The Resort is very clean, however the room needs upgrading.

At the time of booking it wasnt mentioned that The Resort is split in 02 portions. In order to visit the beach we had to walk 10 mins across the Main Road in the hot sun which wasn't easy. We only visited the Beach Twice. At the time of booking it should be made clear that Mountain View is the other resort which is almost 1 KM walk in hot sun to the beach

Front desk and room cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was under renovation, but that had been clearly indicated prior to our booking so no surprises. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Note that the beach area has a lot of loud music coming from various hotels late into the night. Pack earplugs.

Fantastic service. This is the 6th time I have stayed here in 10 years and the service I received this time was excellent. Especially at the beach and reception bar. Very friendly and accommodating staff. House keeping and room service was also very good. The food at the Italian restaurant I found to be much improved on last time I stayed.

The hotel is going through renovation which is necessary as the hotel rooms and other areas such as gym and spa are very old. At checkout however the male receptionist was a little rude which did spoil my departure somewhat. Apart from that it was a great experience.

we enjoyed our stay at Promenade hotel. Everything was good. Special thanks to Mohammed from reception (mountain side), Ehab from concierge, kind and cute Cook (for delicious beef stakes :) )and all others for being helpful and kind. It seems like they are always positive, and their energy has a positive effect on you as well. Location of hotel is perfect, close city center, shops,cafes, approx. 15 minutes drive to airport, old market, farsha cafe. Pool, good music, beach side, in total everything was enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Good location for swimming, snorkeling and beach relax. Really good beach and sea side with the sand and smooth entrance, which is good for kids. Plenty of places for snorkelling, there are a lot of different fish. The hotel looks good, staff is polite. There are many tourist shops, pharmacy and couple of supermarkets are around (prices are oriented on tourists, but still ok).

The food is good but everyday is the same. There are many services in the hotel like spa, massage, different excursions, but all of them are for the higher prices than if you buy it on internet from local operators. Everyday staff will come to you on the beach to sell these services.

Hotel staff are absolutely amazing especially the reception, luggage handler and room cleaner. Food was very much catered for Russian but always something for someone. The chefs cook some unbelievably tasty food. The rooms were kept immaculate everyday by our cleaner. Most friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across. The pool side is cleaned everyday and gardeners work tirelessly to keep the hotel grounds looking amazing. A beautiful short walk to Naama Bay and its own private beach too.

More English people needed as it did become a little isolated as we were the only English ones- however the staff love the english

Some receptionists were helpful. Check out was quick and service was fantastic. Got a king room for making me wait initially as a sign of a good gesture. Perfect for couples or groups. Close to Naama Bay.

At first there was a male receptionist who made me wait for hours and felt little disrespectful after a long journey during check in late hours, tourists pouring in across the globe they should be considerate. Breakfast is the same everyday. For a price of 124£ for 2 and half days at least the gym should be included. Gym and spa costs separate

We loved our stay at Promenade Beach Resort; the reception staff, bar and security were so helpful and friendly. out room overlook the beach and it was only a 5-minute walk to the blue sea and sand. There are lots of shops to book your outdoor activities as soon as you arrive at the hotel when you take a walk on the beach. Sauna after the snorkeling activity was the best feeling and so relaxing. we would leave early morning and just arrange with the manger to use the sauna in the evening. thank you for all the staff and I would come back again and again.

The Swiming pool was under renovation, the bath tub had some paint which could do with a clean but apart from that it was a really good stay :).
