The Hotel is in a great location just minutes walk from the central railway station. The staff were both very friendly and extremely accomodating (allowing me to leave my luggage at reception for later collection, after I had checked out, so that I wouldn't be forced to drag it to the exhibition centre). Breakfast was great with a varied selection of cold meats, cheeses, youghurts, fruits & cereals. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Considering the location the price was also very reasonable.

The only problem I encountered was that the internet was extremely slow but I think that might be a feature of german data infrastructure rather than the fault of the Hotel. I live in a country with lightning fast internet so that also might have coloured my perception.

Convenient location near Hauptbahnhof and Dom and Rhine, beautifully quiet, looking out on a leafy green courtyard at the back with a view of St Kunibert's church. Great room. We had asked for two separate beds for two of us (sisters) and were given a lovely suite/family room with a double bed and sofa bed. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

The only thing missing was tea/coffee in the room.

I'm older I have trouble walking - no one came to the front to help me carry my suitcase up the stairs from the street to the front entrance. The rooms we requested were not together but rather separated by floors. A stained sheet was not replaced. The "bar" was seldom open and not after 8pm

We were there for 5 nights and our room had a sitting room attached which made it very comfortable. Good location less than 10 mins walk from Koln Centraal station and the Cathedral. Plentiful breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room.

No air conditioning. However, windows can be opened for fresh air. Would be warm in summer. Room was clean and Housekeeping came daily but were inconsistent in quality

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Room was cosy, with two sibgle beds. Had toiletries which was nice and the location was perfect to walk around town.

Bathroom was a bit small and had no window, so, it could get a bit smelly and masty sometimes. Also soundproofing was not the greatest so you could hear some outside noises from corridors and rooms from the floor above

Nice front staff and staff at breakfast bar, they are all have great service mind and willing to help in advance. Room decoration is lovely and clean as shown in Booking.com, its' size and bed are comfy with enough facilities for 3 persons. Location is OK in quiet area, although the distance is a bit far from Cologne main station but the path is almost flat and easy for big baggage to roll.

To access into the hotel we need to carry all our big baggage for 5-6 stairs to get in. In the room we stay the door of our shower tube is not properly closed while showering, it makes the floor wet along the edge then we have to use towel help blocking.

The hotel and furniture are quite new. The room was also spacious enough. It is very close to the central train station and the center. I also had a few special requests from the reception, they were helpful.

Breakfast was really not enough. Even at the busy breakfast hours, only 4-5 boiled eggs were added. Breakfast could be enriched.

If you’re looking for a small boutique hotel that delivers ….this is it. The room was compact and well presented offering cosy comfort with good facilities. Breakfast was served with a touch of family style attention - an added bonus enhancing a perfect 3 night stay. Thank you

Having to move on to my next accommodation quite sure that it wouldn’t measure up

The staff are friendly welcoming and accept talking English including their manager who is really professional. They had a nice selection of breakfast. The location is near to the train station and easy to go to other sightseeing

The warmers was not working good in the first night it was frozen with 3 degree outside however we informed them and issue was fixed the 2nd night.

The hotel was well located near a very good restaurant and coffee shop and 6 minute walk to the station. The service was excellent. The staff prepared breakfast a little earlier than the scheduled times as I had to leave early

The single room was tiny but otherwise comfortable
