Location was great to me, close to city center but quiet. Bio supermarket near by. It would be good to provide free drinking water for guests.

During check out lady on reception desk wanted to charge me 4€ per beer when on pricelist in hotel room was 3,5€. She wanted to proove me in your papers her rights, but I deny it claiming that I can read what is written on pricelist left in room. She expressed concerns about my ability to read which is unacceptable in customer service. I was hurry to catch my plane so had no time to call her supervisor but it is defenitely bad service. Work is a privilege so if this ladydoesnt like to be behind the reception desk she supposed to quit the job, behaving guests that way has consequences. I won't choose this hotel again.

Lovely hotel with flair ambience and super genuinely friendly staff.

A little away from alexanderplatz main hub but u bahnn across the road brings tou there in sbt 4 mins. Just 2 stops.

Friendliness of the reception staff, curtesy of the cleaning staff, the industrial decor, cleanliness of the building. The locations was close to the metro station to go to other sights.

The fact that due to the architecture of the building being in some kind of a U shape, when guests were standing on the patio outside and talking (esp. In the evening and at night) it generated a huge echo all throughout the building. If we left the windows open at night, it was extremely noisy. With the windows closed it was okay. It would have been judicious to post notice on the patio outside informing guests that their voices would carry throughout the entire hotel especially at night and to please keep them at a minimum volume.

We liked it because of the history and it was modern.

Kettle cable to short. We had to put the kettle in the bathroom. Although I am very pleased that we got a kettle in the hotel because we like a cuppa/ coffee soon as we walk in from seeing the city. Staff were very friendly. The room was v clean spotless. Central for nearly everything. Definitely would recommend and we would definitely stay again. Although the doors going to the rooms in the corridors are very heavy not disabled friendly I would recommend automatic electric doors ( button push) I can say this because I am disabled and that would a very concern of mine if I couldn’t get around. but overall enjoyed our stay.

We only had an issue with a staff member. I believe he is assigned to a night shift or security duty. He warned us about our dog, while we were playing with her in the garden at night- so he was right- However, the tone he used was extremely rude and disrespectful. I could have reported this to the reception as well, but I wanted to mention it in here so that everyone can see the attitude of that staff member is the only reason preventing me giving highest ratings to your hotel."

I think breakfast is the best part of staying here. The variety, the service, everything was perfect. We would also like to thank the chef Orlando and his team for their service understanding, explanations and smiling faces. On the other hand, the design of the hotel, the furniture in the waiting area, the reception and the staff at the front desk give you the message of what awaits you at the very entrance. Cause everything is perfect.

The view from the room did not meet our expectations. On the other hand when I asked for slippers to use in the room, it was stated that slippers can be provided according to the room selection type. Since slippers will increase the comfort of the guests in the room, I think it would be a plus for such a nice hotel to have slippers in all rooms in general. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you.

Everything, not only the location itself, that is considered one of the best for parties, but also the staff members, they are always friendly and helpful. I have luck to find always the nicest hotels and this is one of the best in Berlin and, I highly recommend there.

The only thing that I didn't like too much, was my hotel room being the last one of all hotel rooms, at the end of the corridor. It was so far from the lift, hard to carry all luggages as woman, and opening many doors to finally arrive in my room after came back from street too. Overall, the room was spacious, modern, and had a nice view to the yard.

The whole hotel was excellent. Really nice and clean and quite modern. The staff were excellent to the extreme.

I requested a double room but had two (quite big) single beds pushed together. They would move apart if you tried to move from one to the one. Each by themselves were very comfortable to sleep on. Just not ideal for a romantic getaway. I feel bad saying this but the location was a little further out than I had anticipated. 25/30 minutes walking to Alexander Platz. So long as you're aware of this beforehand and are happy with this then book this hotel because other than its location it's brilliant.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good blinds to block out the sun. Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy options. Located right next to subway station. Had a small gym but I could perform a pretty good workout within the limitations (weights go up to 10kg). They have a stationary bike, elliptical machine and treadmill. I trained in the gym twice and was the only person there which was nice. They also had a sauna which I used and was refreshing. Wifi was good, no issues there.

The location was perfect, it was right next to the U - Bahn and also has a bus stop directly outside. The hotel was clean, trendy and the bar area lounge was really comfy and relaxing. The reception staff were very helpful and went out of their way to get us an early check in. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing.

Very personal, but the room was a little too warm for me. It was winter so I totally understand why it was warm, but the AC didn't seem to cool it. I was able to crack open a window though. I also wanted to link the pc to the TV via a HDMI for a zoom call but that seemed to have been disabled. Both very minor issues, and certainly didn't ruin my stay.
