Situated closer to Vatican - Metro station really close that could take you to city center and Vatican as well. Lovely apartment - lots of rooms and space for little children to explore. The apartment comes with a vintage aesthetic - taking you back in time - a true classic Italian home. The entire building has a scent of an old museum which I personally enjoyed. Clean, practical - everything you might need for your vacation, you can find inside. Completed modern kitchen, lots of utensils and a great fridge that cools off water and food really quick. Great dormitories, great beds - as we slept with our baby between us without any problems. Lovely small terraces you can see the surroundings. Really quiet throughout the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shops nearby.

Excellent hotels located right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions just steps away. Though small, the hotel is charming and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the front desk team was especially helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The airport transfer service was convenient and reasonably priced, considering the airport is at least 30 minutes away. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with staff readily available to assist with seating and keep the buffet well-stocked. A standout feature is that breakfast is served until 12:00 PM—perfect for a relaxed, unhurried start to your day, especially while on holiday.

Nice staff. Had everything we needed. Great to have air conditioning. Close to tram and metro stops. Couple of nice cafes/restaurants nearby. We appreciated the initiative of a free drink in exchange for opting out of room cleaning. Nice idea.

Shame about the renovations which meant we were in rooms overlooking the rather unsightly inner courtyard. The whole front of the building was also covered in scaffolding. Room ok but small with no room to put our suitcases anywhere - we ended up tripping over them to get to the bathroom. Bar very small and no food served anywhere (apart from 29 Euro breakfast) but good restaurant and cafes nearby.

The hotel is aesthetic, well located - not too central, not far from the main attractions and on a quiet little street. The surrounding streets are very sweet and it was nice to discover the little shops there. The staff were very nice and thoughtful, and the room was clean.

I think it’s a bit too simple for a 4-star hotel, but I got it at a very good price so no complaints. I think the some of facilities in the room were a bit worn out.

We had such a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A sweet surprise of macarons was waiting for us in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to Vienna’s main sights. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, with a really spacious bathroom, a kettle for making tea or coffee, and fresh tap water that tasted great. We had a little problem with a towel hook falling off, but after we mentioned it, they fixed it the very same day. Such a quick and thoughtful response! The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked great too, which made everything even more comfortable. After checking out, we were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! This is truly an exceptional hotel, offering a fantastic location and first-class service. The location is perfect—right next to tram line 2 and all the major museums, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet, with no street noise to disturb your peace. The cleanliness and attention to detail in both the rooms and facilities are second to none, and everything is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The variety was incredible, and everything was incredibly fresh. The selection included a wide range of cheeses, delectable sweets, fresh honeycomb, freshly squeezed orange juice—definitely the best I’ve had, and so much more. The little touches, like complimentary champagne, really set the experience apart and made it feel extra special. What truly stood out, however, was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They were always incredibly helpful, cheerful, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to George and Tomas, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, with a top-tier breakfast and unbeatable service. I’ll definitely be returning!

The experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out was nothing short of magnificent. The staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful, patient and informative. The breakfast was great and comprehensive. The location was just right, a bit away from busy streets and very near the largest Christmas Market in Vienna. Easy access to Uber to go around the city and very reasonable prices. The room was very comfortable, and they accommodated all our needs. We will stay there again when visiting Vienna. Thank you for making our experience in Vienna a great one!

Nothing negative to speak of really.

Great hotel, large decorative and comfortable junior suite, comfortable large bed, great shower, clean room, mini bar, coffee machine with capsules, blackout curtains and blinds. A relatively small kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, sink and some cooking utensils. Lovely design and very kind and helpful staff. Superb and delicious breakfast. Quite close to Many attractions (about 20-25 minutes walk). Close to restaurants, SPAR and other shops.

A shower designed with a transparent window painting. A sliding door to the bathroom and shower that does not lock. Can be problematic in some cases, not in ours.

Very nice hotel, it was a lot smaller (building wise) than the picture made it appear, our room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and easy to get around in. Tap water at the hotel was spectacular and I couldn't get enough of it to drink, if you let it run for a minute or two it gets very cold. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Knockoff coffee maker and pods in the hotel room were worse than we typically find. Bartender wasn't very skilled and options for drinks at the hotel were very minimal to premade options. By opting out of room cleaning we were offered a free wine at the bar, however we were unable to redeem it due to the bartender not being knowledgable about the offer.

Central location in Vienna, so sightseeing is easy on foot. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Mostly very quiet.

We stayed in a junior suite. In the moring on the day of our checkout, as I sat in the bed, a splashing and flushing sound could clearly be heard as if it was in my room. It was from behind the wall from another room or perhaps even the next building. Throughout our stay, the place was trully quiet, but that morning raised my brows.
