Loved the rooms! The manager was kind and helpful when I had a card issue upon arrival. Staff was professional.

Other reviewers mentioned good views. I didn’t have a good view - it just overlooked the courtyard and the other building which was disappointing as I was paying a lot for the room. I brought it up to front desk how it didn’t match the photos and they mentioned I would have to pay extra. It’s also not 100% soundproof as I could hear the door slamming in the mornings and evenings from the cleaning team/neighbours?

The room was spotless and modern. I was so happy to find somewhere in Griffintown that allowed pets. The location is very convenient for our activities and for those who bring a dog there is an off-leash and fenced-in dog park right next to the hotel.

The staff was very slow to process documents for guests stays and it created long wait times. The parking is extremely expensive, there is a public parking garage only 3 minutes BY WALKING that is half the cost so we parked there instead.

We had a delightful experience during our stay at the Griffin Hotel. The hotel's location was one of its standout features, conveniently situated just 1 kilometer away from the nearest metro station. Additionally, having a bus stop right across the street was extremely convenient for exploring the city. I would like to extend a special thanks to the helpful lady at the reception. She kindly informed us about the weekend pass available for the metro station, which allowed us to navigate the city effortlessly. Unfortunately, her name escapes me at the moment, but her excellent customer service made a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at the Griffin Hotel was truly enjoyable, and we appreciated the favorable location and the assistance provided by the reception staff.

Quiet room, check in was smooth. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, lots of utensils etc. Appliances like iron, hairdryer, washer dryer provided. Subway and bus stops within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and shower was great.

Floor was a bit dusty, feels like they are vacuuming them but not mopping. There is no daily room cleaning. The 5 days I was there nobody came to clean my room.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. The location next to the canal is very nice. It has everything you need and enough to be comfortable.

We didn't like the fact that the balcony didn't have curtains, so everything was visible. We asked for toilet paper, but they didn't have it at the time. They promised to bring it to us, but they didn't. Otherwise, no problem.

Incredibly dog friendly hotel and neighbourhood, which is difficult to find in Montreal. There are fenced in off leash dog parks next to the hotel, with a lot of friendly dogs and owners from the neighbourhood.

I booked through a third party (booking.com) so perhaps it was just not communicated through the third party, but the 45$/pet/night fee was not communicated at the time of booking, so I was surprised to see it added to the bill at check in.

Great views, super convenient location, very clean and comfortable. Great to have kitchen, washer & dryer. Two-bathroom, two-bedroom suite perfect for us. Good espresso machine was a pleasure.

Management didn't have extra blankets. Bar hours were limited. No cable TV.

Proximity to downtown, Vieux Port and Atwater Market. Good restaurants.

Unwashed or badly washed dishes (e.g., food debris on dinner plates, lipstick marks on a wineglass) and suspicious looking insect on bathroom floor, which I collected and brought to the attention of the front desk).

Clean, new, good place

when we arrived in the afternoon, the front desk guy told us the hotel doesnt have a parking so I parked my car 3 blocks away. and later when i came back in evening. Another front desk lady told us there was a parking lot for a price. bu it was already too late to move. not super annoyed but can't say I'm happy with it.

The place is beautiful, we had a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. There's a park right across the street which is great for the kids.

Housekeeping is not available everyday unfortunately. You get 1 free cleaning per week and it's only from Tuesday to Thursday.
