1) The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. 2) The room is spacious and clean. 3) A lot of useful utitlities in the hotel. E.g. still/sparkly/hot water, coffee which are all complimentary. There's also an ATM and a few vending machines inside of the hotel. 4) The location of the hotel is also very good. ~6 mins walking distance to Cologne Cathedral, the commercial area and the railway station Cologne Central. 5) Sufficient sockets for plugging and charging. It's very good value for money consider the room price is not very high.

1) The rooms are close to railway trail so there can be noise in the evening. It may bother someone who's sensative to sound. Personally I and my parents were totally okay with it.

Big room, fresh and modern. Great check in/out system. Close to the train station and the cathedral.

Slightly disappointed the bathroom didn’t have a bathtub as shown in the pictures but not too big of an issue. Also the TV wasn’t smart and was of course in German which was also disappointing.

Very very friendly workers , they helped us from first minute untill last minute . İ want thank to espacially to Andres and Tim and of course Berk. They are super helpful people. And the rooms are pretty fine for couple travellers. The hotel close to everywhere, you dont need car

Although a cheap hotel (unless it is festival time), it has always been welcoming, well situated for beer breweries and train station, clean and comfortable. Breakfast doesn't cost as much as other hotels and is filling. We try to stay here every time wecome to Cologne.

Not much

The hotel is perfect for a short city trip! The location is just a few minutes by foot fron the Kölner Dom and the Hauptbahnhof and we liked that it was a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the station. Everything was very easy going and the staff was friendly. It has the hostel feel to it, but in a nice, modern way. The room was spacious and good value for the money.

We booked a double room and were hoping to have one big bed = one big matress, but that wasn't the case and it was more like two small beds put together. Also the walls were not isulated super well so it was kinda cold in the evenings (depite the heaters) and you could hear the trains passing by. But those were all small things and we would stay again for a short trip.

Everything was good , they are very hospitality people. from workers Berk gives us very useful tips about the Köln and he makes us feel like at home , thank you

Location was perfect. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, warm rooms. I will come again if I visit Cologne.

In the morning a little noisy from the construction next to our room but the double glasser windows help for it.

The room had a acid/ sour smell. The price of the room was quite expensive for what you get. But maybe thats the time of the year.

The cleaning guy. He knocked angrily on the door around 10.45 but must be out. This is not correct. Check out could be around the noon. This is what I know in almost every hotel

There is no air-condition in the room İ took ventilator from reception, it was for free , just i give 20 Euro deposit
