Check-in at the Leonardo was super quick since I provided my information beforehand. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and great facilities. I also booked the breakfast, which was tasty with a good selection of cut meats, cheeses as well as sausages and bacon. They even put out a few vegan spreads and gluten-free bread. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The location is not the most central but free parking is available and the hotel is connected well through public transportation. A Moia shuttle station is right outside the door of the hotel. Hamburg's city park is right across the street, making for a great stroll.

Unfortunately, I only found out that the hotel has a sauna and fitness studio on my last morning and I couldn't use the facilities anymore by then. It would have been nice if the staff had pointed these out during check-in.

The room was big and clean, the bed was very comfy and the view outside the windows was nice as we were facing the city park. The breakfast buffet was quite big with plenty of options and the staff was very friendly.

The room for breakfast was quite hot, very busy with families and crying children (not so nice first thing in the morning). The sauna was tiny and there were no facilities to change, also the towels were very small in the spa area so we did not use the sauna in the end.

We appreciated the 24h reception as we were arriving late for check-in. Additionally, the hotel was flexible in letting our friends join us for breakfast (for an additional cost) and the breakfast was quite good which a good selection. The hotel is close to the airport. We were going to a concert in the Stadtpark which was also just a few minutes walk away, so very practical for us. Also great value for money overall! We were also able to leave our bags after checkout until it was time to head back to the airport.

The facilities are somewhat dated, though still comfortable. We had requested a room with two single beds at booking, our room ended up having a double bed, but it was still all right. A little more variation at breakfast would have been fun, to change up some of the choices (it was the same every day) and I found a hair in my eggs one morning, but otherwise the food was tasty and fresh! Although the goal of our trip was not the city center, for those who need to get to town - the public transport is not complicated and with the U-Bahn you can get directly to the main sights, but it is about 40 minutes away... we spent more time at the park which was great for us, but this might be relevant for other guests planning a city trip.

Friendly welcome at check in, comfortable room with complimentary water and also tea and coffee making facilities. Nice to find working air conditioning. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of different choices, breakfast staff were very friendly. Overall, I would definitely stay at the hotel again!

Clean hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. 5 min drive from the airport and local to the Sportshalle for the concert we attended. The park just over the road is a beautiful place to go for a walk, and there are decent connections into the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One of the two lifts was out of service for the entire stay. No drama, as the stairs were user-friendly and easy to find.

Very clean room, sufficient amount of towels, all kind of lights available (I hate ceiling light, so for me it was amazing), very comfortable transportwise, there's a bus stop literally 100m away, the room was spacious enough to have two people simultaneously packing

Elevator is extremely claustraphobic as it is very small, but the mirror on the ceiling does help. Also, there is no iron available in the room.

Regarding the room, it was very clean and it was calm, the BREAKFAST was exceptional, staff very friendly, helpful easy going with exceptional hospitality. Over all the hotel is very cozy! For the location, it was very close to my meeting venue, but I could travel easily to downtown using S and U Trains!

Nothing to mention, except that couple of years ago they had a babyfoot table which they don’t now :)

I didn't like the delivery man bringing food up to my room without the receptionist calling me to confirm first. I had to drop a message that all delivery stops at the reception subsequently

The room was spacious and they would tidy it up every day. The hotel was quiet and had good amenities.

The bed was not comfortable (too soft, the mattress had no resistance when you'd sit on it), the room had an unpleasant smell that would come back every time the window would be closed for a longer period of time and the hotel is quite far away from the city center or any subway station.
