Loved this hotel, I liked the location of this hotel, it is central to everything. The beds are so comfortable, I had the best nights sleep and could lay in every day, , the shower was powerful and the view is amazing. Would definately stay here again.

The pool was closed for renovation, it didn't bother me though as there is a beautiful beach opposite and a pool down the road to use. Saturday and Sunday nights were a little loud which is not the hotel itself, but the bars below, this did not bother me and I still got to sleep, so not much to not like.

Amazing location staff were lovely

We had a king room, but the bed was too singles pushed together which moved apart, but the staff were lovely after our first night and moved us to another room with one bed Personally I think when you have 24 hour room service she should be able to get a good variety of things. I wasn’t able to get a coffee after 8 o’clock in the evening and the 24 hour menu is very small. We ordered breakfast to our room which we couldn’t have until 7 o’clock in the morning and we are early. People would’ve been nicer to order it and have it earlier but sadly when it came it tasted fine but it was really cold not hot at all toast was cold scrambled eggs, cold fried eggs cold.

Main entrance is closed but no clear instructions given either on road or in the booking about where to park and which is the alternate entrance ( Esplanade) to opt, you must call from airport or while reaching hotel 2. You have to carry your own luggage to the room, either understaffed or not interested to help 3. Bathrobe/slippers/dental kit need to be requested multiple times 4. Room cleaning service not good, need improvements

We loved the food, we had 7 dishes between us for dinner and we demolished everything. A big thank you to the chefs and the waitress that served us that night and thank you for the complimentary dessert. We weren't deterred by any delays but we appreciate the sentiment. Chromecast was great, room service options looked good, we look forward to trying that next time. The bed was so comfortable and we especially loved the 11am Checkout and the till 10am breakfast. We didn't feel any pressure to get ready to leave. We went for breakfast, went back upstairs to watch a movie and then left on time for checkout. We really felt that we spent our time very well. Hubby n I hadn't seen each other for 10 weeks, it was a great time away from our kids for 1 night. Thank you for a great stay! We'll reccommend to all our family and friends and we'll be back!

The spa/shower was hard to reach and the water pooled on the floor too easily. The pillows were too big.

Great location and comfortable room and bed. Small balcony with no furniture and nowhere to hang anything to dry. Whilst we knew the pool would be closed, the front entrance was also completely closed and after 1 day the disabled lift to the rear entrance broke down which meant for the rest of our stay my disabled husband had to exit the hotel via the underground carpark and up a slope. I had to assist him which meant he could not go in or out on his own. Reception staff were not even aware it was out of order when we asked when it would be fixed! The down escalator did not work for the entire stay but was not blocked off which was dangerous. On one morning the fire alarm sounded before 7 am. I got my husband up and in his wheelchair and out to the hall only to be told by other guests that it was a fault! We received no apology or any communication from the hotel.

The breakfast was the same every single day. It wasn't changed, nothing different added. It became very boring. The food was nice and had a selection of a few things. On yr website it says parking available onsite when you Google to park a car. So I assumed onsite meant onsite at the hotel. Not pay extra to a company that owns carpark. So that was more money. Given I paid around $1900 for the week which is a lot of money, then had to pay extra for parking on top wasn't appreciated.

The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Also the staff at the breakfast bar were so welcoming and accommodating.

On our second to last day we had left before 9am and noticed the cleaning staff were on our floor, upon our return at 4.45 pm our room still hadn't been cleaned and the staff was only beginning. Given the long duration we had been away from our room we just wanted to relax so we just requested towels and turned down the room cleaning as we wanted to relax, every other day we had left the room had been completed before our return.

great view from the room, a real plus, we had stayed many years ago but our friends had not and they were blown away be the view. Location was fantastic in terms of beach, restaurants etc. We had a hire car and parking and access was great - value add.

Access at the rear of building could be sign posted better and long escalators were not turned on at all during our stay (one night). It took asking if there was a lift as again it was not in plain sight or well posted. Because the front entrance was being renovated it added to the confusion of getting into the reception area initially. Better sign posting would have solved the issues as once we worked this all out access was fine.

Room was beautiful and view was stunning. Staff were fantastic when we asked to move from originally booked room and pulled out every stop to make it happen.

Grout in shower was moldy and the wall around shower mixer was broken and had a large hole which looked pretty bad and a risk of water leaks in wall. Very visible water damage along window sills in restaurant. Escalator to go downstairs to street level turned off. I emailed property twice with a special request for our stay and there has still been no response. Even a response saying they couldn't accommodate request would have been better than nothing as stay was for a very special but emotional reason which I had made known.

The staff was fantastic and really helpful! I don't think you could ask for a better location. The breakfast option was also wonderful and delicious.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so, understandably, there were some things that could have been nicer. However, the original room we were in had a very dirty bathroom. Props to the staff for moving us to a new room, even though it required a price increase. Also, while it's great there was some gym equipment, the facilities were dirty and half done. There were some weights that only had one of a pair.
