, iron with board and complementary drinks in the room. The furniture was new and the room was overall well kept. The view from the room was spectacular. We also got a free upgrade to a king room (original booking was for a queen room) The front desk staff was professional. The lobby provided a good spot to wait and wind down with the complimentary refreshments. The hotel is within walking distance to many must-see places and restaurants in town. Overall I can recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I visit Montréal again.

This facility was conveniently located in the central part of Montreal. About a 15min walk to the information center where you can catch a tour bus. Also, close to the metro which you can utilize to get around the city. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is not offered but they do have complimentary coffee and tea all day. I would recommend taking advantage of their parking ($33/day) as you can have access when you need. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful during the stay. Restaurants, and stores are located all around.

While it was very nice to be in close proximity to everything it also was a bit of an issue. A couple buildings down is a small concert venue and the Violent Femmes happen to be playing the week of our stay-the venue itself was not an issue but it did cause more congestion and noise. Being that we were staying in the city you can hear people yelling and talking loudly outside all night long not really giving a care of what facilities are around.

Such a relief to find such a nice place after moving there from another hotel that was awful. Staff were super friendly, rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Loved the proper coffee machine in the lobby. Bed was comfortable and pillows were the best of our trip. Had everything we needed and the price was so much better value for money than the competition. Thanks for a great stay.

Big drawback was the lack of free weights in the gym. We were there a whole week so the limited facilities were definitely noticed. Bit of street noise, but it’s a vibrant area so probably nothing out of the ordinary.

Very comfortable bed, I had a king room on the 6th floor (Room 608). It was super quiet, overlooking a back street with great views. Excellent location, close to the Village, St. Catherine Street West, the financial district, and within walking distance of the metro (Berri-UQAM) and St. Denis Street, which leads to the Plateau. Toiletries were high quality, and the shower had perfect water pressure. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for the price. I didn’t try the gym or breakfast, so I can’t comment on those.

The area has many homeless individuals and people dealing with addiction, but they were not disruptive. Also, there’s only one elevator, which could be a slight inconvenience.

The location was fantastic - pretty much a straight shot to Old Montreal in only about 10-15 minutes of walking. Convenient for metro access too. The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very nice. I didn't end up making use of the on-site breakfast but did enjoy dinner at the adjoining Italian restaurant one evening

There isn't much on-street parking room for checking in since it is a valet parking situation so there was a lot of circling the block for me as a solo-traveler but having on-site parking was definitely a plus. My room was also part of a potential adjoining-room situation and one of the nights I was there the guests in that other room were quite noisy though it might not have been so audible if there were more effective measures to dampen the noise between the two rooms when the doors are shut on both sides.

While checking in Alyssa at the front desk was amazing, she upgraded us to a full king room as we didn’t need the 2 beds (couple). she explained what was around near the hotel & we got 2 chewy bars & 2 waters complimentary. The area was amazing, Convenience store steps away, Vietnamese restaurant nearby and multiple bars and restaurants within a block or two. Room was clean, the free Coffee/Hot Chocolate in the lobby was delicious. Giovanni’s next door was outstanding, real legit Italian food. The gym was not big and didn’t have dumbells which would be the only thing I’d recommend they change, amazing stay and location.

Nothing.

Location. Free Coffee in lobby.

Hard to properly close the curtains to get privacy; curtains were not large enough. Very annoying to see the guy laying in his bed for hours half naked on the other side of the window!!!. It's not soundproof as advertised. We could hear other loud people in another room
