Large but very comfortable hotel. The rooms are large, modern and very well appointed with comfortable beds and a superb shower - exactly what you need. All of the staff were very polite and friendly and extremely helpful, especially Viktoria and Toby in the bar. Security was very efficient with a room key required to operate the lift (and then only to the floor where your room is located) and a secured basement car park

The bathroom light was very bright, but with a glass door to the bathroom some kind of bathroom nightlight would be useful for those of us that need to make nocturnal visits

Breakfast selections are superb. The bar was really nice, too. Clean room and modern bathroom. Well accessible right across the street from a tram station with two lines. City center almost in walking distance. We got free parking for a little wait during check-in, thanks!

Please make the breakfast room a little larger, or at least rearrange furniture so that there are no bottlenecks where people have to wait for each other. There is sufficient food for all, you just need to reach it.

My son and I booked at this hotel, because our usual places were booked out. We just needed a comfy place to stay, but we ended up loving the hotel, the breakfast buffet, everything. We had a very good time and will definitely stay there again.

We liked everything about the hotel! The only thing is the location, if you have things to do in the historic center of Augsburg, then it's a bit off track. But even though the location is not the best area of Augsburg, we did find restaurants for dinner nearby which we really liked.

Really liked the location of the hotel, not because it was particularly pretty but because it was really close to the tram system, lines 4 and 2 which gave great access to the city centre and to the main sites. The hotel was modern, quiet and the sitting out areas were pleasant with attentive bar and restaurant staff. The breakfast was excellent and we ate in the restaurant on two occasions. The food was good and reasonably priced

The setting of the hotel is unexceptional but not unpleasant. It is not located in the historic centre but that suited us fine. There was nothing much to dislike really.

Location is good for large van parking available nearby in the long street behind or a little carpark behind or the very big public carpark also behind... Leonardo is a luxury hotel and when they have a good price, i recommend taking a room. Room and bed very comfortable... staff are friendly and well trained... I had one from Malaysia, very friendly...

Huge chinese tour group arrived at same moment but was efficiently processed very quickly.... Some extra creamers and sugars and coffees in the room, would be is a good improvement, to show generosity.

The title really sums it up. Everything was OK, but nothing spectacular - just fine for a couple of nights. Literally every aspect of our stay can be described as "passable, but we've seen much better in similarly ranked hotels": the room equipment, the breakfast, the parking lot, the location, WiFi, and so on. The friendliness and the hospitality of the staff was the only real highlight.

There was nothing we really didn't like, but a lot of things could be improved. The sound isolation in the room was mediocre, we could clearly hear people both from inside and from outside the building. The electrical appliances (TV, coffee maker, fridge, A/C) were outdated and didn't function well - especially the fridge which was only slightly cooling the food. The restaurant on site was overpriced and we highly recommend the excellent sushi place just in front of the hotel (on the opposite side of the road) for a cheap and tasty dinner.

Comfy, clean, modern room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the edge of the town centre but right next to a tram stop. The tram system is easy to use and takes about 5 mins, or it's simple enough to walk into town (15 mins). There's a large car park too and the hotel is very easy to reach from the motorway. Overall this was a really comfortable, practical hotel

Not a big deal, but you had to walk down to the restaurant to get room service, even though the prices were still sky high

The hotel has a good location - it's close enough to the city center to walk to, but there is a bus/tram stop nearby if you don't want to walk too much. The room is clean, stylish, and in very good condition. There are every possible facilities to make the stay comfortable. The TV is smart - you can watch YouTube and relax after a day full of adventures in the city. The beds are wide and nice, the mattresses are good, we had a nice sleep. There is a coffee machine (with capsules and some tea bags provided) and even a small fridge in the room. The water pressure is perfect - taking a shower was like getting a luxury massage! Also the shower gel / shampoo had a great smell and quality. If we ever visit Augsburg again we will sure stay at this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel! We had not stayed at a Leonardo hotel before and were very pleasantly surprised. Bedroom was really lovely and breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold food and drinks in a large, stylish dining room. Secure parking available at a cost. Lovely courtyard for drinks/ relaxation. Loved the lighting in the lifts, each one a different colour. Would like to have stayed longer. ( We stayed at another Leonardo in Nuremburg after this and it was much smaller and nowhere near as good but this one in Ausburg is great!)

It took us around 15-20 minutes to walk in to the far end of the town for dinner although there was a tram from outside the hotel. Not really a problem, was just a bit further than we expected.

Easy access with the Strassenbahn to the center of Augsburg. Very comfortable and modern. Definitely a business hotel during the week. Weekend price was excellent. Parking was available on Sunday, but by Monday evening it was full as business people really seem to use this hotel. I was very happy to be able to stay here at such a good price. I was able to leave my car slightly more than 24 hours in the parking lot, which was useful.

You will need to pay 12 Euro a day for the parking. I wish the desk staff had know more about the costs of public transportation and which tram to take to the center and what stop to get off at for some of the main tourist attractions. I figured it out myself, but I would have appreciated more guidance. Other than that the desk staff was helpful and friendly. As I was leaving on Monday evening, there was a long queue of business people waiting to check in. I had checked out earlier in the day so this was no problem.
