Nice position in city centre, room size, price

The apartment part of the hotel was completely empty, so I don't understand why we were given the worst room by the elevator and the entrance hallway. If we were staying for more days, I wouldn't have been able to handle it.

This little boutique hotel is very special. Upon arrival we were greeted by Johann who was extremely helpful, our room was beautiful, bright and airy - double balcony - one inside - one outside, high ceilings, extremely comfy bed, great air-conditioning. The entire hotel is spotless with staff that are very friendly and helpful. Location wise its perfect. Only 70m from the underground which takes you into central Vienna and that has easy links to either railway station and airport. Residential area with nice little restaurants very close by. Breakfast was delightful - a small selection of all that is needed but great quality including the coffee all set in a lovely sunny gazebo! Plus the free coffee, tea, sparkling and still water available all day. We would definitely return to this gorgeous hotel and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely, large and very quiet room overlooking the central courtyard garden, and all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities available, complimented by a lounge next to reception where you could find supplies. Breakfast was excellent with ingredients used of the highest quality. We also loved the (free) sauna in the basement which was a lovely additional facility. What surprised us most was how conveniently located the hotel was being a mere 2 minutes walk from Rochusgasse U-Bahn station which has great connections around central Vienna. Also, although the hotel itself is located on a very quiet residential street, just the other side of the station is the lively Rochusmarkt with plenty of eating and drinking opportunities! Overall, highly recommended.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The receptionist was polite, and the option for online check-in and check-out made everything super convenient. The room was impressively spacious—clean, cozy, and comfortable, with simple but pleasant decor. The breakfast was a highlight: a buffet with all-organic options that truly stood out—absolutely amazing! While the breakfast room wasn’t particularly fancy, it was cozy and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The location is good, with the metro just around the corner for easy access to the city. Another big plus: free parking right in front of the building, which was a great convenience.

A baby cot was available, though unfortunately not free of charge, which was a bit disappointing.

Way better than I expected. The room is spacious for a single room, the balcony is awesome, the roof windows let in as much light as you want, but the room is cool, thanks to the AC. Breakfast is quite fantastic, best tomatoes, eggs, sausages I had in a long time. Quiet, awesome garden. The sauna area is perfect, and I was all alone there the whole time. The self serve bar at the lobby is a bit far from the garden building, but totally worth the walk :). Good location. Easy checkin. Absolutely loved it.

Maybe, just maybe, the towels could be a bit softer. Not that it matters, given all the positives :)

Location was great for getting around, Vienna is very large and this hotel is in heart of District III, took about a 20 minute walk to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Room was amazing and very large, the outside terrace/balcony was shared with neighbors (imagine shape of a U letter) but not an issue.

Breakfast was very minimal (hard boiled eggs, bread, cheese, some deli meats, and few desserts), enough to kept you fed but not satisfied. My room had two bathrooms, one with a shower/bath and sink and another with toilet with a miniature sink which felt useless as it was impossible to wash hands without water splashing all over yourself.

Great central location, just a 15 minute walk once getting off the CAT train. Staff were very friendly and attentive, both the staff I encountered on check in and at breakfast were lovely.. My single studio room was very spacious, with its own little kitchenette and a separate bathroom and toilet. The bed however was way too soft, I sunk into the middle, so bit of a shame as I was hoping for a decent night sleep. Having said that its fully sound proof, I literally heard nothing! After checking in I straight away headed for the sauna facilities, which were immaculate. What a beautiful sauna 😍 such a great addition! You are provided with a locker that contains a towel, slippers and a bathrobe. There is a drinks point, and two showers Breakfast was lovely. The breakfast room is o the ground floor, alongside the central garden area, it was very light pleasant. There was plenty of choice on the buffet, meats, cheeses, a lovely bread selection and some sweet treats. I recommend the apple pie! Plus you could order eggs or porridge which were both organic. All in all a wonderful little central hotel, I would absolutely stay here again.

The room is big enough and has a balcony with nice garden view and bird calls. Good quality organic breakfast. 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby. Hotel is very close to metro station. Everywhere at the hotel is very clean. It is easy and quick to check in & check out. I recommend the hotel. If I visit Vienna again, I definitely stay this hotel. Some toiletries are missing such as cotton buds, cotton pad, hair comb....

The location is great - close to train station to get anywhere including centre of town (only a couple of stations) and Old Town. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The sauna is a great facility and adjoining relaxation area was super clean and well equipped.

The drain in the bathroom tub didn’t work on day 1 (was fixed the next day as it was late at night), breakfast selection was very limited and not worth the value, lack of sitting area (if I can make one easy suggestion it would be that but an extra sofa or something similar would be great).

Comfortable hotel and I loved my room with its balcony looking out over the city. Everything is super efficient, you can check in and check out without needing the staff, if you so choose. I asked about a late checkout and this was no problem. The free coffee provided in the lobby is of very high quality! And I loved that all the toiletries are organic certified.

The bed was a bit soft.
