The room was very big and clean. The staff was nice

When we got there, there was no room in their parking lot so we had to park 15 min walk away from the hotel.

No parking. Closest public parking 700m

Personnel is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, big choice, and everything tasted good. Secured parking is a plus. Rooms are really big, a bit old but clean.

The room was too cold when we arrived, just 15C. We arrived very late and wanted just to take a shower and sleep, so it wasn't really pleasant, especially for our kid. It would be nice, that room was heated just a bit, e.g. an hour before our arrival.

Clean, modern apartment. Good shower, nice bathroom. Very centrally located, short walk to old town. Lovely little balcony with furniture allowed us to have breakfast alfresco. Very quiet and peaceful. Jasmin very graciously offered to drop us to bus station on Sun morning and we very much appreciated this unexpected kindness.

We liked everything . Some things that would have helped us... instructions for using air-conditioning, some information regarding the town and surrounding area., though there was a map available in the hallway. And a tea towel to dry dishes. None of these things impacted our stay however and we recommend without hesitation.

Location was fabulous. Loved it had a bath. Room size was good.

The cost of breakfast is 25 euros which is crazy. We were told we didn't have breakfast but I notice on my booking.com it stated breakfast. Difficult getting in and out of the shower as you have to step out of the high bath. It is quite dated but they seem to keep it clean as they can. Not their fault but I booked this through booking.com and after their payment I had five four to one payments on my card which I can only pinpoint back to here. This would be a security breach with booking not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

Loved our rear facing 3rd floor superior double room. It had very high ceilings giving it a feeling of spaciousness. I loved the coffee machine. The bed was super comfortable and I love the European way of your own seperate doonas! The bathroom was renovated, bright and spacious! It was extremely quiet...barely heard a noise in 4 nights. The staff are accommodating.

The check in was the slowest in 5 weeks of travel. Do not arrive at 3pm or earlier...you will wait and queue. The foyer was full of people. One person on the counter for the first 15 minutes...ridiculous! They really need to sort this. By 3.30pm it had settled right down. They gave us only 2 coffee capsules, didn't replenish them, we went and bought the rest. The hairdryer was useless...went for 30 seconds then cut out. The design of the over bathtub shower was terrible. The half glass screen didn't reach across the bath. There was hardly anywhere to stand, you had to be careful that water didn't go everywhere.

Lovely traditionally furnished period style hotel. All seemed to be newly renovated. There is parking onsite for 25 euros a night( we stayed for 3 nights) but there are only 13 spaces and it was full. Never mind there is public parking just around the corner within walking distance that cost us 20 euros in total. We unloaded the car at a temporary space in front of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and our room was well equipped.

We had a superior double room but the view was none existent just walls.

The hotel was very convenient to the city, only 10 minutes and the tram stop just left to the hotel. The room was quite spacious with friendly house cleaning staff cleaned daily.

What was not to like was there was no one to help with baggage, for people with special needs. Some staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful as we were told to use the lift but we had to get the luggage down some stairs to then use the lift. My husband walks on crutches permanently and I am legally Blind. Not satisfactory at all.

Excellent breakfast, with fried eggs, multiple breads options, pancakes, natural juices. Good room, with lots of space. There is an ATM in the hotel, which helps a lot. The room as very clean. The hotel’s location is good, in spite of not being in the city central part, there are a lot of public transportation options near (metro, train, buses) and all worked very well in Vienna. Also, there is a market just across the street. We could store our luggages after the check-out, which gave us more time to explore the city.

The beds could be more confortable, hose shower. The breakfast line could be more organized. There was a situation where other guests that arrived later than us just skiped our line, although we complained to the staff, who as supposed to ensure the organization, she didn’t do anything. Right after, realizing not being warned, those unpolite guests started mocking us, saying xenophobic things.

the hotel should advertise as retro because its a blast from the past, the room was an old style suite, breakfast was excellent, parking is limited to about 10 spots so get there early as its first in basis. the lifts are like something out of the sixties. location is good with the D tram stop right out the front. a Billa supermarket is right across the street for all one might need and the subway entrance in the same building.

we booked a junior suite and the sitting area had a second king size bed, so a little strange. check in is regimented to nothing available before 3pm, so by the time 3pm came the lobby was full of frustrated people waiting for their rooms. Watch out for the officious young man controlling entry to breakfast, a room number and name is not sufficient for him, he also wants to see your room key and the cardboard sleeve which was provided by reception at check in. yep we went through this procedure 3 days in a row.
