Lovely clean hotel in a good location, with the tram stop just outside. The air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot when we visited. The breakfast was good at CHF 11 each as Zurich is an expensive city.

It was fine for us but there is no privacy, with the shower being within the bedroom area, with a see through screen.

I like the proposition, small room that fits a family of 3 people very well. It was clean and comfortable, though it was a small room.

The bath area could have a blinder to separate from the room and give the one having shower more privacy, think about a blinder that you have in hospitals separating beds. The same thing could be applied here, a blinder starting from the wall of the shower and stopping by the sink, giving a small area where people can undress, take shower and get dressed again. The toilet bowl is too high, they say it's cultural but that was the only one I saw like that in the whole Switzerland. I couldn't sit and touch the ground with my feet even though I have quite an average height.

This hotel is very clean, practical, and minimal, with all you need :) for resting properly - it has very efficient and friendly personelle and tram connection right in front of the door. It is near the airport- the district has great music scene furthermore offers a luggage storage service free of costs on check out day.

The hotel has almost everything perfect..of course is a Budget hotel so room are small.. It's not a big issue for a short time ! Here are a few things we've noticed, Just for improving that little bit, that would make a huge difference : there were no electric plugs next to the bed - the toilet door is not very isolated... so it smells quickly as the window is hard or almost impossible to open and gives no privacy. There was a very strong and chemical deodorant smell in the corridor in front of the room, which triggered headaches in my partner.. these of course are not big problems but it would have improved a lot our stay :)

The rooms are quite different from any other I've ever been to, and the photos are totally real. What you pay is what you have. Being an ibis budget, emphasis on the budget, it's pretty good. The rooms get warm quickly (which helps a lot when the temperature outside is negative), the hot water worked well and, despite being quite small, it was what I was already waiting for.

The staff could be nicer. They were never rude, but they are not super helpful either. Breakfast could have more variety, but being a budget I understand.

- "Soundproofing" in the room is poor, not sure was the noise coming from the neighbouring room or lower floor (through the ventilation), but in the evening/night you could perfectly hear people talking, laughing or shouting somewhere in the other room.. ear plugs recommended; - 'paper' restroom door, also no comments about the height of the toilet.. - lack of wardrobe or smth where you could put your stuff; - crowded breakfast room and slow refil of produce (seems like one person was doing everything - checking in people for breakfast, refilling plates with food, moping the floor etc..)

Extremely good value for money. The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly. When we asked to change our room from a one double bed room to a two single bed room room they did so with no additional charge. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short term stay. The buffet was slightly limited but was still very affordable. Great place to stay in Zurich for somebody on a budget.

The bathroom was part of the same room, with the shower and bathroom being right next to the bed so very little privacy from fellow guests. Although I understand that this is to be expected with a budget room, it wasn't ideal.

The shower is good, and the room, overall, has a compact but functional area. Breakfast was honest. It is really close to a tram stop that takes you to the city center area (although, if you are in a mood, you can walk around 40 min to get there - during heavy winter, I wouldn't recomment). Our room toilet has a non-stop flushing problem and the receptionist quickly changed us to a different room, really efficient.

Bed is not really comfortable. There is just one hub of 3 sockets in the room, but we had to use a large adaptor and as they were really close to each other, we couldn't use the other 2 at the same time. Although simple, the accommodation is quite expensive - but everything is expensive in Zurich, be prepared.

Your staff is AMAZING, at least all 3 members of the staff that I had the pleasure to talk to during my short stay. They were professional, sweet, understanding, and extremely helpful—really, bravo, and thank you! I also observed them interacting with other guests while I was at the reception, and they maintained the same level of professionalism during those conversations too.

I think some of the room set-up is a bit odd—like the light in the toilet that just wouldn’t switch off (or maybe it did and I missed a secret switch, though I really looked everywhere). Also, what’s up with the super high toilet seat? Aside from these quirks, the room was clean and had all the essentials for a short stay, so there were no complaints there. But a little less "toilet adventure" would be great!

Very helpful staff member (I forgot her name but I think she mentioned she was Greek). Good location near a tram. Adequate room, ultimately it's a budget option so for what it is, it was good. Breakfast was nice too.

Ultimately, it's a very small room - which is fine as it is a budget option, but we probably stayed here 1 night too many. Parking is expensive also. I get that it's Zurich, so it won't be cheap. Again, we stayed one night too long. For what it is, this place is good.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with many options to choose from incl. healthy options. The beds were very comfortable. Location was great as it was quick to get into town with excellent public transport connections. Good restaurants and interesting places near by. Very smart TV!

There wasn't a bathroom but instead a tiny toilet room and separate shower cubicle, and the sink inside the main bedroom. The shower wasn't very private with a see-through door and a big mirror right outside (visible from the beds). A curtain to separate the room for instance and create a bit of a "bathroom" would help to give more privacy (when travelling with friends rather than family). A bit loud next to the main road. The illuminated green light switches at the end of the bed where you rest your head were annoying - you basically had green light right in your face all night. Socket was a little bit tight to fit charger in.
