check-in and check-out with Killian and valet with Dominic, Rida, Jack and Habib were exceptional. The room on the 17th floor was very nice and spacious. I sought help with the concierge - Maxim was nothing short of amazing, informative and so helpful. He went out of his way to help me plan my weekend with my 3 girls. Keep them happy and hope they stay as I will return hands down for their services once again. Buffet breakfast w/Chris greeting us, and Amy and Janelle (sp?) were also extremely friendly.

I chose this property due to the location and fitness center, but was a bit frustrated to learn that the fitness center was closed due to renovation.

The rooms are finished to a high standard and spacious We stayed over new year, even when the lobby was busy the hotel floors and rooms were quiet Rooms are well stocked and you get a bottle of water daily which is appreciated Comfy beds and pillows

Room requests are a bit slow e.g request for kettle and extra large cups Cleaning services remove items which is annoying, both our large cups and glasses were not cleaned and returned but removed. Concierge man was not very helpful

Extremely friendly staff, nice room, excellent restaurant, very nice gym with fittness equipment from Technogym

The only thing which I disliked was: the hotel did not provide me with a bill containing the amount of money paid to booking.com (although I explained to them several times that I need such a bill)

We travel quite a bit and always stay in luxurious hotels that are very expensive and genuinely lack any customer service at all. In contrast, this stay was a ten on every level, with exceptional customer service and excellent food and wine in the hotel restaurant; it was terrific. We will be traveling back and staying here again. Thank you!

I always come back to the Sofitel because it is in my opinion the best Hotel downtown, I have experienced. Service, in general from the receptionist to the doormen to the concierge,, and of course the ambiance, the bed, the comfort, the staff, and at the restaurant ( Renoir) the food was delicious, their Risotto is exceptional I tried the Peas risotto and the mushrooms risotto...unreal!! I loved AYA and Michael ( February 8, 2023 dinner) as well as excellent the room service ( Feb 9th 2023 breakfast). A few words for the manager of Renoir: I requested something specific and she delivered with discretion and elegance. I forgot to take her name. she was there during lunch on Feb 8th.

I cannot complain...everything was perfect.

Very capable staff and especially housekeeping, very spacious room in close proximity to the museums and metro. Nice bar and in house restaurant.

The room while very comfortable and clean could be improved by replacing the older desk chair and arm chair that were a bit past their prime. Ditto the gym, it was pretty limited.

I had an upgrade to a Junior suite and I loved the experience. The bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was just right the bed was as usual excellent and my view on the Mount Royal was super nice.

I would suggest to add one more box of kleenex in the bedroom as well as one garbage basket. Only at bathroom and at desk side is not enough. The bedroom needs a box of kleenex and a garbage basket and that is necessity.

Robes both same size. Not everyone is a medium! Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been moped around the toilet area. Staines and marks. Room a little dusty. Only three coffee pods

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. It hav become one of our favourite places to stay over the years, feels like home!

Still no locks on the bathroom doors. I think the added privacy would be much appreciated, whether staying with friends or family.

Concierge - Claude was consistently fantastic. Central location. Enjoyed the bar and bar staff. Dominique the luggage guy was also great.

Reception lacked empathy bearing in mind we missed a night of our booking due to flight delays.
