Friendly, welcoming staff. Great quiet location but within easy reach of main attractions. Hotel had had a flood in the area which they used for breakfast but explained the alternative rooms / areas well. Breakfast choice was cereals, bread rolls and toast machine. Pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt .cold meats and assortment of cheese. Smoked salmon, fried sausage , scrambled or fried eggs. Vegetables. Coffee, tea and fruit juices. Eat all you want, self service. Couple of restaurants directly opposite hotel. Tapas and Italian. Little alleyway also opposite, which if you go down and then turn left , there is a supermarket. Open til midnight but not open on Sundays. Bar at hotel is to left of reception . Foyer has a vending machine. Beds were comfy. Tea and coffee with kettle in rooms. Free safe. Tv , 2 chairs, wardrobe, hairdryer. Liquid soap and shower gel provided as is towels. Lots of sockets in room . Car parking available.

Very comfortable accommodation in a convenient location

On arriving, we entered the reception area, which was quite busy. There wasn't anyone there who appeared to be greeting us. A man who was not dressed in the hotel uniform appeared to be picking up something from a shelf behind reception. He had seen us arrive. We then noticed that we could check in on a screen, so although very tired after our journey, we started to attempt to do this. When we were about halfway through this process, the man behind the reception desk questioned why we were doing this when he was there. He was quite rude and made us feel silly for attempting to check in on the screen when he was there.This was not a great welcome! For the rest of our stay all the other staff on reception and in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

Only stayed for one night and for that purpose it was great. It's a very standard hotel. No frills but does the trick. It was clean and quiet. There was tea and coffee in the room. The bed was nice but the pillows were a bit hard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a café and bakery close by if you don't have breakfast included. It's also close to the metro and easy to find. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would recommend in Berlin.

Depending on what you're after, the location is a bit off. It's a very quiet area and some areas a bit dark at night. One restaurant across the street. But it's easy to get to the more central parts. About a 20 min walk to Alexander Platz and the metro is close, so no real issue. But if you want the pulse of Berlin, this isn't it.

Hotel located in the heart of Berlin, but not on busy street, so in room was quite silent. Room is equipped with safe and teapot. Air conditioning is working really well. Electronic check-in let us to get card in a minute. I don't order a breakfast, but go to a nearest bakery, but as I see, it's suggest a lot of choices.

Nothing critical, but just keep in mind: We stayed in second building, and it's far from street, but path is little bit longer. Nobody promised a fridge in room, but it would be a great addition to furniture to cool a bottle of beer in future. One room has the laminate floor, another one has the carpet one.

Location excellant. Few minute walk from the bus stop to alexanderplatz bus 200 and 248. Ubahn station close by too. Pizza shop at bottom of street, cafe at top of street and facing hotel. Cafe facing hotel has a cut through apartments block and couple of minute walk brings you out at supermarket. Also had beautiful meal at bocca felice at bottom of street from hotel. Beds very comfortable. Kettle, hairdryer in room and lovely bathroom. Excellent budget hotel.

Great value for money; I booked it three months in advance and it was a very good price. The room was comfortable and spacious for two people. Lovely shower! Very quiet - could sleep with the window open. Location is excellent; within easy walking distance of central attractions, famous clubs, and train stations. We also really appreciated the vegan items they provided for us for breakfast; I hadn't thought to request vegan items specifically, but when we asked, they went above and beyond to provide a delicious selection of items for us.

The only thing I can think of is I wished the curtains were a bit thicker; the sun woke me at 5am every day. Maybe bring an eye mask!

Beds were clean. Bathroom clean and large enough. Breakfast was so wonderful. Too bad I couldn't eat more than my capacity, hahaha. But there were so many good items there. Just amazing! Coffee, tea and a kettle in room. Thanks a lot, so nice to have a tea or coffee when get back from a long day.

- Mattress was a bit too firm for my body but my boyfriend didn't mind it. So I had to ask for extra blankets to make a bit softer for second night. - It seems that rooms are quite small in all European cities. In Canada we are used to more space in hotel rooms. So not a bad thing, but comparing to Canada, it is a bit shocking.

Within walking distance of many attractions and places of interest, right next to underground entrances, a few restaurants within walking distance, friendly/highly professional staff, spotless rooms, excellent bathroom facilities, the fresh and highly varied breakfast was good value for money.

Nothing negative about the hotel and the impression it left on me. Overall it was great value for money, especially for anyone trying to stick to a budget.

Beds were super comfy, we really rested well while sleeping. Room was clean and with a nice view of the city. Location is great, area is very calm, yet central. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

The room is small, there was no shampoo nor conditioner in the bathroom nor at the reception. Nespresso machine is a standard at hotels these days, so I was surprised to see that there was only instant coffee in the room, so perhaps this is something to improve. Breakfast was too expensive (16€ per person), so we opted out.

Good location. Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Very good value given that you're a 20-minute walk away from Checkpoint Charlie and a few stops by the metro away from the Brandenburg Gate, The Berlin Cathedral and many other sites. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming!

The room has a distinct smell carried by the carpet, meaning the room is not ventilated often enough. Apart from that, not much more to complain about.
