A modern,stylish hotel,beautifully curated. Friendly,but professional staff.Debora inthe breakfast room was super. Breakfast was very good indeed,with an egg chef waiting for your choice.We sat onthe terrace at night with a drink. The views high above the still developing outskirts of old Heidelburg,and across to the Neckar valley were so interesting.Must across the square is the Congress Centre. We walked a lot and looked at other charming neighbourhoods,but a fairly long walk would get you to the riverside,Plenty of trams and buses,though. The room was very comfortable,bathroom super.

We would expect ecar points inthe vast underground carpark.However,staff advised us of the Congress Halls equally cavernous car park where there are 60 very efficient points.

Located right outside of the main train station, the views from our room and from the rooftop restaurant were beautiful, the beds were really comfortable and provided a restful sleep (it was quiet throughout the night as well), the breakfast options were delicious - shoutout to Déborah who was exceptionally friendly and greeted us with a smile every morning :) We enjoyed everything! ;)

On the day of our checkout we left ourselves about a little less than an hour after breakfast to use the restroom before our long trip and gather our things, however the cleaning staff was already there and had even replaced the towels in the bathroom. Not a deal-breaker but we didn't expect them to start cleaning out the room before we checked out and while our things were still inside.

I really liked the look of the room, it was very comfortable, clean, enough space for two people. Underground parking and facilities were good. Amazing breakfast, a big variety of food and drinks.

I didn’t like the fact that we denied to have a cleaning option every day because we didn’t want any strangers in our room during the stay, but still the stuff was accessing our room when we had breakfast just to leave some water for us and changing the towels. I wish they leave it by the door. I’m really concerned when people do that. The parking is a bit too expensive - 25€ per night. Location is far away from the center( not 15 min), but 30-40 min walk, so you have to either have a bike or use the bus.

Room was spacious, clean, and furnished very well. It had all the comforts of a 4-star hotel room. Similarly, restaurant and bar on the top floor were very nice. Parking was clean and well connected to the hotel. We tried the restaurant of the evening and it was very good even if a bit pricy. Breakfast was superb (one of the best I have ever had!). Good value for money overall.

Location was ok (close to the station and a bit further away from the city center - but we did not hear any noise/ it was not a problem). Personnel was ok, but it lacked coordination between the reception and the restaurant staff, for instance (we initially had some issues with eating at the restaurant due to miss communication/ lack of coordination between the two, but this was resolved in the end).

Altlantic is a brand new place, great design, one minute walk from the station. I got a spacious and comfortable room with proper windows, which you can fully open! Nice restaurant and bar on the top floor. I was able to get food and drink around 10 pm on the day of my arrival, which is a very rare case in Germany! Great for visiting old town too. Just 1 minute walk and 5 minute ride with the local train to the old town station.

The shower gel and the body lotuon were extremly liquid and not a very pleasant to use. Half of the rooms seem to overlook railroad, not the most pleasant if views

The location is relatively easy to find, follow main junction from autobahn to railway station , Hotel is very modern in new business plaza that extends several blocks, has a good restaurant on top floor, quite expensive, but hotel cost very reasonable. Numerous alternative restaurants available in and around the station. Everywhere immaculately clean and working properly incl air-con. Breakfast plentiful and varied to cover all tastes. Secure car parking in basement for an extra fee. Staff on reception very helpful and knowledgeable. A good town to spend a couple of days visiting the main attractions, but busy even in the off season, well worth considering for a short break.

We really could not fault anything, good location, easy to get around by bus or taxi and right beside a major railway station.....nothing too much trouble for staff

Brand new hotel, good gym, very well designed and comfortable room, bed very comfortable, liked the breakfast and the restaurant area in general especially the terrace with great views. Also a cigar smoking room on the top floor. All the staff very helpful and friendly.. Quite far from the main tourist attractions but very well connected with buses and trams, or about a 20 min walk.

Check out time is 11am - it does state that on the booking so my fault for not noticing but was expecting noon as that is standard. Not a complaint, just something to note. And they did kindly let me check in an hour early, so it balanced out!

The hotel looks like a business-oriented concrete office block from the outside, conveniently just steps from the train station. Yet it feels much more upmarket, refined , pleasant and high-end than we expected once inside . It is filled with nice finishes and impressive design elements. The check-in staff were very helpful and our room was full of light and design touches. The bar/restaurant on the top floor is sophisticated and cosmopolitan n the most positive way. We truly enjoyed it and wish we had stayed longer.

The staff that i didn't even get his name Because he wasn't wearing a tag I stand in from him he didn't even look at me or greet or say anything I waited, and he kept ignoring His person for the good of the hostel should be a reception He can't work any where ever Nearly bold guy with few hair on the side Everything in the hotel is good except for him The female resption was so kid did her job perfectly and assessed us even with how to use the train

I like everything. We had the junior suite. The receptionist was very good on giving explanations ( because we parked on the wrong parking, where you cannot pay by card and entering your plate number). The stay was luxurious, comfortable, we had a quiet stay, no luggage and talking sounds on the hallway because of the double sturdy doors, and I also have not seen the cleaning lady and the cleaning cart in the morning, like in other hotels. The breakfast was divine in the restaurant with breathtaking view.

I didn’t like that I only could stay one night.
