The room offered good value for the price, but it was quite warm as there was no air conditioning or fans available. The window only opened slightly, which didn’t help much with ventilation. The location is convenient, although it’s popular among younger travelers, making it a bit noisy sometimes. The bed was comfortable and provided a decent night's sleep, which was a plus. The attention from the staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and tried to assist my elderly parents, which was greatly appreciated.

The main downside was the heat in the room due to the lack of air conditioning or fans. The noise level was also higher than expected, given the youthful clientele.

We had booked a 5 people room for 2 nights and it was everything we expected it to be. The beds were comfortable, the size of the room was convenient, the water in the shower was hot and the room was warm despite the cold weather outside. They also provide clean bedsheets and towels every morning. Good for the price we paid !

I can’t say it was clean but it wasn’t dirty either. We had to ask for towels when we first got here since there weren’t any in the room, but that wasn’t a problem since the staff at the reception was always very kind and helpful.

The location is great! Far from the street itself, the reception/bar separate building is impressive! Stayed only with 1 person in the room, so not crowded. Easy to reach other places of town within 10min walk to the nearest train hub. Quite okayish beds. Not my first time staying with A&O, as they are hostel network. They do a good job.

Few things. But I consider them minor. 1. Old windows with no soundproof. Outside of the windows there are tables to sit at, so someone may wake you up with their chit chat. 2. No AC. Summer night was really hot in such room. 3. Shower door handle was kinda broken. Functioning, but broken. 4. Had troubles using self check-in with card activation. But receptionist helped me out within a few minutes. 5. There could be more instructions showing directions to enter the building, because for first time travellers to this place, I find this a little inconvenient. It is easily mis-looked walking by the street. Room for improvement, but you can't expect to get 10/10 quality and service for such a bargain of a price, in such town.

The room was very clean and despite me booking the 4-bed option, there was actually only one other person besides me! It was a very comfortable experience for the already very cheap price that I have paid.

The windows are very thin and unless you wear thick clothes, you're doomed to freeze during the winter season. Thankfully I did and it was therefore kinda negligible. Also, the bunk beds are kinda squeaky and it can easily wake up other people during the night.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect—within walking distance, you have a variety of food options, stores, and parties. The rooms are big, clean, and have good curtains, so you can sleep without any trouble even during the day.

The shared kitchen wasn't the greatest, but with a store next to the hotel, I didn't find this to be a big issue. I also didn't spend much time at the bar.

It's the best place for youth to stay. Lots of students were met there. Not so close to the centre but has enough transport around.

The USB port near the bed didn't work at all, same about others. So, it was impossible to charge a tablet at night without leaving it somewhere far from owner. It woul be great if you fix it next time, because the most important things for a tourist are wi-fi, charging and a shower. :)

Location is extremely good, surrounding neighborhood great for having lots of restaurants, grocery stores, transportation all within walking distance, Staff was great very helpful, courteous.

The size of the rooms a bit too small for 2 people and suitcases, not being able to open windows to get fresh air specially when is hot out.

The room was clean and pleasant. The windows allowed for good ventilation. There is a locker for everyone in the room and if you have a padlock you can lock your belongings in it. Each bed has 2 USB ports and a night light. The building has an elevator, which makes it easier to move to the high floors. Check-in is fast and hassle-free, and check-out is even faster. You enter the building and the room with a card that allows you to open only those doors to which you have access. The place feels pretty safe. I would come back here again!

Staying in a hostel always depends on the other people you share the room with. For most of my stay, I had roommates with guys who didn't come back to the hostel all night. It made my sleep here quite pleasant. During the day they threw a lot of toilet paper in the toilet, but after you turn on the water it doesn't make any impression and you enjoy a peaceful sleep. The first night I thought I would be alone in the room, but someone came to check in at 03 in the night and it interrupted my sleep. However, these are not things that the hostel can change. When you've paid for a room with four people you're expected to accommodate all their habits. In that sense, everything related to the hostel itself was trouble-free.

The room was bigger than expected. Very clean and quiet. It was nice with a TV in the room, even though I could've wished for a few channels in English. Very central location with the tram nearby. We were overall very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay there again!

We had a bit of trouble with finding the room. We had to go and ask the receptionist multiple times for directions. It was a bit confusing with the different entrances, but in the end, we figured it out.

It was close to the station which is 25 min away from the airport BER, i was alone in my room till late night, shower and toilet were inside of 4-beds dorm, that’s convenient; there’s an elevator in the building; sockets are located within each bed space

I might be wrong but I am not 100% sure that bed sheets were washed
