The location of the hotel is FANTASTIC! It is less than a block up the street from the street market which we visited a few times and just a couple of blocks down the street from Old Town Square where most tours start. The breakfast was remarkable with so many options. The room was very comfortable. We were kind of surprised to learn that there was no air conditioning (being American and from the desert southwest - we honestly didn't think to look for that). But, even being there in late May, this did not end up being problematic. We headed out in the mornings and did not return usually until late afternoon. And the room was consistently comfortable. If you stay here, treat yourself to a meal at Kogo, the Italian restaurant that shares an entrance! It was FABULOUS!

The coffee in the room. There was only a hot pot an instant coffee that was pretty terrible and there were no sugar alternatives either in the room or at breakfast. Most of the other places we stayed throughout the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany offered a Nespresso machine in the room and sugar substitutes.

Location was excellent and the breakfast had everything you needed to start the day. Drop your key off before you wander for the day so no chance of losing it.

Hot water issues in the shower. There was lots of hot water but every now and then it would go super hot. Quite annoying

The hotel is at an excellent location, about 200m from the Old Town Square where the Astronomical Clock is located and 200m from the closest subway station. By subway, you can go to basically all the main attractions in town. There were many restaurants in the area around the hotel. Our room was huge and had a small kitchen to cook. The bathroom was renovated and all the rooms were really clean. There was free coffee and tea in our room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good, with many options. The only thing we missed at breakfast was fresh fruit juice (there were only instant ones). The staff was really welcoming and nice. In our room we found many free itens such as slippers, vanity set, sewing set, shoe sponges, shoehorns etc. The hallways always smelled like perfume. We received a voucher for free welcome drinks (beer) at a nearby restaurant.

Twin size bed blanket was kind of small. Maybe it would be good to swap for bigger ones. Breakfast could have fresh fruit juices, more lac free options (maybe yogurt) and maybe more cakes/pies.

The location is absolutely perfect — everything is within walking distance, and the Mucha Museum is just a minute away (highly recommended!). The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile.

If I had to mention one small downside — there were surprisingly few power outlets in the room. For a fairly modern hotel, it felt like this hadn’t really been considered. I had to unplug one of the bedside lamps and reach behind the nightstand just to charge my devices at night 😄.

Very convenient location close to the town square, lots of shops and restaurants with nice views of Prague from the rooftop terrace, but also quiet so we could sleep well. We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom suite with private terrace as it was spacious, comfortable with good air conditioning. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was fantastic, huge variety of choices and everything we had was delicious.

No dishwashing supplies provided in the kitchen in the apartment so we had to rely on housekeeping to do it (we would have preferred to do it ourselves).

Location was excellent. Located in the old town it was easy walking distance to many sites of interest as well as good restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and clean but we would have preferred a higher floor. Breakfast was very good with a range of options. It seems like a good place for families as we saw many with children at breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money too.

We were there during some warm Spring days and the room was too warm for sleeping comfortably. As it turns out, they only turn the air conditioning on in the summer. We couldn’t leave the window open due to noise from the street. The hotel provided a fan which helped a lot.

This is an old school hotel with the most gracious staff. Room was very large, especially by European standards though a little dated (think pre-war decor) but we liked that character. Breakfast every morning was amazing with too many options! Made it hard to stick to any sort of good diet plan. Staff were all so kind and accommodating. Room, and hotel in general, were very clean. Location was exceptional, made it so easy to get to main attractions in Old Town. Only drawbacks for us was the street noise and the room stayed quite warm. By no means did this detract from our overall positive experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

- large room, super clean and tidy; they changed our towels and cleaned the room on a daily basis - the room (a triple one) has a small kitchenette, the hotel also provides free of charge tea & coffee - the breakfast is amazing - various, a lot of options to choose from, large room with enough space for all guests, the warm food and the dessert was different every day - nice staff, they helped us with everything we needed and even more: they offered 1) a voucher to a local restaurant - super tasty food with decent prices, 2) recommendations regarding boat trips and hop on hop off buses, 3) transport from and to the airport, eso - very close to all points of interest, only a few minutes walking away - honestly, I can’t find a sole thing that could have missed during our stay

- on the first day, the smell in the bathroom was not that pleasant, but after the first use of the shower, everything turned out just fine

Location of the property is excellent! 5 minutes walk to the Christmas markets snd old town square. The staff are all so helpful especially the lady who checked in and checked us out. I couldn’t fault her. So helpful and friendly.

If I have to nit pick, the elevator was playing up that day. However, when I need it the most, it was working.
