Staff went extra mile to comfort my requests as much as it was possible. The location is great, close to Alexanderplatz and to supermarkets, a shopping centre is a 25 minute walk away, surrounded by every kind of restaurant you can imagine. Rather "family" like atmosphere than business driven attitude towards the guests. I did also like the diverse and inclusive choice of staff and made new friends. Please be assured that the customer service will accomodate each and every wish which is possible to apply to the house rules. Housekeeping cleans daily the rooms and it is so clean everywhere that you could eat from the floor - if you would find something lying around....

I had an excellent experience at Pfefferbett Hostel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was fortunate to be given a room with a double bed instead of a single, which was very comfortable. The room was always neat and tidy, providing a clean and relaxing environment. The location is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting after a busy day. Additionally, the hostel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Pfefferbett Hostel for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and tranquil atmosphere.

I stayed at Pfefferbett for 9 nights, and I had a good experience. The staff were very polite and helpful and the ambience of the common areas was pleasant and lively. Though I wish there were curtains on our dorm beds, to allow a little better sense of privacy. A kitchen would have also helped, but it was manageable because of some budget restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Overall the location of the hostel really makes up for any small discomfort. Metro and bus accessibility is super convenient, with various cute cafés and bars nearby.

As my trip was last minute there were no dorm rooms left so I ended up booking a private room. The room was very big and spacious with an optimal bathroom. Close to U-bahn stops that connect you around Berlin well. Even with the bar below it wasn't too loud. Decent restaurants and cafes around which was a huge plus.

For a private room in a hostel, it was on the pricier side however this was the most affordable when booking last minute. There's not much going on socially to allow you to meet other people, but also during the time I was there, there was a massive cohort of teenagers that were being obnoxiously loud in the seating area.

Very good hostel overall, in a good location, and with very friendly staff. The basics such as lockers, linen, and soap are included, only needed to rent a towel for 3.50. My room was quite spacious and had high ceilings, which makes it possible to have taller beds and more headspace, also on the lower bed. There was also a soft lighting option that allows to walk in the room without disturbing other guests. Those are less apparent details but made me feel more comfortable.

The floors in the room and bathroom/shower could be cleaner. I have noticed as a trend in other hostels in recent trips that have a curtain for privacy in the beds. This, and a hairdryer would be great.

Hostel is located in the center. There is area Pfefferberg, where are restaurant Pfeffer and bars and behind it also Pfefferbett Hostel. Staff is friendly. I had normal room and quiet roommates. We slept with opened window and it was good and refreshing. Bathroom was just in next door, renovated and clean. First aid kit in bathroom if you have headache or some other health issues. I didn't have breakfast in Hostel but over the road was amazing cafe with good prices and fresh pastries. It was opened already 8 a.m, maybe even earlier. Everything was in walking distance, Alexanderplatz, Berlin Wall, Memorial of the Murdered Jews (with heartbreaking museum) and Berlin Underground ( Berliner Unterwelten)-tour with fantastic guide Martina.

Amazing location, extremely friendly, cheerful & helpful staff, very spacious room, great shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free luggage storage. They even cleaned the room daily & breakfast until 11:30 and check out until 11am is very much appreciated!

I would have preferred a little bit brighter lights in the room. The breakfast buffet offer is very nice, but rather limited, which I didn't mind, because it suited my taste, but some people might. The prices for the private rooms seem to vary quite drastically, which led to a small feeling of having paid too much simply in comparison to others, however the value you get is great.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to rest and sleep rather than a party hostel. And this hostel meet 100 percent my expectation. The room was super clean, bed was comfy and staff was excellent. Icing of the cake was, the hostel was just 5 min walk from bus/metro stop and U bahn. But still it was super quiet and in the night. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet, clean and decent hostel in Berlin

The rooms were quite clean and well maintained. Spacious enough for the number of people that were there. The room also had a private toilet and bathroom. The location is not that far from most attractions; about 20 to 30 minutes away from most things. Easily accessible by tram. The cleanliness was up to standards as well. Wifi worked well. The hostel offered breakfast, which was some sort of buffet setting, for around 10 euros. I would generally highly recommend this hostel.

Nothing! I generally liked everything and enjoyed my stay. Only thing that I feel like maybe you need to know in advance is that they don't offer towels. I didn't mind that since I was prepared.

Everything. This place is right opposite the U2 Senefelderplatz station. In just 2 stops you get to Alexanderplatz. In a 6-minute walk you can also take the M1 ( tram ). A 10-minute walk takes you to Rosenthalerplatz, where you can take the U8 ( subway ) or bar hopping. The staff is friendly, the rooms are ok. We slept very well. The room price is quite cheap because the Berlinale started this week. So we were lucky to pay little for a weekend. Everything is close, the rewe, the budni, pizzerias, bars etc.

Short stay ( weekend only ). We came to Berlin to celebrate my friend's 18th birthday and his mom chose this hostel for us. We'll be back for sure.
