Incredibly clean place. Nice staff. Rooms have AC! Breakfast buffet was small but good. No minibar of kettle in the room, but there's a snack automat and a community kettle in the foyer, which was good enough. The coffee in the breakfast hall was great! Location is practical - close to the Fußgängerzone and with both McDonald's and KFC nearby.

The window was a bit useless, due to where the room was located. But I assume that's only a problem for my room and the adjacent one. No place to put your shampoo etc inside the shower. The walls/door were quite thin, you could hear people very clearly walking through the hallway outside, as well as in the other room (those were noisy ones though, so maybe not always a problem).

The hotel was very clean. That is what attracted me first thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If 2 star the hotel could be rated 10, but for a three star the rooms are small. The breakfast is modest, but again everything clean and tidy. Room service was available everyday.

We had 3 different rooms. Our room was smaller than others. So some rooms are bigger but some are smaller. Would be great if they provided slippers. Shampoo was small as well. Our overall experience was very good, mainly for its quietness and cleanliness. The location is just a few meters away from Museum Quartier. We walked everywhere except Schönbrunn, which was just 25 minutes Ride by metro. If you are Ok with smaller room, don’t even hesitate to book the hotel.

Excellent location- 5 mins walk from UBahn 4 and Nachmarkt. 7 mins walk to Museum Quarter. Room was spacious for a single. Good shower pressure. Very clean. Facilities to make a hot drink in the foyer area. Shopping street very close by with restaurants, shops and fast food. Staff very helpful. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Would stay here again.

Room could do with blackout curtains- woken up daily as sun rose at around 6. Sound proofing could be improved- could hear the neighbours and people in corridors. There are a few steps leading from the street to the hotel (hotel has lift to rooms)

Hotel Terminus is in a very good location to explore Vienna. It is in a quiet back street but is very close to main shopping streets and close by a lot of the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and modern, and the bathroom is good. Good value for money by the standards set in Vienna.

Very small invonviences but the vending machine in the hotel didn't seem to like to take card payments and was very expensive. Sometimes it was needed as a lot of shops shut early in Vienna, especially on a weekend.

The location of the Hotel was really great - right next to it is the Mariahilferstraße which is a very famous street that you must explore. The receptionists were lovely. One of them gave us ideas of where to visit as well as recommendations for some nice restaurants nearby. We were really surprised by her friendliness. The cleaning lady was also very nice to us.

The only thing I could say I didn't like that much was the fact that we weren't given any slippers to wear inside our room/bathroom. Also, the door didn't close unless you locked it. And it would've been nicer if the iron was in our room and we didn't have to go downstairs to use it.

Location was great. Friendly reception staff. Decent breakfast, good selection of cold dishes, not so many hot (but didn't want more anyway). Room small, but had everything you needed, plenty of storage space and electric points, a choice of heater or air con (didn't need either). Nice bathroom, everything worked.

A kettle in the room might have been nice, but there was one for guest use with tea and coffee in a downstairs lobby. Not much to complain about really.

Hotel is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood in close proximity to Vienna's main attractions. Rooms were very clean and recently rennovated. Breakfast with satisfying variety of goods that surely satisfy everyone's preferences. Each member of the staff was very polite and friendly with us. Finally, we would like to send our friendly wishes to the polite lady at the reception, with the broken arm, for her recovery as soon as possible.

Nonthing to mention.

I was pleasantly surprised by the large room and the bathtub in the bathroom. I loved taking a bath after a long day of walk. Thank you, The hotel was also very centrally located, near Maria Hilfer Strasse and the Museum district. I loved being so close by foot.

The breakfast was a disappointment. First of all, personnel was always there, adjusting or adding something that obviously did not need to be. They ran out of scrambled eggs before 9 am for breakfast that is advertised until 10 am. No wonder nobody wanted the considerable amount of breakfast sausages left over in the heated container. Very meager selection of bread and juices, as well. It was not worth the price ad compared to on other 3-star hotel I stayed in during my stay, it was definitely below expectations.

The staff at the hotel were great. Always very helpful if we needed anything. The hotel is a little basic but that's fine for us as we were out all day and literally used it to sleep in. The beds were very comfy. Thought the location was great.5 min walk to the museum quarter, 15 min walk to the Vienna State Opera. 25 min walk to Stephansplatz. For the price, you can't grumble at all

Fantastic location to explore old Vienna on foot with everything very much on the level and within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with en-suite and free toiletries. Self-service breakfast had everything you could want and more with tables cleared regularly and food topped up. Staff were polite and professional, friendly and helpful throughout. There are some great restaurants literally at the bottom of the street: Cafe Sperl (traditional Viennese); Nayeb (Persian); and Sangsang (Korean). I would also recommend Cafe Eskeles in the city centre for lunch.
