everything was simply amazing starting from the furniture, the location, the friendliness of the staff the service is available. It was just amazing.

I liked the staff very much friendly and helpful all the time.

the air conditioning, overall it was hot in the room even when they got it fixed it still was not cold which made us uncomfortable during the stay.

The Reception Counter staff, Ms Dream and Ms Orawee attended to us. We had some mix up with the booking due to first name and last name confusion. It was sorted smoothly and with kind smiles. Thank you so much to the attentiveness and patience of Ms Dream. Her kindness made for a wonderful start of our stay at the hotel. My dad even got a chocolate cake from the staff as he was celebrating his birthday at BKK. The staff were lovely people. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Central World was a 5 mins walk away. What more could a vacationer ask for? :)

No kids area , smoking room the smell very bad , the most important thing anybody have to check the bill and everything he paid for cuz i paid 11770 bhat and they said no there is no i show them the msg and they said no we could found anything and try third time with them then they cheak agian and found i have paid it , ( the staff she didn’t want to tried or look )

The hotel is truly a 5 star hotel with professional yet friendly services. It never failed to surprise and delight guests with their genuine care. My husband was sick during our stay and shown no interest in food at our breakfast table one day. When the staff learnt of his condition, within 5 mins, the supervisor Ms Sitthimon and the waitress lady Ms Triyapon brought him two bottles of Pocari - the electrolyte drinks for replenishing energy. We were so touched by their protectiveness and care. We like their customer oriented attitude and genuine smiles.

It was a nice stay as usual, but on some days, especially November 23 /2024 at 10 a.m the services were slow and some dishes were empty at the daily breakfast in the Club Lounge 37th floor.This lounge needs improvement and an increase in the quality of services, especially since the guests are business people and time is important For them, also the dining room staff who takes the orders and transfers the food. kind regards,

Great location as it is a walking distance to Big C, Central World and The Platinum Fashion Mall. About 5 mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Great spacious room and bathroom with beautiful views of the city. Breakfast they serve pork however there is Arabic station and wide selection of pastries, cereals etc for Muslim travelers.

None. Everything was up to our expectations. We were happy to have chose InterContinental. If we were to return, we will choose the same hotel again. I wish they had more halal foods for breakfast as an Asian I don't really eat Arabic food.

Wonderful stay & everything was great in the hotel. Perhaps the best InterContinental Hotels that i have been to. The airline damaged our luggage wheel & zipper and the hotel was kind enough to undertake the repairs & deliver back our luggage in repaired condition within the same day. Great breakfast options & all the staff is extremely kind from managers to bell boys.

While our overall experience at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bangkok was outstanding, we were disappointed by the lack of a dress code at the breakfast buffet. Despite the hotel's luxurious and elegant atmosphere, it was off-putting to see guests arriving in their pajamas. For a five-star establishment that prides itself on class and sophistication, enforcing a slight dress code for breakfast would greatly enhance the dining experience and maintain the hotel's high standards.

The location was wonderful walking distance from most of the good malls of bangkok , the room size was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly

The room wast clean at all first night of us there was stains on the pillow case that wasn’t from me , and also there was some tissues and paper in the corner of the room from the previous guest. I asked them to do good cleaning and they did . But was a very bad first night as the cleaniss is a priority to me and wasn’t feel good in the room afterwards
