Breakfast is great! Love the breads and bacons. Great location, close to bus stop, old street and river, yet away from the noisy main street. The heated hanger / radiator in toilet is good for hanging and drying wet towels.

Found some dog fur on the floor on my first day. Bathtub drain stopper was missing, but we didnt have time to use it so it's fine. Shower gel was provided in small packs and very limited.

Spacious Rooms. Excellent location. Quite close to old town, chappel bridge etc. Groceries were not close, but many late night pizza stores were closeby. Helped for late evening dinners. Multiple buses to take you to the railway station (3 stops). Take Bus #10 to its third stop from the main train station. They hold on to your luggage if you arrive early. Special mention for the breakfast crew who do an amazing job. Front office has great hospitality for new tourists to Lucerne

Plan for a 20-25 minute walk if you decide to skip the bus. Also no groceries or laundry close by.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our absolute favorite during our 2 week stay in Switzerland. Exceptional staff throughout, genuinely friendly, warm and helpful with questions. Room was quiet, clean and well appointed. Nice breakfast room with very large selection of items. Extremely quiet location on a beautiful tree lined side street, one block from city bus stop. Three grocery stores at the end of the block. Minutes bus ride to Lucerne Station and boat ferries of Lucerne (SGD).

The hotel is 10 min walk away from Luzern HB, the main railway station of the city. There is a reasonable bus access nearby to get around, and to come and go from the railway station. (I am stressing on this connectivity because people often use Luzern as a base to go to Titlis and Pilatus). The location is great in perspective of city access as well. The breads and cereals in the breakfast were good.

The beds are okayish in comfort. Not as nice as they should be. The rooms are a bit old. The breakfast, like my complaint across Switzerland, has very limited hot menu options for "Asian Vegetarians". It was okay for a hotel of this category, but it would be better if they could atleast have Hash browns (Rosti) or some other eggless hot options.

Room is spacious and service is beyond great. All the staffs are very nice and friendly, willing to answer every inquiries we have had. Even if our arrival time is very late at night, they still manage and strive to make it happen. It also offers fantastic breakfast and most importantly, there is air con in the room. Absolutely would recommend it to my friends and family if they visit luzern :)

The hotel was cozy and clean. Staff was very helpful. Very environmentally friendly. Breakfast was good. Wifi good. You get a city travel card for the duration of the stay. Above average space available in room for luggage. Couch in room.

More cheese and sauce options for breakfast would be good. TV has no english channels. Beds are memory foam. No microwave option in rooms or reception. No kettle in room.

The location is great, right next to the old town, a short walk to catch buses to the train station in 2 or 3 stops. The room was decent. It worked out great for an overnight stay.

Not a dislike - an electric kettle plus a few small amenities would have made our experience up a notch. We did not find one in all Swiss hotels we stayed though.

Nice breakfast location. Good quality and variety of food and drinks. Our room was well equipped and clean and we were upgraded to to the highest floor with a nice view on the "Gütsch" Very friendly and supportive staff. Perfect location for sight seeing, many restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.

there is nothing we can think of. We simply loved our stay at Drei Könige and will certainly return when coming to Lucerne again.

This hotel is amazing. It has a great location, good and fast wifi. It has a great coffee overall. It has a safe for you to keep your important stuff. I has also a bathtub. They give you a guide map for the city and a free transport pass for the days you are there. The employees are very kind. I was very pleased with my stay. One of the best hotels I have ever been.

It could have a small refrigerator in the room, but that's ok.

Breakfast was great and served in time according with the schedule. WiFi was okay and they also give you a ticket to use public transportation for free in Zurich. Location is very good, 10-15min walking from the Luzern main train station, great neighborhood. Great staff, very helpful and kind.

Room was good, clean. Only problem was related to the size of the bed, since we were two and had two individuals together, which is uncomfortable once you get in the middle.
