The location was great, just a short walk from the Central Station (exit Schiller Strabe from underground) and a 1 minute walk from there. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Breakfast for the price was well worth it and a great choice. The bedroom we had was large and sizeable and extremely comfortable.

The room we booked had no air-conditioning. I did not notice this in the original booking until I got an optional notice to upgrade the room. However the ladies gave us an extra fan for the room which helped. (August heat when we went) No smart TV in the room we booked No kettle or tea in room but there was a small fridge. Tea coffee available in the main reception area with croissants and fruit for guests.

Spacious room, quiet, clean and comfortable. Adequate breakfast. Friendly staff. 5 mins walk to station so easy for travelling.

The area is seedy.Glad I was travelling with my husband. Lots of dodgy characters hanging around and smoking on the pavement ( not just cigarettes). In fact the cigarette disposal container outside the main door was on fire when we arrived. Reception smelt of smoking. Hotel next to Ali BaBas kebab shop! Apart from that hotel itself was safe and secure. If you want a nicer area avoid the area around the train station.

Pretty much everything was wonderful. Within walking distance from main train station, U/S-bahn and Karlsplatz/Marienplatz for Christmas Market. Room was fully renovated and had air conditioning/heating. Walk in shower was huge with steady pressure. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of items plus an omlette bar. Elevator was larger than other hotels in area. Mini bar had mineral and still water bottles and apple and orange juice for free.

Construction directly across from hotel which started around 7 am on Saturday morning. The street was closed the night I arrived and Sat morning to pedestrians, so had to walk around the block which I did not feel the safest alone in the dark. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but I also have a back injury.

Staff was really nice, breakfast was delicious. Loved the omelette station. Really good coffee and freshly squeezed juice available. Room was clean and nicely furnished. I had the single room deluxe (although probably the smallest of deluxe rooms as it was not the size as described and had the narrow bed)

Not the best neighbourhood. A lot of construction going on around the hotel. Bit noisy. The ac worked poorly. It always shut off after 30min or so. No toiletries in room only combined soap/shampoo even though it was promised in my room category. I managed the one night stay though but for longer stay I would have complained and asked for new room.

Great sized room and bathroom which were both clean and tidy. There was a safe and fridge in the room. We didn’t hear any noise from outside or any other rooms. We paid for the breakfast which we both really enjoyed, they make great scrambled eggs! Plus I love smoke salmon for breakfast, it’s a real treat. The breakfast area is well laid out with plenty of seating.

Bed was a bit on the soft side. There was no kettle in the room.

The Check-in was bit slow but the guy was very friendly and welcoming. They gave me a free room upgrade with a large room and an extra bed. The Bed were very comfy and the room was very well temperature controlled through a separate heating and cooling options. The Location is very near to the Railway Station and Old Town and several other attractions. There is plenty of Turkish, Indian and other Halal food options on walking distance

Construction work in surrounding area impacts the ambiance

Great location for arrival/departure by rail as the property is located immediately adjacent to the main station. Air conditioning was a nice treat for a summertime stay and the breakfast on offer proved quite filling! I was booked into a room that faced the courtyard and thus had a deep sleep each night with no hint of street noise.

Rooms are tastefully appointed but a bit worn

This hotel is amazing and very close to Munich Central station. A lot of restaurants around. This hotel is conveniently located to everything. The property is very clean and well maintained, in a safe neighborhood, the bed was comfortable, the room was very spacious and most importantly it offers great breakfast with quite a selection! the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean dry and well maintained. The location was OK. There is construction going on at the top end of Schiller Strasse, but this did not overly detract from our enjoyment of the area. The staff were very helpful. We didn't have breakfast on this occasion so I can't comment on the food.

The Hotel was really well situated for walking around the central part of Munich including the old town, especially if you arrived and left by train as we did. Staff were good, room was pleasant and clean and quiet. Breakfast had a good selection including an omelette made while you waited if desired.

The beds were too firm for us - had to ask for an extra duvet which we slept on top of. Also no password on the wifi so not secure.
