Breakfast was perfect. Local selection, fruits, pastries. Room was big and comfortable beds. Bathroom very nice, shower and bath tube etc. We're on the 7th floor with city view. Railways below no problem at all.

Not functioned any lift to garage which led to situation that people with all suitcases were using ramp instead. On TV no English program, CNN and Euronews in program list however with message that signal is too week. Receptionist gave us wrong parking card so when leaving morning we had to run once again back to reception to ask another card. Overall good hotel and recommend to stay however few things could be improved.

the hotel itself was very good and personaly i was very satisfied,good lokation 3~5min from landsberger alle station,quiet ,they had hard bed which i like.close by theres supermarket Rewe and dm,caffes and some restaurant option from 10min walk,parks and so on.i highly recommend here to stay and not in touristic area like Alexsanderpltaz etc..here is neighborhood more chill and pretty im sure gonna visit again.

the only thing i wasnt sure it was the fridge was room temperatur so i dont know if that normal or it just didnt work. maybe the spa could be opening from 9am instead at 10am would be awsome. Steambath was not working the whole stay(5nights) so that was a little disappointing

room and facilities look new, not old ones. Clean, our room is big than expected. Location is quite good, there are trams and subway lines just outside the building, easy to get there and go to view spots. Our rooms are toward the courtyard and quiet, didn't feel the noise. Provide big and small pillows, and you can use the one you like, it's very considerate.

it's a little bit hot inside the room even around 1st, May. We didn't like the noise of the air conditoner, so we turned it off. We dont know can that air conditioner work well or not in hot summer. And the bed is a little bit too soft, we prefer harder one. In total, this hotel is good.

It was a lovely visit. The room was clean, comfortable and offered what it should. The hotel is well located, in front of it there is a tram station , very convenient to move around the entire city. A few steps away was also the suburban train station which made everything accessible. Across the street there is a supermarket and a pharmacy, but the hotel also offers a 24/7 self service supply station in case you need a snack or drink. The lobby was great for an afternoon beer and hot chocolate. We did not have tome to visit the restaurant but Loft14 was definitely worth the visit. We would visit again. P.s. the small sachet you leave outside the door when you do not want cleaning service, fills with snacks, lovely gesture for those who think a bit more green.

Comfortable location to get to messe by metro. Reception young man with curly heir great job and a one who made check inn. Very helpful and great service provided. Good breakfast and ledy who served (older with light heir).

Smell with first step into hotel. There is some many way to fix it with diffusers. My colleague changed room 3 times. Cleaning in the bathroom could be really better. As well I would recommend to write room No on a card so guest really can read it. Some of them tried to get in to my room at night as he messed it up. I was scared. That was solved by security. After all I rate with 10 as it might help some staff to get bonuses who really deserved it.

Absolutely stunning hotel right on the metro ring and tram stop, so very good for getting around. The hotel staff were lovely, the facilities were great with a self service shop ground level, bar, resturant and all guest have use of the spa, which included a couple saunas, jacuzzi. Also a steam room that was unfortunately out of order. They have a fantastic bar on the 14th floor with incredible views across Berlin. The cocktail I had was also delicious! Well worth a look. My room was great, very spacious with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and all the bits and pieces you'll need. Only bad point. I have no idea why? but my TV kept turning itself on ever couple of hours disturbing my sleep. I though id figured it out after the first night, but it happened the second night too. Very annoying.

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Vienna House. This is a wonderful hotel for the price. Spotlessly clean and all the staff I encountered were so kind and helpful. It has an impressive large atrium with it's own shop, bar, and working areas. It's location is slightly outside the main city centre, but perfect for us to get away from the busyness of downtown, and the tram is directly outside. The SBahn station - Landsberger Allee - is just next door and is on the Ring line so you can easily get anywhere. I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Berlin. Highly recommend.

I like the size of the room and location. Petrol station, Aldi supermarket, dm shop, just next to the hotel. But the parking was expensive.

The room was not clean specifically the bathroom and shower, the cleaning staff were so unprofessional, it seems they won't use any cleaning products for the bathroom , because the stain was so old. Some of the Reception staff were so unfriendly, the only person who was professional was Daniel who tried to cover others mistakes and he was so respectful with the guests , we would like to thank him.

Really spacious room: small little table, one big comfy wing chair, a desk that was big enough to work from there, comfortable beds, amazingly soft duvet covers, staff was super friendly and helpful, best bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel of this category, cool ambient lighting, accessible sauna and huge gym with up to date equipment. Location is super convenient even though it is not perfect in the city center you are faster at some major attraction spots than if you are directly located in the centre. If you don’t need cleaning every day you will get a small surprise appreciation from the staff.

A four star hotel with excellent-but expensive facilities. It is located about 20-30 minutes from the city centre and there is a tram stop directly opposite with frequent services and a railway station about 100 metres further from that. Modern, comfortable, clean rooms with a high standard of fittings and fixtures.

We had a meal in the Mavericks cafeteria. The service was poor, we had to wait about twenty five minutes after ordering for our food to arrive and I think it was very expensive for what we had. We did not eat there again. Other local restaurant or cafe facilities are sparse so if you don’t want to pay the price of dining in a two star Michelin restaurant at the hotel then you would have to travel back into Berlin to have a choice of places to eat.
