Very well designed rooms. Clean. They give you free water and beer every day - but you have to ask for it at reception.

They knew over a month before that my husband is allergic to feathers. When we arrived there was a feather duvet on the bed again! This was the second time we stayed there and this happened. The first time my husband became really ill because of it. We ended up with 3 layers of sheets because they don't have ANY polyester duvets! They are literally on sale in Munich, we nearly bought one and left it behind. They did change the pillows for us both times to polyester.

Mostly the location. Peaceful residential location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fine. The little kitchen was well-equipped and an ingenious use of space. I found it very useful. Having the supermarket (and a pizza restaurant) immediately next door was ideal. Not too far from the U-Bahn station Gern.

I longed for something comfortable to sit on. The sofa was very narrow and very uncomfortable. The other seating at the breakfast table was very worn. The desk was hanging off the wall and felt too unsafe to use. The staff expect you to recycle according to German rules without giving you the facilities or information about how to do so. Every country is different.

The room was great and the hotel comfortable. Location was perfect for us.

I asked, before we arrived, if they could give us non-feather bedding. They assured us that they had removed all feathers from the room. They had swapped the pillows for non feather ones but, on the second day it became obvious that they had left us with feather duvets. My husband became really ill with asthma attacks and ended up sleeping with no bedding and even then struggling to breathe.

Full kitchen with everything cups, plates, pans, coffee maker, cutlery, and drinks in the fridge were free water and beer, everyday room cleaning. Excellent hot shower. Very clean room. Modern design and great location near supermarket Edeka and tram stationm . Very quiet. Room with balcony were you can smoke. Helpful staff.

There was a sauna before covid but it is closed now. It would be great if it was opened again but not necessary. Everything was perfect anyway.

The room was warm and quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was all I needed after a hard day's work. The most amazing thing was that the fridge was stocked with beer every day. That is a compliment I have never received in any other hotel in the world.

There was some damage to the bathroom, but the staff were quick to fix the problem. Strange that they hadn't noticed it when they cleaned the room before we checked in.

Reception staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful at check-in, as well as throughout our stay. The apartment was really great for a family, with upstairs and downstairs areas and two tvs. It also has a Vaha system on the mirror which had workouts and can play music. Shower was really good, hairdryer supplied. Right next door to a supermarket and a restaurant. The apartment had a small kitchen as well. Very close to Olympiapark for the Euros. Close to transport. 20 minutes on the train or tram to Marienplatz. The whole stay was great. Thank you.

The hotel offered a warm and cozy stay with a well-equipped kitchenette, including coffee, tea, utensils, a microwave, and a fridge. Despite its compact size, the room had ample space, a small dining table, and was exceptionally clean. Highly recommended for a functional and comfortable experience.

The location was convenient with an Edeka supermarket at the doorstep, though the 200m walk to the nearest train or trolleybus stop may not be the easiest for access. Recommend if you have smaller luggages

Great room located within easy walking distance of the stadium at Olympiapark, with trams nearby to get into central Munich. Small, but well equiped kitchen in the room and was handy having the supermarket next door too. Quiet residential area, felt quite safe leaving our car parked there whilst we went off sight seeing. Small balcony to sit out on too which we liked. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing really, would happily stay here again if we come back to Munich.

We booked last minute, as we were stranded in Munich when the airport was closed and all trains leaving were cancelled. We needed a place to stay for 2 nights while we waited for DB trains to start running again and organise alternative travel. The check in process was seamless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was lovely - just a short 10 minute walk to Gern U-Bahn (passing by a lovely cafe we stopped in a couple of times), then a 10 minute U-Bahn ride away from Munich Hauptbahnhof. If we were staying longer, we would have made use of the Edeka just outside to cook our food.

The door to the balcony of our room did not have a curtain or blind, so if we had the lights on in the dark, people in apartments opposite may have been able to see in.

This is a really nice hotel in a very quiet residential location, but with an U-bahn station within a short walk that is only 4 stops from the Munich main railway station. Everything about the hotel is great, apart from a lack of air-conditioning - although this lack of aircon is not unusual for Munich hotels. However this can make it quite hot for sleeping for those of us from cooler climates (e.g. Scotland). A fan is provided which does help. There is a small kitchenette and 2 330ml bottles of beer are provided in the fridge each day, which is a nice touch, also 2 small squares of chocolate. My room had a balcony that overlooked the restaurant / beer garden which was a nice place to sit. The beer garden closed at about 10pm so no problems with noise for sleeping.

Air-conditioning would have been nice - fortunately the weather wasn't too hot...
