Bed super comfortable, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and fresh. Biggest attribute, friendly and abundantly helpful staff showing a willingness to keep clients happy, not just because it's a requirement of the job. Location was perfect for my needs with easy access nearby to everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Highly recommended as a quality venue. Security and gateway staff excellent, always know who you are and welcome you with a smile!

This is not really a didn't like, more so a couple of constructive comments regarding breakfast. 1. I've got used to it but, bacon is best enjoyed when fried and a bit crispy rather than just heated and limp. 2. Not a huge deal but, as coffee is included in the buffet breakfast selection, offering takeaway cups would be a positive. Less mess to clean up and allows tables to be freed up more quickly instead of being occupied by someone sitting and drinking a coffee because there's no other choice save to pay for one.

Our second stay at Maitria. Very friendly welcoming place with an excellent buffet breakfast included in the price. Location is excellent and room was a good size and very clean, Bathroom has a really big walk-in shower with great water pressure. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. We’ll be back !

We found nothing to complain about.

My mother and I arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. and were immediately greeted with warm smiles and a traditional Thai welcome. We were both delighted, and my 90-year-old mother was especially happily surprised. We had previously inquired about an early check-in and received an almost immediate, positive response. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The manager even personally helped us with our luggage to our room. Wow—the room was massive and spotlessly clean! The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are wonderfully firm and cool; I believe they are feather. Breakfast is excellent, featuring fresh coffee and a typical buffet with an egg station to prepare your eggs just how you like them. To be honest, I cannot fault this hotel. It offers incredible value for its price and comfort. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are truly reluctant to leave. Our next stop is Koh Samui, which has been my home for the last 20 years. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. They assisted us with everything we needed, including booking a river cruise dinner for which they even gave us a generous discount. We are already looking forward to staying with you again

The breakfast had traditional breakfast items as well as Asian dinner items on offer. We prefer to eat dinner items, so it was great for us. If you are looking for waffles and pancakes, this isn't the place for you. The pool was clean and small but had extensive hours, so you could always find a quiet time to visit it. We loved that there was no music and bar at the pool, which made it a family-friendly experience. The gym had extensive hours and a great variety of equipment for a hotel gym. We booked the apartment with a washing machine, which was amazing huge. The washing machine was great and so convenient to have in sweaty dirty bangkok. The location near MRT and BTS can't be beat. I really liked that is was far removed from the busy road.

The bed in room 310 was soo hard. Also the AC had a funky smell.

Perfect location nice and central but so quiet! Super comfy beds, great shower and lovely clean well equipped kitchen! Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was ok, would have liked more western options and a nice latte but it was really the only small downside to an otherwise lovely hotel! We will be back!

The rooms are very comfortable, very well designed, very practical. The sofa, armchair and kitchen facilities are a real bonus over other hotel rooms. The bathroom was excellent (good pressure in a large shower etc). The location is excellent: close walking to the Asoke intersection (MRT & BTS), Terminal 21, Emporium etc. Soi 18 is a lovely shaded soi. The staff at the hotel were great, polite and friendly. Having a Coffee Club on the ground floor is also a bonus.

A small thing: we were placed on a Smoking Floor (I think I forgot to click 'non-smoking' when booking). The smell of smoke from the other rooms was fairly strong, particularly at night.

It was centrally located near Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 mall only 5 to 10 mins walk. Lots of restaurants, bars, 7-eleven nearby. My wife and I loves to stay at Sukhumvit area everytime we are in Bangkok. This hotel was perfect for our stay. We loved that the room was big and spacious plus it has kitchenette. The breakfast every morning served at The Coffee club resto was nice. All staff from reception, housekeeping, restaurant,& guard was all helpful and accomodating. Thank you so much! We had a great stay in your property.

The water pressure in shower was very low and weak. The internet connection on the TV keeps on lagging. Overall, it was a great stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette had everything that we needed to reheat and prepare food. The housekeeping crew washed our dishes each day! That was great. Every morning there was a nice breakfast buffet and there was a good variety each day. We appreciated that they changed the breakfast options each day. The location was great! There are lots of great shops, restaurants and malls that are within walking distance. The BTS is close so it's easy to get to popular attractions.

I would have liked a bath mat in the shower. It was a bit slippery.

Great location - very close to Sukhumvit and Asok stations yet still hidden from the noise, good breakfast with a lot of options, nice recreational area at the rooftop. Air-conditioning was okay (not loud) in our room.

The room itself is outdated, and some pieces of furniture need replacement; it was too small for 3 people - due to the placement of an extra bed, there was nowhere to simply sit. Kitchen lacked a lot of necessary kitchenware - something was provided on request, but we had to buy a normal knife, for instance. The regular coffee from the coffee machine at the breakfast was horrendous
